I visited three cafes of this chain. Good service everywhere, delicious desserts. The girls will tell you what is in the cake, they will advise you something. We drank author's teas a couple of times, it's interesting. Coffee could have found a better grain. Maybe you should change the supplier. I don't like Napoleon from cakes - maybe this family has its own recipe, but this is not my family's recipe. I like ours.

Our experience at this coffee shop has been very positive! We were in Brest and came here for hot drinks, as well as once for breakfast. The coffee is very tasty. And the breakfast dishes in general conquered: both externally and to taste! We tried: buckwheat porridge with tomatoes, croissant with chicken and mushrooms (I forgot the name), cheesecakes and waffles with chicken and scramble. There was no long wait for the dishes, but I must admit, we were almost immediately after the opening, there were few guests at that moment. When we came in on other days just for drinks, there were a lot of people.

The food is more or less, but here's the service!.. There was an unpleasant moment on 02/22/2024 on Thursday afternoon. When I was telling my order to the "bartender" girl, there were two other girls standing next to her behind the counter, who started, excuse me, laughing like horses at my words. It was very unpleasant for me, the mood was spoiled. I didn't even want to eat and drink in this place anymore after that. I recommend the management to deal with this situation, otherwise you will lose all regular customers. I used to visit you often, but now I'll look for another coffee shop. I do not recommend it...

Although other tables that were ordered later were brought earlier They only deigned to apologize when we said that we had not heard any changes from them in the lost time!
