I do not recommend ordering from this store. Especially on some big holidays. I ordered a bouquet with delivery on Mother's Day. I ordered it at about 13.00. We agreed on everything (although we could have replied that we no longer accept orders). They replied that they would send an invoice for payment. Every hour and a half, he reminded me to send the bill, to which he received the reply "we will send it in a couple of minutes." As a result, there was no bill at about 19.00, I called on the phone, to which I received the answer "the flowers are over" and hung up. Next, I'm an emergency. My Instagram messages were also not answered.
Terrible attitude! The order was never placed in the end!
I understand that it's March 8th and there are a lot of orders and high workload! But I made the order on the evening of March 7th and asked for it to be delivered in the morning!
The whole evening, for several hours, we corresponded, chose and coordinated my order. By the way, it was not small (three bouquets + balls + a soft toy + postcards in bouquets), I did not limit the money and asked them to make the best bouquets that they can make and then announce the amount that will turn out!
As a result of all our approvals, the manager confirmed the order and said that he had written everything down (although there was no need to write anything down because everything was described in detail by me on WhatsApp)
Late at night, the manager called me and outlined some final details and sent me a couple of photos of them picking bouquets, which gave me confidence that everything was in order and my orders were already being placed, although after reading the reviews about this store, I had some doubts.
The most interesting thing started in the morning when I contacted the manager and received a reply that they were working on pre-orders first and only then they would deal with my order, I was assured that it would take about two hours. I agreed, but two hours pass, then three, then four hours, and so on, and all the time I'm writing to them, calling all their phones and messengers, and they just stopped responding, just looking at the messages and silence in response! Well, it's already 17.00 on the clock, the store has fallen into complete disregard and I'm really in an unpleasant situation my loved ones did not receive flowers and gifts. In the end, I asked my friend who lives next door to go to this store and find out the fate of my orders, and only then did they bother to talk to me on the phone, and it wasn't that they apologized, but they also started being rude and rude!
As a result, I stopped wasting my nerves and urgently found another store where they immediately began to place my order!
The holiday is ruined!
The store is terrible. Don't be fooled by the beautiful Instagram photos!
Moreover, after this situation, I learned about the similar behavior of this store and the same situations from three other third-party people at the same table, which indicates a very large number of people in the same situation!
