Disgusting!
1. They tried to move into a room with a category lower than the one paid for. At the same time, the confirmation indicates exactly which number the payment is for. The administrator's reaction: yes, what a view of the mountains for such money ...
2. In the end, we managed to get a room with a view of the mountains according to the paid one. They put me in a DIRTY ROOM: rumpled linen with extraneous hair on the bed, the floor is covered with hair and crumbs, traces of using the toilet, there is no kettle, no water, no towels in the room. When asked to either remove the room or move to a clean one, the receptionist replied that there were no other rooms (at the same time, the entire building was dark at night, not a single window was lit), and there was no one to clean up, because all the maids had left.
It was with difficulty that I managed to get a change of linen, get one torn towel and a promise to clean the room tomorrow.
3. The next day after the ride, it turned out that the room had not been cleaned. To my questions, the receptionist rudely replied that no one would clean up today. No apologies, no regrets.
More cons:
- the mattress in the room is terrible: it's hard and the springs stick out, because of the inconvenience, I couldn't really sleep.
- breakfast is poor and not tasty, half of the plates are empty, nothing is reported
- instant coffee
- the cost of meals in the restaurant is at least 30% more expensive than around, while the service and interior are very lame
- what is described as a ski in ski out can only be mastered by experienced skaters, beginners or a child at risk
of injury
- the storage room is located right in the hallway, there are no dryers, i.e. in the morning your shoes will be as wet as in the evening
I'll add: for some reason, the money was returned in one night instead of four.

Great hotel! You go to the highway and return immediately from the hotel, it is very convenient! The rooms are not bad, everything is there: kettle, towels, soap /shampoos, water is always hot. The food in the restaurant is delicious, 10% discount for the guests, generally cheaper and tastier than in other restaurants in the vicinity.
Of the cons: disgusting Internet, a ski / board room without dryers, that is, shoes and lunch should dry on their own. It doesn't have time to dry out before morning

The main advantage is the location. You can say that you leave the hotel and go skiing right away. The descent and you are at the lift. Warm, good breakfasts. One of the disadvantages is a paid sauna.

A great hotel, with a gorgeous view of the mountains, for winter, going to the track directly on skis / board and check-in as well, though you need a little skill. The hotel has an excellent restaurant with a fireplace and a sauna with a Jacuzzi. It was a little chilly, there was no safe and slippers, otherwise everything is fine.

The hotel is great! The staff is very friendly. The room is warm and cozy. The view of the mountains is gorgeous! A decent Sauna and hydro massage separately for 100 GEL per hour. Order seagulls and drinks from the bar directly there, they are also brought to the room on request. We liked the food. At dinners, delicious meat, side dishes, there are always vegetables, herbs, fruits, sweets, jam. If desired, you can order more coffee and alcohol at the bar. A bottle of dry white wine 30 GEL. The sky depot has a separate entrance from the street, it is convenient (fortunately, you cannot walk in ski shoes at the hotel), skis and shoes are kept warm there.
1) There is a recreation room with a tennis table, football, sofas, a table. Photo attached 2) attention! From the hotel there is a direct exit to the Pirveli chairlift 2000 m. Back, too, directly on skis to the hotel: roll down to the site where the Pirveli chairlift is 2155m and Soliko 2150m, drive down the highway past them, see the parking lot of snowmobiles on the right and immediately after them a narrow exit to the right from the highway - follow it and get to the hotel.

Is Georgian hospitality not the same anymore? The hotel left negative feelings about the level of service and location. The hotel was checked in quickly, but it is difficult to get to the room with a suitcase, because the entire territory of the hotel is crowded with cars. The rooms are quite comfortable, but surprisingly, there was no toilet paper in the room. At the first request at the reception, it was brought. The rooms are clean and cozy. Wi-Fi does not work on site, you can use the Internet only on the sofa near the reception or in the restaurant. Dinner at the restaurant was not enough and it was decided to walk to the city center, but after leaving the hotel, we realized that it was very far from civilization, and we did not dare to walk along the winding mountain road to a good restaurant, because it was dangerous. The view from the rooms is quite specific - to the construction site... The staff is responsive, trying to settle the negativity of staying at the hotel. P.S. on the second day of your stay, the Internet appeared in the hotel rooms.

The first overnight stay in Georgia in the summer of 2019.
The hotel is very pleasant, neat and clean.
For 170 GEL (the most expensive accommodation for the entire trip in Georgia), we rented a small room with a double bed and an additional one.a place. The price includes breakfast for three (buffet). The room is pleasant, clean with a gorgeous shower.
But what a spectacular view!
In the evening we sat on the veranda and drank wine. Ladybugs flocked to the light of the lanterns)
The staff is above all praise!

I didn't live in the hotel itself, but I lived in the apartment opposite. We ate in this hotel according to the buffet system, they cook very well, especially liked the way meat and fish are cooked, great view from the window.
There is a good sky depot, it is very warm there, the shoes dry well and it is a pleasure to put them on in the morning.I recommend
