Definitely the best hotel in the Zhetisu Area, the five-star standard, the Koktem Grand reminded me personally of the Ramada hotel in Balaton Siofok and even a little bit of the Wyndham Izmir Ozdilek, I am very glad that we have such a worthy place where you are not ashamed to bring your foreign friends, guests, partners!

Terrible hotel, I don't recommend it. Starting with the renovation of the antediluvian. And ending with the staff. They don't do it, they've got the laundry mixed up. The prices are like in rixos for laundry, and the quality is terrible. The walls are thin, you can hear a quiet alarm clock from the next room. It was a good thing there were no passionate neighbors. They asked to clean the room, they didn't clean it, and they lie that they did. The bar is generally customer-oriented, and they serve us with a favor.

We stayed at this hotel while passing through, arrived late in the evening.
They asked for an additional set of bed linen, they told us that there were no sheets, there was only a blanket and a pillow.
Overall, the hotel looks good, but the room could have been cleaned better for the price.
There were black women's hair everywhere, stains on the couch and on the bedspread, the shower ran from all the cracks, the harness of the robe was torn off, the only thing I liked was a delicious breakfast.
We also admit our inattention, but also the administrator, who took the passport to check in to scan and was not returned, upon returning to Russia had to invent how to return it and bring it home, even though a hotel employee went to a meeting here and did everything.

I didn't like everything very much, starting with the reception, the rude girl bickers, the waiters don't serve separately at breakfast, everything is dirty in the suite, there are no basic things, i.e. a kettle, cups, tea leaves, the phone is not working, the shower is dirty, they wanted to iron things, they said to go to the laundress, but the girl allegedly took the day off, had to With a heavy sediment, I went to another hotel, suite 55000, junior suite 45000, I did not see any difference. In general, I do not advise you to go there, there is a more modest, more cozy and cleaner hotel

Convenient location, convenient entrances to the hotel, ample Parking, gorgeous view from the window. Polite staff. The room was cleaned every day. The breakfasts are good, I do not understand the negative reviews about breakfast, for me it is enough, there are porridges and egg dishes, Salads, pastries, vegetables, fruits, even berries.

The breakfasts are average.

In other hotels, the service and attitude are much better.

On December 2, in the afternoon, we checked into rooms 1307 and 1308 for a day (the room costs 35,000 tenge!!!). Standard room with slippers, bathrobe, bathroom accessories. Everything seems to be normal, but when I started swimming in the evening, I found a complete lack of towels! It was just for the legs... I didn't ask for anything. And then, the bed was made strangely, the sheet was very short. And breakfast is included in the room rate-pay for coffee separately, how do you like it? Of the five stars, only the interior and the view from the windows are here. The breakfast assortment is meager. In Kazakhstan, I had a better breakfast even in three star hotels. Cleaning, they never cleaned for three days, so I had to ask for water. I didn't go down to the gym or the pool.
