A clean, cozy hotel. The administration is polite, they will tell you everything, they will tell you everything. I will be in Tbilisi, I will book this hotel again. A very nice hotel, clean, functional and cozy. It is located on a mountain, it is better for those who live in it by car. Although we walked a couple of times, it was a bit difficult uphill. It takes 40-50 minutes to walk to the center along the banks of the Kura River.
It takes 10-15 minutes to get to the cafe, you have to go down and then climb up. There is also a sale of SIM cards and exchangers. The breakfasts are simple, they bring (there is no kitchen), they did not stay hungry. For 3 lari, they will make custard coffee. You can order any food, they will help you at the reception. The view of the city is simply gorgeous. Far from the road, very quiet place. You can walk in the mountains, there is a green area nearby.
Russian Russian was not spoken by one of the employees, they communicated in English (it was a little difficult), the rest speak Russian perfectly. Friendly.
In general, a hotel with a soul. I love different places, but I could come back here again

The hotel is very cozy, clean, quiet, excellent staff! There is a beautiful terrace on the roof with a view of the city, where it is so pleasant to have breakfast and dinner! It is not far from the center-5-7 minutes by taxi. A small drawback is that the breakfast is not varied. And I recommend the hotel to everyone! It was comfortable!

A great hotel for an adequate price. Everything in the rooms is new and fresh. The outdoor veranda on the fourth floor is simply created for romantic evening gatherings with friends and loved ones!. The location is almost in a secret place, we got a little lost). But this is not a minus at all! The hotel is located at an altitude and if it were not for the pouring rain, you could admire the views of Tbilisi from the balcony.
Immaculately clean room, snow-white bed linen, comfortable beds, spacious room with a huge balcony. Unfortunately, I forgot the name of the administrator boy, helped with all questions, ordered room service for us from my own mobile application, and arranged for the availability of dishes. We stayed here in May 2023.

Great hotel. Not in the center. Comfortable, comfortable, clean. The staff speaks Russian. Great view of the whole city! The breakfasts are delicious, but simple. Girls are quite enough, growing young organisms are not quite enough (little meat, no porridge). In general, according to the diet, I was used to it, it was delicious))). The location assumes either a car or a taxi service. I recommend singles to look for accommodation in the center for ease of movement.

The hotel itself is good, but the location for pedestrians is not very convenient: on a mountain with a large slope and quite far from the center. The hotel is new, located in the private sector on the mountain. It is more suitable for those who drive or like hiking uphill. The room has everything you need (refrigerator, hairdryer, kettle...). Bonus - on the top floor there is a terrace with excellent views of Tbilisi. Very responsive and nice administrators.
Cons-the room smelled damp. Even the working fan in the bathroom and the open window did not help. Very modest breakfasts, coffee bags, lack of milk, etc.

I really liked the hotel, there is Parking, cool staff. The roof deck is something: the whole city is in the palm of your hand. It takes about 10 minutes to walk to Kura. The air conditioner works perfectly.

Nice rooms. There is a Russian-speaking staff at the reception who responds to any request. There is a shared kitchen. Laundry is available for an additional fee. On the 4th floor there is a common loggia where you can sit in the evening.
There is a swimming pool, but a frame one, with an inconvenient ladder(

I had a very cold and tiny room on the 1st floor, at night and in the evening someone was banging on the door all the time, I did not feel safe, the breakfasts were the same every day with ready-made store-bought fatty salads: spicy carrots, olivier and pepper stewed with eggplant, beans, only boiled eggs from normal food hard-boiled, even milk was then stopped being given to instant coffee, it's good that the neighbor living opposite bought and put milk for breakfast for everyone, thank her very much. After midnight, it was often noisy at the reception, once I made a remark, it turned out that the hotel owner communicates so loudly, rudely and brazenly sent me, education and respect for hotel guests is zero (this is the first time I see this in Georgia, I was very impressed). Immediately, this "owner" withdrew my already 100% paid reservation from the booking in order to avoid a bad review. The receptionists were not bad guys, but they were very afraid of the boss and were silent about his rudeness towards the hotel guests.
The hotel is located on a mountain, everything is under construction nearby, it is easy to descend from the mountain, but only those who have not had corona and do not have % lung damage can climb up to the hotel on foot.

A wonderful place away from the hustle and bustle with clean air and wonderful views of Tbilisi (especially at night). Large new rooms, snow-white linen, air conditioning, refrigerator, kettle and tea in the room :)
Quite a variety of breakfasts are carefully prepared by the owners of the hotel.
It takes 5 minutes to get to the city center by taxi, it costs 2.2 lari (50 rubles). It takes about 20 minutes to walk. We advise everyone, we will definitely return there ourselves :)

The staff does not help the guests at all, they promise and do nothing. The food is terrible, eggs, inedible sausages, sour salads from homemade preparations and that's it. Very sparse. It is located on a steep mountain, the elderly and with children of rooblem.
