I give 3 stars out of 5 because of the quality of service in the dining room.It's disgusting, they don't bring what they ordered at all, they often don't inform at all despite repeated reminders.
We rested for 14 days, we thought it might get better, nothing has changed
I will not go here anymore and I do not recommend it

The food at the sanatorium is very tasty. Treatments have decreased. Now you have to pay extra for some treatments, this was not the case before. The staff became somewhat dissatisfied.

The truth is told before you buy something, read the reviews. I could not buy a ticket, although I went with the intention of buying it.
1. Parking - there is allegedly no parking lot, the territory is rented nearby, prices are higher than in the city, and at a flea market. If you come to visit, be ready to leave a tidy sum for parking.
2. Security - you need to explain that you brought them money, and you want to buy vouchers. Although the institution does not have the status of a strategic facility.
3. The registry - they refused to answer all my questions, what procedures, what numbers, they gave me a leaflet and said read it yourself, just give us the money.
4 Management - I tried to get to the general director, Daniyar Toleuovich Niyazgulov, and ask him questions if the employees are not ready to talk to me. He was informed, but after waiting 20 minutes I had to leave, the management does not have time for clients. If the management treats customers this way, what can you expect from the staff.
I assume that the treatment will be with queues and a bad attitude towards the guests. And there's no one to ask what's going on!
I do not advise you to undergo treatment and rest in this sanatorium. For the same money, you can go to the near abroad. But the service there will be much higher.
Of course, everyone chooses for himself where to relax!
