We bought online tickets for the movie "Patrol", which has a 12+ limit, on all 16+ sites. We took student tickets, for one person 18, the second was 17, they wouldn't let us in because the cinema itself had come up with rules and age restrictions. The time was 6:30 p.m., not a late show. We called all the support services, they said they had to let us through, they didn't care at all. We don't have to pay for your joints, that's your problem. The money was never returned to us by an absolutely incompetent administrator who was rude.
