I don't know for sure if this is the right toy store. But there are 2 good shops for children at the Parkent Bazaar: 1 with toys, 2nd with books.
There are tangrams and many other educational games in 1m, and the seller is aware of them, gives advice. The assortment is large.
The 2nd Skazka store has an excellent selection of literature, music books with classics, therapeutic fairy tales and much more.
