We had to wait a long time for the order, although we arrived late and only one table was occupied besides us. As a result, hot and cold snacks were brought together at the same time and warned that the royal kebab should be eaten hot. When it cools down, it's not the same. As a result, we ate hot food first, and then cold snacks. They tipped the waiter almost 4,500 tenge, and after a while they asked to transfer the remaining snacks to containers. The waiter requested 1200 tenge for two containers. We gave 1,500 and didn't ask for change. He left the containers on the table and went. We stopped him and asked him again to put the snacks in containers. After that, with a dissatisfied look, he immediately began to transfer vegetable and meat cuts into containers from the table with his hands. We asked him to do it in the kitchen. Did. But we have already decided that we were obviously too hasty with the tip

The food is delicious, there are no complaints about the cook, but the service is certainly something. Half of our company came later, the waiters could not figure out what to bring the appliances. We asked them. They gave us plates, then our order and cutlery where there was no fork, we ask for a fork... the waitress looked like they got it, although only 2 tables were occupied that day for dinner. In general, it is more or less tasty. The waiters' work wants the best: they slow down, you need to press the call many times, although there is also a table nearby and you can look around. The very atmosphere of the room smacks of a string. The name does not correspond to the level of the institution. I thought there was a lot of coffee and desserts here, but in fact it's a restaurant.

One star is probably not enough. We decided to have a nice cup of coffee. the choice fell on this institution, because in the old years the coffee there was gorgeous. And what was the disappointment after the update. There are no complaints about the interior. The menu was served, which we studied for a long time. We chose latte, Americano and khachapuri. The order was accepted. after a couple of minutes, the waiter returns and informs them that the oven is on their foot today and offers to order something else. We limited ourselves to one coffee in this case. They brought it. The first sip gave the impression that it was an ordinary divorce Jacobs. Not the point. I look at the mug, and it's all streaked with coffee. It can be seen that the mug is poorly washed, i.e. in a couple of places on the sides, there is a characteristic brown spot around the handle. Of course, I had to return this disgrace. By the way, the latte was bitter for some reason, although it shouldn't. And the unclean mug was explained by the fact that everything is prepared in a coffee machine and that's why it's all like this. It dripped and smeared on three sides, I would like to ask? At least apologize or something. In general, the mood was spoiled. And if I once recommended this coffee shop to everyone, I can't do it now. I won't go there myself anymore and I don't advise everyone I know. unnatural coffee from dirty dishes is such a pleasure.
