We bought online tickets for the movie "Patrol", which has a 12+ limit, on all 16+ sites. We took student tickets, for one person
18, the second was 17, they wouldn't let us in because the cinema itself had come up with rules and age restrictions. The time was 6:30 p.m., not a late show. We called all the support services, they said they had to let us through, they didn't care at all. We don't have to pay for your joints, that's your problem. The money was never returned to us by an absolutely incompetent administrator who was rude.
I ask the cinema to finally pay attention to customer orientation! Why do I need to make a loud sound at children's sessions? For what? In order for the children to get scared and not come to you anymore? They don't need sound effects! You don't have to turn it on full! In the summer, we went to the cinema in March, and the sound was comfortably turned down there. And today, even I was startled by the sounds on an ordinary cartoon
The best IMAX, but I haven't been to Essentai yet after updating the screen.
However:
- there is no ventilation sound
- best sound
- fresh chairs
The only negative:
- far from the city center
