I went to an appointment for ear on 25.03.2025 at 20:40 for the first time. The doctor was so kind and checked my ears thoroughly. I was able to communicate with the doctor in English which was a big plus. All personnel and the environment were excellent. Thank you!

I went to the clinic for the first time. Very convenient location. I was pleasantly impressed by the staff, the clinic itself (a pleasant aroma walks through all the clinics) and the charming dermatologist Olga Nikolaevna Radyukevich. During the reception, Olga Nikolaevna was very attentive, friendly and professional. After the examination, the doctor gave me recommendations on skin care and answered all my questions. She told me about my problem competently and clearly . I liked that Olga Nikolaevna is interested in all the innovations in the field of cosmetology and dermatology, and I can feel her love for the business. I was very pleased. A wonderful doctor. I recommend.

Overall, the clinic makes a pleasant impression: clean rooms, courteous staff, and a convenient appointment. If you need paid services, such as tests or consultations, everything goes quickly and without problems. However, when it comes to basic medical care, questions begin to arise.
I went to the clinic twice with a minor finger injury — it just needed to be treated and bandaged. Nothing complicated, no major interventions. But both times they refused me, saying that there was no such service, and offered to make an appointment with a surgeon in a couple of days. The question arises: are you really a medical center that is ready to provide assistance, or are you just making money on tests and consultations?
For paid services, everything is fine, come, pay, get the result. But if you need basic medical care, even the simplest, be prepared for the fact that you may be denied. It is a pity that in such a seemingly good place there is no opportunity to receive basic medical care.
