A very pleasant place. Beautiful courtyard with swings and hanging chairs, gazebo, barbecue, barbecue, flowers. Great view of the city, cozy rooms. A straight staircase to the top directly from the barrier in the direction of Koktobe.
Problems arise (something is missing, something is wrong), but they are quickly and amicably resolved.
There is a place for a bonfire in the yard!

I will leave a positive review, the rooms are good, guys, than for this money to rent an apartment or a hotel in the city, your vacation here will be much brighter, the rooms are clean, everything you need is there, the view of the city is simply amazing, I recommend it to everyone.
p.s. repairs are underway inside, but this did not prevent us from having a full rest...

Positive:
- Great view from the terraces, huge balconies
- Friendly hosts, they will help you with everything, they will tell you everything
- Good location, you can avoid traffic jams
Minuses
- A fierce pedestrian staircase from the main road, who missed the day of his feet - will suffer
