Very cool place. The price corresponds to the quality. Everyone is very friendly. There is a kitchen where you can warm up food, a coffee machine and cookies are freely available. There is also a dining room where you can have lunch at reasonable prices. There is a meeting room, which is included in the subscription price. There is also an MFP if you need to print some documents. I really like.

A great place to work at a good price. There is a lot of free space and a trial day for 15 rubles.
It fits perfectly for work. There is parking for a car, but there is also a tram nearby that goes to the subway. A friendly community.

Probably one of the best places in Minsk to work. At first I thought that a small distance from the center would be a minus, but in fact everything turned out differently: you are practically not distracted by beautiful views, bustle and thoughts of where to go for a coffee nearby. By the way, there is a very good coffee machine in the kitchen, which gives out a free cappuccino for 6 out of 10 (I say this, taking coffee in the Coffee Company as the standard). For special connoisseurs who can only drink cappuccino with almond or coconut milk, there is a full-fledged coffee shop right in the building on the next floor.
Fast Internet (both wired and 5 GHz wifi), excellent lighting (not office eyeball, but not dim, lamp), very spacious rooms, meeting room, sofa, 24/7 access. For me personally, there really is everything for a comfortable job here. And how many interesting new acquaintances have appeared - and it is impossible to count.
From my experience of renting office space in Moscow, I will say that the only thing is the absence of a guard at the entrance with a thermometer pistol and a qr code scanner, who would not let you into your office, for which you PAID MONEY, with the words “coronavirus, it's not safe to stay in the office, it's just to pick up things, we were told by no one not to allow, the mayor has issued a decree, we must obediently comply without asking unnecessary questions,” is such a huge advantage that it covers absolutely all other minor inconveniences))

A good place, I have been working for 7 months since November 2021.
The Internet is working properly, the chairs are comfortable, they give parking spaces when renting for 1 month. The rental price per month at the time of the recall is 100 euros at the exchange rate of the National Bank. There is an equipped kitchen and a cafe with ready meals.
