The hotel is generally nice, quiet, lots of greenery, quite cozy. The kitchen is an ordinary all-inclusive kitchen. A good pool, suitable for families with children or teenagers, as well as the elderly, the water park is also cool. In general, it is suitable for a relaxing holiday.
But we need to take into account a couple of important points: the standard rooms are small enough, for a family with one child it may still be okay, but two of us were already cramped. Of course, in close quarters and no offense, but nevertheless, you need to prepare, which will be a little difficult at first. The air conditioning in the room is not bad, it cooled us well.
Another important point is the beach. It's quite rocky and there are a lot of rocks in the sea too. Unaccustomed to it, I injured my feet and scratched my entire foot on the rocks. So it is better to prepare coral slippers in advance or buy them here on the spot, on the territory of the hotel.
Otherwise, everything was fine with the children and me.

A normal hotel in its price range.
Clean, the room was cleaned every day, towels were changed every day too, food - you won't stay hungry, of course not 5+, but you can always find something to eat, it's okay for 4. Delicious toffee ice cream several times a week at a certain time. Vegetables, greens, cheeses - just great! The fruits were different and delicious - plums, oranges, tangerines, peaches, nectarines - there were a lot and very tasty. The staff is good, the bartenders are not bad either. Therefore, the hotel is quite good in its price range

Great hotel! Very green, lots of cozy places to relax. You don't have to go anywhere - there is a small water park, swimming pools, animation, Wi-Fi in the end)
I especially liked the relax pool, where children are not allowed :) (we were with the children ourselves, if anything, so we appreciate this opportunity for an occasional rest))
The food is excellent and varied. The child has a limited diet, while we always found something to feed: there are stewed and boiled dishes, a lot of vegetables, fruits.
The staff works flawlessly. The only caveat is that few people speak Russian, if that's important to you.
This is a family hotel, most families with children. There is good animation for them, a mini club.
Food and drinks are just constant. Breakfast ends - burgers-snacks on the beach begin, after lunch ice cream, there is even a night soup 😆 The problem is not to find something to eat, but not to roll out of there like buns)
A good spa, wonderful Thai and Turkish masseuses.
The beach is clean, pebble-sandy, but almost always waves, because it is not a bay and there are no breakwaters.
I highly recommend it, especially with children.

A good place to relax, quiet and peaceful. Clean pools, friendly staff. The rooms are ordinary, cleaned every day. The food is good, maybe not always varied, but no one will stay hungry. If you overslept breakfast, then you can have a snack on the beach. I recommend.

I visited it twice. It's quite a decent hotel, although it's quite old. Both times I took a ticket at a fairly reasonable price, as I went just before the end of the season. The water is warm, and the weather is great at the end of October. Entering the water is not very pleasant, as there are large stone slabs, but you can swim from the pier. There are always free sun beds with soft mattresses. There is an 18+ swimming pool, quiet, nice, shaded by trees.

I've been staying at this hotel for the eighth time. Lovely hotel, great location, very polite and friendly staff. I would like to say a special thank you to the guys from the reception, wonderful responsive people. And also I would like to note the excellent attitude of the staff of the spa center. Gulmira is always very friendly and positive. Massage therapist Gerjan is a professional in his field with a capital letter. He does a very good massage. The back pain after his massage was gone. I recommend it to everyone. And also thanks to the representative of Anex tour Osman for his sensitive attitude to tourists and willingness to solve any issue. I really like to relax in this hotel and I will definitely return there. I was there from May 29 to June 8, 2024. Respect to the chef for the varied and delicious food! The emotions of visiting this hotel are overwhelming! Thank you very much to the whole friendly family - the hotel staff for a wonderful stay!!!

We have been staying at this hotel since 05/08/2025. we rested for 14 days (and rested for nights too). before that, we visited this hotel with a large family in 2017. I'll tell you right away that there's a big difference. by our standards, it has become better in terms of nutrition, it has become much more diverse and tastier. a tourist who has nothing wrong with his head (there are no crabs and lobsters for breakfast and foie gras for dinner in his dreams) will not stay hungry. a variety of meat dishes, grilled fish, etc. Delicious, not too sweet desserts in sufficient quantity (I liked almost everything). No one from our family of six was injured (the dishes are clean, the tables are cleaned quickly and cleanly). There were no long queues, as in other hotels, during the entire vacation. The beach bar was also pleased with the variety of dishes, there were both classic burgers and French fries, as well as various rings, pizza, fried peppers and tomatoes, salads, etc. Well. and where without the delicious gozleme (the auntie at the kiosk made it very tasty (especially with meat). five days a week - ice cream for everyone. I would like to mention the territory separately; it is large, green, well-maintained, with three large swimming pools, one of which has various slides. Pools are cleaned nightly. beautiful trees and lawns are being tended. Other five-star hotels don't have such a cool area nearby. Its own extensive beach (not across the street, as some have), there are plenty of places for sunbathers, there are enough deck chairs for everyone, sick people who like to throw towels on deck chairs in the morning and then not come, a little (but there are). The canopies are large, there is a place to hide from the sun. The beach is sandy and pebbly, comfortable, the pebbles are not large, there are stone slabs in the water, but this is not critical. There are many foreigners in the hotel, from Europe, and there are Turks. The staff is friendly. Drinks and alcohol, as everywhere else, are free of charge - only local, but of acceptable quality. The rooms are small and a little tired, but all the appliances (including plumbing) are in good working order, the drain in the room worked properly. Shampoo and soap were in abundance. There were some minor cleaning issues, but it's not critical. If it is necessary to change the towels, throw them on the floor, the method has never failed. all shops, Wednesday market, pharmacies, etc. - within walking distance from the hotel. Thus, the conclusion is that we, in general, unassuming tourists were satisfied with everything, we are happy with everything, we will have the opportunity, we will go to this hotel again.

We were with the family September 2024 for 11 nights .After reading the negative reviews , it was very scary to go there . In the end , it was an amazing vacation ! The excellent location of the hotel, everything is clean, the only thing we did was upgrade the room - and everything was just perfect! The food is not wow, but very decent , you will not be hungry, everything is delicious. Children 's animation , Russian Elena - no wonder everyone praises her so much ! Adult animation is also all lux .Very good location, on Wednesdays the market in front of the hotel across the street is very colorful with fruits! Great hotel! Cleanliness! (all the time someone can and cleans something). The food is classic, but tasty and varied. Lots of meat and fish! Friendly staff! The main pool is across the street, but it doesn't bother! The whole area is sparkling, there is absolutely no garbage!

Hello. We stayed at this hotel from May 15 to May 22, 2024. For the first time we chose a 4* hotel and were pleasantly surprised by the high level of service, which was in no way inferior to 5*. We liked everything :
-the territory is large, there are many exotic trees and flowers, pleasant shady alleys, there is a relaxation area including a swimming pool with sun beds and hammocks;
-for children (small and larger) 2 swimming pools with water slides and a play area;
- I liked the bar near the beach (from 11 am) they give out a good full-fledged snack for various drinks. drinks;
- spacious, clean rooms with a minibar (only water), cleaned every day, towels and linen were changed daily, TV with many Russian channels;
- the water in the sea is very clean, the beach is pebbly.There are plenty of free sun beds!
-attentive waiters , bring drinks directly to the sun beds;
-a wide selection of dishes (mostly vegetarian), meat and fish are few, but there are a lot of desserts, there were also a lot of fruits, including watermelons and strawberries;
-alk.drinks in bars of decent quality;
-there is a market across the street from the hotel (where you can buy everything from baklava to a suitcase!) It only works on Wednesdays;
-excellent transfer by comfortable hotel-airport buses.
Of the disadvantages, I can note:
-there are no free beach towels, they are given out on a deposit of $ 10 per day, and then they return $ 6;
- they only give one room key for the whole family, it's inconvenient;
- at 8 p.m., the exit to the beach is already closed;
-free wi-fi only at the reception, in the rooms this service costs $ 2 per day;
- there are few meat dishes;
-ice cream is served from 16.00 to 17.30 (only two types) every day except Wednesday and Sunday;
-at the reception they give false information about the hamam service, this service is paid from $ 25;
I had a good impression of the Green Canyon tour, very exotic nature! I recommend it!
The only thing that upset us was that upon arrival at Vnukovo airport, we found an open suitcase with a sticker of the Turkish airport security service on it.The contents of the suitcase were not missing, but the zipper on the suitcase was broken. Therefore, I advise you to pack your suitcase with a film, by the way, this service is available at the hotel and costs 6 €.

I was with my granddaughter in October 2023.I really liked the hotel, the territory is relatively large and well-groomed, the sea is warm,the beach is sandy and pebbly,the food is delicious,there is a bar on the beach with French fries, pizza and burgers, so we sometimes had lunch there, from alcohol - beer, white wine, red, cocktails, a lot of fruits and sweets.The service staff was courteous and friendly.There are many Germans, Poles, Russians 20 percent. Entertainment during the day and in the evenings, disco at the beach bar.In general, I saw the child only during meals, and crossed paths in the room))) She was in the pool on the slides, then somewhere with her friends, whom she met there, and of course at sea under supervision. Emotions are only positive, would I recommend this hotel? definitely yes.Although it will probably be boring for young people here.

We had a family vacation at the Turtas club hotel at the end of August 2024. The hotel, in my opinion, fully justifies its 4 stars. The only downside for us was the lack of ubiquitous Internet (available only in the lobby), access can be purchased for 12 euros/dollars per week. The beach is sandy and pebbly, the entrance to the sea is gentle. The sea is very beautiful! But there were strong waves. There is a pier for swimming at depth (with a storm warning, a red flag is hung). Rescuers are working! There is a bar on the beach (open from 12.00), if you are hungry after breakfast, you can have a snack here with French fries, nuggets, vegetables or make yourself a burger. The food is quite varied: rich breakfasts, delicious dinners with the obligatory availability of grilled dishes. But you won't stay fashionable for lunch, but in my opinion, there were few meat dishes. Gorgeous cakes deserve special attention - they are very tasty! Ice cream is served from 16.00 to 17.30, except Wednesday and Sunday. The rooms are cleaned daily (bed linen is changed every three days), the pools are cleaned, and the territory is washed at night. The hotel has a small water park: there are slides for very young children with a shallow pool, for older children and steep slides for teenagers and adults (they were happy to ride them). The water park is open daily from 10.00 to 11.30 and from 14.30 to 16.30. In addition to the pools with slides, the hotel has two more large pools. Everyone swims in one without restrictions (aqua aerobics classes are held here, you can play water polo), and only people over the age of 16 swim in the other. Accordingly, it is calm and quiet there. In addition, there is a swimming pool with equipment for people with disabilities! During the day, animators work with vacationers: yoga in the morning, then volleyball on the beach, then the aforementioned aqua aerobics, after the midday heat you can do step aerobics. By the way, it is not necessary to sit in an air-conditioned room during the hot time of the day: since the hotel is very green, spreading cedars grow everywhere, in the shade of which you can pass the sultry time. The mini-club entertains children, but mine were not there - they said they were adults. We saw the children cooking pizza there. In the evening, at 21.00, children's entertainment (dancing, games) begins in the amphitheater of the hotel, and at 22.00 - for adults: a fire show, a show of Mongolian acrobats (I really liked it), a Turkish night, a show of magicians, "ladies against gentlemen". There is a Turkish bazaar and a shopping center nearby. I recommend the hotel!

Turtas beach club 4*
Accommodation: we were checked in quickly, offered to upgrade the room for 20 euros per day. We refused, and we got Building E with a view of the restaurant and the main pool. Air conditioning, shower, all plumbing are in good order, there is a block of ice in the refrigerator, which was removed at our first request. A beautiful balcony, we were sitting on it, drying things. The room is small, there were 4 of us, the beds were in a row and occupied 70% of the area. There remained a narrow passage. Upon check-in, we were surprised and a little upset, but over time we even fell in love with our cozy little world. Having met with the Russians, who are very few there, we saw that all the rooms are small. In some you can see the sea, in others the children's bed is 2 tiered. In a word, the same eggs, side view.
The cleaning is great. The lady who cleaned our room is called Seril. Clean to perfectly smooth floors. I changed towels regularly, and created works of art on the bed. We have previously heard about swans made of towels, but we have never seen an elephant with natural flowers. We were very lucky with the cleaning. We were delighted, and willingly tipped within 100 rubles daily. The shower stall is slippery so that you can kill yourself. We threw a rug at the reception. We were told to put a towel there.
Climate: We cooled the room with air conditioning in the evening and slept with the windows closed. Because the first night on the balcony we were bitten by Turkish mosquitoes. The store at the hotel sells fumigators and spirals for a reason, but we got out of the situation differently.
Food: They feed you something here all day. The restaurant has a variety of meals. There is excellent meat and fish in the grill bar every evening. In the morning, omelets, pancakes, a huge selection of cheeses. Beautiful greenery. A variety of salads, even more side dishes. Breakfast and lunch are identical from day to day, and there is something new for dinner every time. And there was a lamb, and a calf, and a turkey, and fish and seafood. Chicken kebabs, wings, thighs and kebab were served. There is a queue for the grill in the evenings, and this is the only time when you have to stand for food. a lot of vegetables and fruits are offered 3 times a day (apples, pears, awesome nectarines, sweet mini bananas, plums, watermelon and melon). For breakfast there are 3 types of onion, liquid honey and honeycomb, and halva. Fresh washed oranges for breakfast for 1.5 euros. Delicious.
The restaurant is open right on the beach from 11 am to 4:30 pm. Nuggets, fries, burgers, pasta, pizzas, bread, vegetables and fruits.
At 15 they give ice cream of different types, at 16 they bake gisleme with 3 fillings to choose from, bake waffles, make boiled potatoes with butter and salad inside. There is a dessert cafe nearby every day (during afternoon tea). There are buns, cookies, pastries, cupcakes, and hot tea with them. All 12 days I was in a state of "well, why did you eat so much?"
Alcohol: beer is normal, diluted, as in all Turkish hotels. They are reluctant to mix cocktails from what you ask. Gin and tonic, whiskey Cola.. nearby, there are pre-mixed cocktails in pretty glass boilers, but there is almost no alcohol to taste. Wine is a separate topic. It's completely ugly. It smells unpleasant even if just a glass is standing next to it. Red, pink and white are equally clinically terrible. There are no queues for drinks, except between the mini disco and the main adult program. Sometimes even after it.
There is water everywhere: in a cooler in any bar, in bottles at the pool bar.
Pools: The main pool is large and hot. There are entertainment programs: water polo, aqua aerobics, swimming competitions. There is a lot of space, there are always free sun beds. This is my first hotel where there are no people who get up at 6 and throw their towels, reserving sun beds. There is always a place everywhere: on the beach by the sea, and at any of the pools. There is a paddling pool and a swimming pool for those who do not walk. With a special system for lowering and lifting a person into it. The second large pool is a water park. There are 3 adult slides, 2 children's slides and a play area for kids (a playground in the water). There is a lifeguard downstairs and upstairs on the children's slides. The eldest son complained in the early days that the slides were scratching his back. And then, as with the mice, who cried, stabbed and continued to eat the cactus. I rode, endured, and then stopped complaining. I rode by myself, I didn't get scratched anywhere. The younger one squealed with delight. The slides are open 2 hours before lunch and 2 after. Not all of them work every day. Sometimes only big ones, sometimes only for babies.
Sea: there are always free sun beds. When we arrived, there was an entrance to the sea of large pebbles for 2 days. Then there was a storm and washed it away, the entrance became sandy. There are rocks in the sea. Someone beats on them, and someone likes to stand on them. The sandiest entrance is to the right of the pier, closer to the border of the beach.
But the TADAM hotel has a pier and the entrance to the sea from it is beautiful. The pier is covered with a green carpet, there is no sand, the feet are not hot, the stairs to the sea are comfortable. It is forbidden to jump from it, there are stones in the sea. But both those who work at the hotel and vacationers jump. The lifeguard sits under an umbrella and patiently turns away. I didn't jump, the children jumped screaming. There is always a guard on the beach, we left things quietly. I do not urge you to spread out passports and wallets on a chaise longue and check them. But no one took away our beach bag, towel, cream and phone in 12 days and did not try.
Towels are provided on deposit. You pay 10 euros, when you return the towels they give back 6. We brought our own.
Adult animation: at 10-15 there is gymnastics near the children's club, at 11 darts, at 11-30 aqua aerobics, at 12 pool games, at 12 bocce, at 15 water polo, at 15-30 darts. There is a banana boat (a boat that will take you for 20 euros on a banana), some games like lotto, bingo, etc. They keep you entertained all day. Once a week there is a foam disco on the beach. The winners of the competitions and games are awarded with colorful diplomas on stage before the evening program. In the evenings there is a Turkish night, a show of Mongolian and African acrobats, a fire show, magic tricks. The evening program takes place in the amphitheater away from the buildings, the noise does not interfere.
Children's animation: In the morning, T-shirts for 10 euros are decorated in the children's club, aquagrim is painted for free, competitions are held every day: contests, mini golf, mini darts, relay races, swimming competitions. The winners are awarded on stage in the spotlight in front of a mini disco. This event is very touching. They praise you in all languages and give you diplomas. Mine (12 and 8 years old) The sons were delighted. Between the mini disco and the evening program there is a game where children are called by age: inflate a balloon, dance, squat, roll a die. It's fun and interesting. My diplomas were proudly brought home.
There is also a 3rd pool (behind the restaurant) 16+. We were there 2 times and both times there was someone with children. Either people ignore the rules, or they don't read well. It's quiet here, the deck chairs are right on the grass, far from the bar. Compared to the large pool, where there is music, splashing and animation, it is boring here. We didn't understand the pleasure.
The territory of the hotel is very green, there are a lot of different trees. Wherever you go, there is shade everywhere. On the way to the sea, we met a turtle. There are a lot of cats, sometimes they smell really strong. We have repeatedly seen a picture of people putting food on the table in a restaurant and going for drinks, and cats eating from their plates.
Behind building E there is a poultry yard: chickens, roosters, geese, turkeys, guinea fowls. We fed them buns in the morning.
There are shops on site where you can find everything the same as in the city. Prices are normal, but sellers do not bargain.
Location: we (tourage, as the drivers read) are located in the village of Konakli, across the street from the main hospital of this city. A pharmacy is a 7-minute walk away. There is a souvenir shop and a travel agency across the street. If you cross the road and go right, you will be in the center in 20 minutes. There is a market, shopping and shopping center. The market comes to the hotel on Wednesdays. A great place to see the Turkish flavor, bargain, buy knitwear, toys, souvenirs and even exotic fruits.
We rested using everything the hotel provided and got high.

The reception does not speak either Russian or English. One employee understands English, but does not work every day. One girl Lena from the animation team understands Russian here.
The reception does not fulfill any requests. We asked for an additional pillow - a refusal. They asked for a bath mat - a refusal. They asked to leave a letter to refuse the transfer - again a refusal. We lost the ball, we were looking for it, no one helped. There is no information about lost items. We just had the refrigerator washed on request. The others ignored everything.
The hammam here is small and very weak. There is no customer orientation. We could not find a common language and did not meet with understanding. I had to buy an excursion to the hammam in the city.
Behind the main bar, a lady reacts negatively to a request to mix a cocktail. He mumbles, grunts and interferes completely without a soul.
Anex girl guides is a separate ridiculous story. Arrogance, illiteracy, inability to advise, advise and answer questions. Only this story has nothing to do with the hotel.
Animators do not allow a teenager (12 years old) to play bocce, they accept to play darts every other time. Children and adults are fully entertained here, but juniors are ignored. They can only fully participate in water polo and games in the amphitheater.
Honestly, to list the disadvantages to you, I just sat and dug in.

The sea sometimes brings some garbage, scraps of packages, it seems that the sewage system has been removed into the sea. Wi-Fi is free in the lobby, paid on the territory, there is no room in the rooms - unless it finishes off from the street. We rested with the hotel from 05/06/24 to 05/13/24.
The road from the airport with one 15-minute stop took 1h.40 min. We were at the reception at 9.15 am. We had time for breakfast. The room was checked in around 11 a.m., we could have done it earlier, but we had to pay an additional $ 80 or 72 euros, but we did not do this.
There are a lot of advantages: a green area (pines, palm trees, flowers); delicious and varied food; cleanliness; the work of the staff. Cons: there are no free beach towels (for a deposit of 10 euros, and 6 euros are refunded), there is no shampoo and slippers, and Wi-Fi works only at the reception. We read the previous reviews, so we were ready for this. There are shopping malls nearby. There will be an Outlet on the right from the main entrance in 15 minutes on foot.
There is a large Shopping mall across the street from the Outlet (we liked it better). A large market arrives once a week (on Wednesday). You need to cross the underpass to the opposite side of the road - the market rows will be visible. There are both clothes and groceries there.

We arrived at night, they said the room would be changed in the morning. I had to spend the night. I didn't sleep, the sounds from the road interfered, as if there was a highway right under the window, and the sound of dripping water in the toilet. This is the only negative for the entire period. The room was changed in the morning, the employee looks like a Kazakh, of course I can be wrong, he was very loyal and understanding, showed several numbers, I chose 4001. I didn't take the extra payment, but I left him a tip, the other one might not have changed it. Take shampoos and other accessories with you right away, here in the room you will find only soap in the dispenser, cotton swabs and cotton pads. it is very expensive to buy on site or in a store, pharmacy, everything from $ 5 and shampoos and toothpastes. They were fed without frills, but very tasty, meat, chicken, fish, grilled vegetables, sea pastries, desserts are simply incredible. Soups are just mashed potatoes, and I didn't understand breakfast, pastries, and breakfast cereals, scrambled eggs and sausages. Buy coral sneakers without holes, the pebbles are very small, they cut your legs straight, in the outlet for 3 bucks any size. The slides are super, there are not many of them, but quite enough. There is a zone of +16 years. The animation is decent, the kids' club is great, in the heat of the moment the kids are entertained in the shade. The main contingent is 70% Poles and Germans, the rest a little bit. Without drunken brawls and debauchery, a great family hotel on the first line. We took 1 guided tour, jipping + ship by sea. We liked it, although they say it's expensive, but I didn't bother. I paid by online transfer to the guide from the Savings Bank to the Savings Bank.
