We had the March 8th set and the Fry Set, everything was delicious and fresh. The greens in the rolls are fresh and fragrant. The fish is perfect. Even my daughter, who doesn't like fish at all, happily ate 5 rolls and said she was giving 100 points))) Another nice bonus was + 5 rubles for filling out the profile, as well as a discount on the first order!!! The only thing that bothered me was that the administrator didn't call to confirm. And so, in general, everything is good. They put chopsticks for free, free shipping and quite reasonable prices. After 6 hours of waiting, we decided to call to clarify whether it was worth waiting, or whether we could go to bed anyway) We received an answer that the order would not be delivered today. If you hadn't called yourself, you wouldn't have known. Only after the operator heard that the order had already been paid, she suggested some solutions: bring it the next day (which is no longer relevant), or refund the money.
I ordered from this place for the second time. The first time I set the delivery to a certain time, as a result, they arrived two hours earlier, also without any warning.

The operator was confused and said that it was possible to return the money or deliver it tomorrow. That is, we did not receive any warnings, calls, or at least text messages saying that we could not wait for the order)) If we hadn't called, there would probably have been zero reaction. I don't understand how such a situation could have been allowed in the institution at all. And of course, it's especially a pity that on a holiday. It wasn't even the fact that the order wasn't delivered that upset me, but the fact that they didn't even call me and didn't offer me compensation or warn me.
Today at 9.00 a.m. I made a pre-order with pickup at 19.00. - we arrived for the order, and we were told that it would be ready only in two hours, and in a very boorish manner! No one had even warned about the delay before. Naturally, they did not wait two hours. This restaurant was recommended to me, I made an order for the first time and was incredibly disappointed. Naturally, they couldn't buy or order sushi anywhere after that, and the festive evening was ruined.
I will not contact this institution anymore. Such unprofessionalism and disregard for customers (I mean, they didn't even warn about the delay) ruined the impression forever.
