We have been vacationing for 4 years on this beach, the locals themselves. It's getting better every year! There are few people, the water is clean. Sun beds and umbrellas at reasonable prices. But! Cafe Colonade on the beach has changed the cook and the owner. The food is just disgusting. Pasta is like milk noodles, quinicali is terrible. It's a pity, it used to be equally delicious. We highly recommend it now.

Excellent equipped beach.One of the best in Gagra. Two sun loungers under an umbrella 500r, a swinging wide sun lounger under a canopy for the whole day 1500r. I consider it an acceptable price for comfort.There is an atmospheric tropical-style cafe on the beach.The kitchen is very tasty, everything that was taken was very pleasant.But I would like to wish your waitress to have a good mood more often, and then it would be 100 out of 100)))But I still recommend this place, the atmosphere and the food are great!

Nicely. The first stop in Abkhazia after the Psou. They lived here. Tourists around the clock. There are qigans walking around, hanging their animals on you. They get drunk with burnt wine from the horn, which is not washed and given to everyone in a row so that people get drunk and take more photos))) The animals are tired, twitchy poor devils, sitting in the heat. The colonnade itself has been restored recently. The colors are amazing. The blue sky merges with the sea and palm trees. I think that Abkhazia will flourish more soon. It's obvious that it's getting better.

The beach is pebbly, on the beach right in the bathing area without marking the safety corridor with buoys, there is a banana with a boat and hydro scooters. Moreover, scooters can drive at speeds of 30 km or more. h. 10 meters from the shore, maneuvering among swimmers up to the pier on the north coast of Staraya Gagra. The way of offering services is also original; scooters float among swimmers 3 meters from the coastline and offer to ride (i.e. they pose a threat to life, fill the air with smoke and pollute the water). The dialogue from the outside looks something like this: "do you want to make your vacation in Gagra unforgettable? let's go for a ride on the floating ones, there will be fewer of them, you will swim like a king, alone on the beach." It is better not to go to a cafe on the beach (first photo). You can, like me, get poisoned. I took a warm salad with chicken (it's good that I didn't take it with seafood). If it hadn't been for the poisoning on June 29, 2022, I would have put up more stars.
The beach is pebbly, there is some sand around the showers and changing rooms (not the best solution is to pour sand near the locker room, because the feet become dirty instantly). There are no hooks in the locker rooms, and there is wet sand on the floor. Where to put the bags is not clear.
You can buy everything for a beach holiday at a kiosk on the beach. Beautiful swing. Interesting musical accompaniment.
