2. When we arrived, no one came up to us, we stood for 5-7 minutes. We realized ourselves that our table is not the one we ordered.
3. They faced the fact that the hot stuff would be brought in half an hour after the salads....
4. The dishes were not cleaned.
5. They brought a book of complaints and suggestions, but without a pen.
If it weren't for the good, delicious dishes, then I'm afraid the holiday wouldn't be a holiday at all.
There is no service.
They cook delicious food. Khachapuri in Adjarian is just an explosion of taste. I don't like loud music, especially during the day. I didn't like the thin tortillas.

Not only does the waiter not know the order of serving lunch dishes, but the dishes themselves do not stand up to any criticism: kharcho is a liquid mess with scraps of meat scraps with floating spit, tasteless half-baked potatoes, with remnants of yesterday's dry shish kebab for hot. The service is so unobtrusive that it is almost invisible. The music is completely unsuitable for the subject of this institution.
It would be a crime on my part to recommend this tavern to cultured people.
Yesterday we were in Cilantro, ordered new dishes from the eggplant menu (eggplant baked with suluguni in ketsi; burnt eggplant with sauce; assorted phali; tea, .."I don't remember the name").
There were guests, the kitchen was cooking, the dishes were brought out when ready. The cooked dishes are delicious, well-preserved. We had dinner. It was assumed that the waiter did not hear the Burnt eggplant (hereinafter - JB) in the order, they called to pay with a card. But. The order included JB, and "they're about to bring it"
..
They brought us the bill, without looking, they immediately paid with a card.
The bill is Burnt 🍆 - 30 rubles instead of 5 rubles .
And then the "waiters' arguments" began: this dish is by weight (by the way, we were not warned before, and the dish has not yet been seen so that the waiter estimates the weight of the finished dish, mysticism ..), here the price is per 100 g, and also the sauce is turned on "From Scratch"...
So, we gave them time to resolve the issue while writing tea. Time has passed..
Our table has stopped being cleaned (anything, but not ours. Up to this point, with full seating on the side with large tables, we were served).
..an HOUR passed and no one came up to us.
The fact that the weight of the dish on the menu is written "ready-made dish", the girls do not know (or rather, with other dishes, everything is probably as it should be, but with this one in a different way - the weight of raw eggplant).
In the end, the recalculation was done on demand (urgently), the difference was returned.
As a result: the dish is executed by the chefs, as in the menu, in accordance with the gram - 100 g / 100 g / 15 (eggplant, sauce, herbs).
No apologies were offered.
There are no questions about the kitchen, about the waiters (depending on the number of people, the speed varies), check the receipt (there were repeatedly questions about prices, at first they wrote off a new institution, a large number of people, and now you begin to notice that it turns into "undisguised"..a pattern.
5 stars to the chefs , excellent cuisine, everything is delicious . 3 - maintenance . We booked a table for a week at 8 pm , as a result , everything was confused and at 6 they began to call with claims that we were not there , when they came , one of the previously ordered dishes was already on the table , I mean it was from 6 pm . This is already inappropriate. No one served the menu , they went by themselves , they went to order wine themselves . Half an hour before closing, they asked for the bill, so the plates were taken away with the bill, although we did not go anywhere and the table was full of food. In general, the staff needs to be taught how to serve guests.
I was here for the second time. Khachapuri in Adjarian is of course super!!!! But the service is certainly something!!! Girls are in no hurry at all. After me, two girls made almost the same order, only I was on the takeaway, and they were on the spot. So they brought the order to the girls, but they didn't bring it to me. I had to go find out what happened to my order!!! As a result, 31 minutes have passed from the moment of order to the moment of receipt!!!!! It takes a long time for baking ! (((( Here the staff should be trained, or changed.... And it will get much better!!
So my son and I decided to visit this place. We called there in advance, the girl upset us that the tables were occupied, there were no seats.... But she can put us in reserve and as soon as some table is available, we will be immediately recruited. It all happened on Sunday evening. After waiting an hour and a half, we did not wait for the call and decided to call ourselves. Hurray!!! It turned out that the table was vacant!!) After 8 minutes we were there and saw at least 4 empty tables!!! It's strange .... They asked for a menu, chose what we would eat and waited for 15 minutes for someone to come to us, but no one was going to do that, and I had to ask them to come up to us and take the order! Now according to the dishes) we ordered khinkali - I ordered one for each of them , and my son ordered it with cheese and meat. They brought them to us mixed in different plates , we sat and shifted them from one plate to another . The Khinkali was barely warm. We didn 't like mushrooms at all , with cheese for three , but with meat - dry inside , cold .... This is clearly not what we expected!!! My son was ordered a salad . He liked it, but there were a lot of onions in it) I ordered grilled vegetables - everything was fine here!! Delicious and hot ) khachapuri in Adjarian is really very tasty!!!! This is what we recommend!!) The drink that the son wanted to order was over, so he drank the fact. And I wanted to drink dry white wine. The choice of wines is minimal!!! And the waiter couldn't tell me anything even about the small selection of wine that is there. I had to take it at random. It's good that I was lucky) the wine was delicious) will we go there again... I doubt it very much. Only if you buy khachapuri)
I recently visited the Kinza restaurant.
I expected the level to be much higher.
1. Prices are like in Minsk, it would be appropriate if this establishment corresponded to a good Georgian restaurant that is in Minsk.
2. Khinkali: the dough is falling apart, it is impossible to pick up, the meat is clearly not the first freshness, I do not recommend khinkali with cheese. Pepper is not offered to hinkals, meaning a pepper mill, who often visits such establishments, he will understand.
3. Service: the plates were brought only after the request. In general, the waiters are good, but it is clear that they are not very experienced.
4. Vegetables in a salad are generally a separate story. It is clear that it is winter, but I repeat that the price tag is like in Minsk. According to the recipe, it is also unclear, the feeling that only the name comes from the salad.
5. The interior is cool, but the whole atmosphere is killed by bright light and Meladze playing in the background.
There was a feeling that only the name taken from the Internet came from the Georgian dishes. I know what food should taste like in a Georgian restaurant, as I constantly visit similar establishments in other cities and countries.
I am writing not with the aim of somehow offending, but with the aim that the leadership will think about and fix these jambs.
People who have never been to a real Georgian restaurant may come in, but otherwise they definitely won't.
We've been there twice, we won't go the third time.
It all comes down to one simple fact - there is nothing specially prepared for you. They just warm up ready-made hot dishes or fill salads from the refrigerator.
Hence the plus - fast service and lots of spices, as I like.
The downside is unevenly heated dishes, icy salads, hard-to-bite bread, and the lack of any style in the serving.
The atmosphere is themed, but somehow uncomfortable. The feeling that I went to have a snack in the dining room. It's great for a quick snack. But as a restaurant, it is not suitable for a pleasant time.
There were 3 times and each time it got worse and worse.
It's like the waiters don't work at all. Nothing was cleared from the table all evening. The vegetables were clearly not fresh.
But recently we booked a table for 8:30
We pre-ordered certain dishes. At 21:00 they wanted to order another dish, to which the waiters said that they were closing the kitchen..
why do you let people in at 8:30 if we can't order anything after half an hour? They left very unhappy.

Good afternoon. We ordered khinkali from khachapuri for pickup by a certain time. When we arrived to pick it up, we had to wait (well, okay, the workload varies). And there are questions about the order itself. Khachapuri is delicious, but khinkali was asked for 3 pieces of 4 types, firstly, 1 was not reported, and another one was without filling. You know, it wasn't pleasant somehow. So how do you give a good grade after that?!
Poor quality of service, there is nowhere to sit for a short time, rudeness on the part of the staff, it is not possible to drive up and approach, it is impossible to rest on a day off, as repairs are simply going on outside

Service for two: waiters forget about visitors, do not know how to pack takeaway food, and there is sand in the salad.
It is better not to take homemade wine - it is warm. We ordered an assortment of shish kebabs, but it was not a shish kebab, but a grill. Lyulya is just a dry cutlet wrapped in pita bread.
Disappointed, we don't plan to visit anymore.
I didn't really like the service.
there is something to complain about in the preparation, but everything is bullshit against the background of dirt on the floor.
