We celebrated the New Year 2023, there is no service - there is none, all dirty and empty plates were on the table until the end of the event. No one came up to us. There is one presenter from the program, he is Santa Claus, as well as two girls, they are also the snow maiden. A couple of contests, whatever. There were prizes - cards for free cocktails. The first time we went to the bar using this card, they made us a cocktail that did not contain alcohol, we were not allowed to choose which cocktail we wanted, the bartender girl did everything without asking us, to the question "why is there no alcohol in the cocktail" we were gently sent, they did not want to redo anything, they began to argue with us and they refused at all. A couple of hours later, when another bartender was already working at the bar, we decided to use these cards again and this bartender gave us a menu, offered us to choose which cocktail we want, with which alcohol, sour or sweeter, did everything perfectly and the cocktail was really delicious and alcoholic - for this 1 star.
In general, I do not recommend this place for your events
