Chairs and sofas could be more comfortable. It's cold in the room, you can't sit in a T-shirt. Affordable price (30p for 7 hours)

They give you a cup of hot water and a bag of tea for one ticket. That's all. No food or drinking water. Chairs and sofas are uncomfortable. Charging for gadgets is just a 220V outlet, there are no USB connectors, not to mention wireless charging
