We need to improve the service. The bookstore let me down a lot. They work from 9 to 6, i.e. a working person has to leave work to buy textbooks for a child. You skip lunch, you come to the store - and they also have a break, you have to wait. Then the seller was late, he came at 14:10. Other employees are walking by at this time, despite the accumulated queue of customers, no one decided to help. And the only answer to the question "where is the seller?" is "I don't know, wait."
