The guide at the hotel does not tell you anything, but after he punched the check, it is written in the receipt that after 30 minutes a 50% refund will be made, and if less than 24 hours before the trip, the money will not be refunded at all. In order not to lose 55 dollars, let's go, the Russian-speaking guide didn't really say anything, (the tour sucks). When we ordered vouchers, the hotel had 5 +, in my opinion 3. I was in Egypt at 4, it was much cooler (in terms of food and drink, and there are more fish in the sea).

We had a rest in Kemer, Turkey. I really liked this company. Starting with the welcoming guide Seraphim. An excellent guide, told a lot of interesting things about Turkey itself and about excursions, gave good introductory notes. We took an excursion to Sagolassos, the guide Yasimin was very disappointed. Pure Russian, lots of interesting facts and stories. I answered all the questions that the tourists asked. Well done!

Kilit global worked perfectly at all stages of our flight to Turkey on 15.09-22.09.2023, Alanya city. The transfer from the Airport to the hotel was comfortable, with a pleasant guide Camilla, she told us a little about Turkey, modern payment procedures and answered all questions, the bus was air-conditioned. Ali's hotel guide also helped with all questions, answered quickly, and came to the hotel when we asked him. We bought an excursion to Pamukkale from Ali, breakfast / lunch was promised, a visit to the old town, mountain springs with calcium and Lake Salda "Turkish Maldives", everything was and even more! We were also taken to a wine and sweets tasting, it was free, you could buy it if you liked something, but without imposing. Our guide Zeynep accompanied us during the trip and she is just wonderful! She talked about everything very interestingly, took us to different places, told us about the traditions of the Turks and the history of Turkey, thank you so much for the trip 💛 The transfer from the hotel to the airport was also comfortable, arrived on time, unfortunately, I did not remember the name of the last guide, but there was also a nice young man who explained everything to us about the airport and he was cheerful and smiling)
