Horror. We've booked a Champions League preview for the children's soccer team. A week later, the manager calls and begins to tell us that the reservation for this date starts at 5 o'clock, although no one said anything about such a time interval at the time of booking. I am not interested in the competence of your employees, either as a team or yours as a manager, if you employ people who you say are incompetent. You've ruined the kids' event. Thank you so much. We took a room for up to 8 people. Large screen, 2 speakers, 1 large sofa and 4 seat cushions. We played games, watched a movie, danced to music. We had a wonderful time. Thanks to the friendly and helpful staff! The teenagers were a little late, but the countdown began when they undressed, settled in the room and the rules were explained to them. They make a discount on others. I recommend it!

I celebrated my birthday twice in this place, and twice everything was just great)
Responsive administrators have always helped with the problems that have arisen, even banally with the choice of board games, of which there are a huge number)
We went twice to the vip2 room for overnight packages, a very spacious room, there is enough space for everyone for sure, sofas and tables can be moved as you wish, which is very convenient, karaoke works, the sound is excellent, a large screen where, when you get tired, you can turn on, as it seems to me, any movie, since there is no choice more than enough)
Time flies by imperceptibly, for the first time they even extended it, although they took it for 6 hours, they made concessions to us and made a discount for the next hours)
And the second time they offered the best room again at a discount, and it was impossible to refuse this offer in any way)
Once again I want to say thank you to the administrators, very nice young people, answered absolutely any questions and always met halfway)
I was satisfied with everything, among all the cinema rooms, as for me, this is the best in Minsk)
I recommend it to everyone!

After visiting this place, I had pleasant impressions. We booked a VIP room for two, no one bothered us while watching the movie, we didn't hear any extraneous sounds from other rooms. They were allowed to take drinks and food with them (if necessary, you can buy all this from the receptionist), the room was clean, the sofas were neat. I recommend it for a one-time visit, but it's up to everyone to decide whether to visit this room more often, since the price for watching a movie is very significant.

We celebrated my husband's birthday (30 years old), rented a vip room for 20 people.
First of all, there is no hood, it is very stuffy.
In order to turn on anything (air conditioning, set-top box, karaoke, switch the disc on the set-top box, make it quieter, make it louder, etc.), you had to call the administrator, who came in from the street to us and did what we asked.
We rented a room for 6 hours. However, after 5 hours we were told to pack up and leave, because I quote, "guests will come to this room and it needs to be cleaned before they arrive."
We paid 900 rubles for 6 hours of staying in the room, and we are kicked out after 5-this is very interesting. After I showed them the document stating that we had actually paid for 6 hours, we were allowed to stay, but they made the music quiet, they said that we were preventing the guests from watching the movie from below.
In that case, why do you make a noise-canceling room with karaoke, dancing and vr glasses if you don't want the guests to make noise?
And in the end, we were informed that we owe 45 rubles for cleaning! In general, I do not recommend it
