They don't report all the time, not only do you wait 40 minutes for an order, but when you approach them to show that they didn't report the product, they reluctantly give it (already paid for product) with such a boorish tone and look, you won't hear anything from them, disgusting attitude, very unpleasant making an order here is not an isolated case, it happens every time.
They often forget to put something from the order: add sauce, seasoning, or sauce to the burger... It really spoils the mood and impression of the institution.
As it is, everything is fine, we often go on a drive.
King drive is extremely slow, at the last visit they announced the order readiness time of 15-25 minutes, despite the fact that there were only 2 cars ahead. For comparison, at McDonald's, it would be possible to receive an order 4-5 times during this time. I left without an order, it's not the first time they've had this.
I decided to try King Drive. I made an order at 21:00 on the drive, I've been waiting for 30 minutes, the employee said that there were not enough employees, so for a long time, a reasonable question: is this my problem or your network? Then why send an SMS that the order will be ready, attention, BEFORE 21:10??
But the drive certainly fails, the place is good, spacious, and the drive is so-so, there is nowhere to wait for an order, you always need to stop by the pedestrian zone
They took food on the king drive. The person who took the order from us lifted the mood with my husband so clearly, quickly and everything in business with insanely pleasant energy. ( if we read Michael Dudel correctly )
