The order was for cleaning after death. It is very difficult to get in touch, they do not call back, or ignore calls.
The equipment is different from the one they post on Instagram, the ozonator they bring with ozone costs ~ 180 BYN. They say one price, then it turns out that you need to call another person who takes a separate price for the service. Wishes are not heard at all, I asked not to do some actions, but in the end, it was ignored. Yes, the smell was eliminated, but they left a specific one behind.
They do not give any contracts, checks, etc., although they initially promise to do it all.
Also, the employee's question at the very end of all the work just dumped on the spot: "Do you need the keys to the apartment?" Seriously!?
