The girl introduced herself, told me everything, chose tires with me, answered all questions, she did not need to clarify anything, I was not asked to hang on the line, as some do.
They answered all my questions, even if they were banal. And I would have ordered tires if it hadn't turned out later that you were in Shklov and I was in Minsk, but for some reason I came across your website. But honestly, if you were a little closer, I would have gone and picked them up just because of the way I was consulted. This of course upset me, but the store itself and the service left only a super pleasant impression.

I have been using this store since the opening of the warehouse on Porokhovaya Street. But when I ordered a black site today, I racked my brain for 15 minutes, thinking why does he keep writing to me that payment with a plastic card is impossible, even though I set pickup. I ordered it, as it was with the cash payment. But I left a dissatisfied review in the comments to the order (which is read only by managers). Kind of pointed out the developer's mistake. An offended girl called back with a hit-and-run for my comment, said that my tires were not in stock. Now I can't even log in to my account on the store's website. It looks like she deleted a regular customer right away. This is how they are fighting for the title of the best service culture store here.

At first, the necessary tires did not arrive. The unnecessary ones came. Then, when 2 weeks have passed since the order was placed, the delivery arrived without warning. Naturally, there was no one to pick up the order, no one was waiting for him.
The delivery driver and the manager tried to resolve the issue not with the customer, but with a completely stranger who had nothing to do with these wheels (an order was simply made from his phone number), they neglected the contact phone number.
They shouted at him. They did not explain why the store did not coordinate the delivery with the customer.
Bottom line: we are on their blacklist for absolutely no reason.
The working model of this store and the behavior of the staff are not clear to me and raise a lot of questions.

5+ Bought the third set of tires at this point. Everything is as in the pharmacy, I confirm! I reserved the tires through the website. I waited for the manager to call, who confirmed the availability of my order. I arrived at the warehouse. I paid the money to the cashier. I took the tires packed in free packages, plus a cash receipt and a 2-year warranty! And free... No one is allowed into the warehouse, what lies there and how many tires are available are not allowed to show. But through the door you can see that the tires are there! Managers are talkative on the phone and the storekeeper in the warehouse is also normal, he will tell you everything he knows...
