It is good to start a walk from Terrencourt along the river and climb the Kok-Tobe. Nice view of the city. Upstairs is mostly commerce, a mini zoo. They recently made a new path for walking there, so it will be very crowded in the summer. Smelly minibuses go to the top, which is a minus. Why haven't the electric ones been installed yet? In the evening, the mountain is in the thick of the urban smog.

The most beautiful place. Nature, views, everything is fascinating. I think that Kok Tobe always has its charm. I was lucky enough to visit in the autumn, the weather was balmy. Even the roses and petunias were blooming.

There are 3 fountains around the park and on the territory, lots of benches and a children's playground! You can spend time in the shade of the treetops while the children are playing.

There are no disadvantages, I visit every time I visit Almaty. Fastroller is very cool, I advise you, it is very difficult not to slow down on turns. The views, the air, everything is just great.

One of the favorite places of power
Almaty, the beauty of the mountains, sunsets with rays on the city of the departing sun, you will definitely ride on the Ferris wheel, taste a barbecue, feed the animals in the mini zoo, take a picture with the Beatles) and drink a souvenir in the shops,

Honestly, for 12,000 (for two), it's too much for two
It's just not a big amusement park designed for younger children.
A 20-minute walk, the only thing that pleased me was the 7-minute cable car and then another 7 minutes back.

Nice hotel. However, the room stock is a bit old. But a great view of the mountains and fantastic breakfasts on the veranda smooth out all the disadvantages. I recommend. Convenient location. There are public transport stops nearby.

The park is great. Big, lots of greenery, tame squirrels are asking for nuts. Lots of benches, clean, wide paths. A great place to just relax in the cool, especially when it's hot

It's a very interesting place. It rises beautifully above Almaty. I really liked the city. I visited Covidny during quarantine...therefore, I certainly could not fully visit and see everything. Nice clean park at the top. Great view of the mountains. A TV tower in the distance. I liked the attraction of riding a certain car on a monotube. You roll down the mountain, turn sharply, slow down....especially with a sharp approach to the edge of the mountain. It's quite interesting and not without adrenaline.

Parking problems. A crowd of people, as if there is nowhere else to go in the city 🤣 Prices in cafes and attractions are greatly inflated. Clear. Good view of the city and the gorge from the other side. A photogenic place. Funicular is interesting and cool, children especially like it. Funny rides. They could have done better, with more imagination, but they didn't, with such a potential place. For this 3 stars.
