I don't know how the store works in Almaty, but I definitely won't recommend delivery to Astana to anyone.
The car arrives once a week at the designated point in the city from which you need to pick up your order. The delivery time is also negotiated in advance. But no one will warn you in advance that the car may be 3 hours late. They will simply be confronted with the fact an hour before the expected delivery. And the manager absolutely does not care that you may have other things to do at this time. They refuse to cancel the order and refund the money. However, they can find an elegant way out of the situation - they will offer to additionally pay for targeted delivery.
As a result, not all items from the order came (for which we received a 100% prepayment, of course). Somewhere the weight is 40% less than ordered. You will only find out about this when you receive the order. It is not in the company's rules to warn about something in advance. Although, obviously, the status of the order was known at the time of sending the car. It was possible to inform the customer in a timely manner and make a refund of the difference.
The fish that was in the icing was preserved normally, and the other was defrosted (apparently the courier from the paid delivery took her around the city for a long time)
In general, if you want an unpredictable delivery time, an unpredictable quantity and quality of goods and a predictable disregard for the manager - welcome to kingfisher. I don't recommend it to everyone else.
