Each time, the packaging for shipment gets worse and worse, and the number of damaged plants gets more and more, and the seedlings themselves get smaller and smaller (in size). I can write the order numbers, but they can block you for this (personal data, etc...). The last order was received on 05/28/25 at SDEK (Moscow) for 7700 rubles. The box was only 10 cm thick, all the lingonberry seedlings were pressed at 90 degrees, and there was practically no gap between the pots and the box. Several creases, torn branches, etc. Blueberries were generally placed on their side with plants resting on the walls of lingonberry pots so that the blueberry seedlings were bent and pressed with effort (part of the earth spilled out). The reaction of the Dumpling Nursery employee in the WhatsApp chat is especially unpleasant – I write about the bad packaging with photos, and in response, the box height inside is 15 cm, last time it was 20.
In the photo, the box is 9-10 cm. The answer is "I made it smaller especially for you."
This is such a "customer orientation".
For some reason, the moderators delete the photo with the box and the tape measure, which shows the actual height of the box.
The review is not about the quality of the planting material (just purchased), but about communication with the employee who released the product. I don't remember seeing anything like this anywhere at all. From the first minute, I just wanted to turn around and drive back!!! They did us such a favor by selling the goods, as if they had come home uninvited. If I communicated with my clients like that, no one would cross my threshold!!!!
