In general, the place is good, near the beach (7-10 min walk), a lot of greenery: bananas, lemons, etc. The owner is good. The rooms are for two, but clean. As the locals told us, there was a bad host a few years ago. Then it changed and the hotel began to be equipped. They put a path for the entrance in front of us. The owner himself helps to equip the territory. Treats fruits from the garden. He can give you a ride from/to Kemer.
I liked that it was a relatively quiet place, unlike the eternal disco in the center.

A very green hotel. Lots of nice compliments. The breakfasts are good and hearty. Bananas, water, cola are always available and included in the accommodation. The owner is a very good man. The cooks and maids speak Russian, they are from Uzbekistan. I liked the pool. The wifi is very good. I recommend
