Terrible management and reception which abuse and insult you. Especially, manager Mehmet and Okrun from entertainment team. Managers of guest relations don’t have an opportunity to do something.
I had old room with bad smell in the bathroom and poor lighting. Also, you have only 2 gb of free internet then you have to pay for it.

A pleasant 5* hotel on the first coastline with a full-fledged infrastructure, well-maintained compact and convenient territory, located in the center of the village of Goynuk, near Kemer. There are more modern and older buildings, they are combined, and several 2-storey villas with their own swimming pool. The menu is varied, a communal restaurant, snack restorn, fast food, several themed restaurants. On the beach there are sun beds, canopies, a pier, a volleyball court, rental of hydrants, boats, etc. A large beach bar under a canopy. Cocktail bar. Cafe with croissants. Spa with a warm pool, hammam, sauna and Turkish bath, small gym, spa treatments. Children's club. A pleasant coffee shop and lobby bar, as well as a club with a disco with a small bar.

We really like this hotel. We have been coming there for 5 years in a row. Everything only gets better every year. The hotel is family-run, for a relaxing holiday, there is a large playground for children and an excellent children's room. There are practically no children in sight . Animation all day long! Meals : lots of things all day! Fruits- without even knowing what is missing . Meat, fish, chicken, seafood - plenty of everything!! They give you a questionnaire to fill out what you liked and what you didn 't like , and they adjust it for the next year ! Oh, I forgot to mention croissants with different fillings, Let's go there again and again! I wish this hotel and its management prosperity!

A magnificent hotel! A 200% recommendation. :)
I was amazed by the location (first line), the architecture of the hotel itself, and the super professional staff. The cuisine was at the highest level - a wide selection of high-quality food and alcohol - was not only local, but also imported. There is a variety of entertainment options - a spa, a tennis court, a gym, slides with a swimming pool, karaoke and a club. During the day, there is constant animation for both adults and children.
I can say with confidence that after a trip to this hotel it will be difficult to travel to others, because the bar is now definitely too high)

I am still very impressed by my stay in this gorgeous place.
I was on vacation with my son at the end of September 2024.
The love with the hotel and the staff began with the first glass of sparkling wine at the entrance.
Our vacation lasted only a week, but during that time, the child and I did not get bored.
We've only been to the beach a couple of times, and that's by the way. In the morning, we stayed at the pier for a couple of hours after breakfast.
After lunch, my son was content with the water park, while I went swimming again next to the pier.
The water is magnificent and clear.
There are no complaints about nutrition either. A diverse, many additional cafes along the main restaurant + Ala-maps are possible to visit once for free.
In the evening, every day there is animation at the theater, followed by a continuation at the bar next to the beach.
Shops with everything you need, including a pharmacy across the street from the hotel.
The alcohol in the bars is of excellent quality and variety, and cocktails are expertly made.
Children's animation from morning to evening, children's club is better than in many cities of Russia.
In general, I was not bored with the child, and on the contrary, I have a desire to come back again!

We stayed at the hotel in September 2024.
First, about the advantages:
- beautiful well-maintained territory, though small
- delicious food. There were fish days with shrimps, oysters, etc. Avocados were often served.
- there are several locations for lunch and dinner: the main restaurant, a snack bar on the beach and an a la carte restaurant in the niche of the building (there are very tasty beef steaks), a restaurant in the second building.
- good alcohol. But cocktails are made poorly, not according to the recipe, and often not tasty. I was dictating a cocktail recipe to the bartenders to make it delicious...
- a big enough beach. VERY convenient stairs to the sea from the pier. Even for people with disabilities.
- the Italian restaurant Ala kart was delicious and served quickly. But when you sign up for a restaurant, you need to choose what you want from the menu right away. You can't choose anything else on the spot.
Now about the cons:
- the hotel was very "tired", the air conditioner was not working in the room, the shower was running poorly, the safe was not working, the door to the balcony was stuck, I had to open and close it with force. The air conditioner was repaired, a new safe was brought in, the pressure in the shower also got better, but the door was not made.
- water flowed from the shower stall to the floor from below through a large gap, I had to constantly wipe the floor, in short, I worked as a cleaner, paying the hotel 300,000 for my vacation.
- the mattresses on the beds are just TERRIBLE! I have been going to Turkish hotels for 20 years, for the first time such uncomfortable
wooden mattresses are impossible to sleep. By morning, my sides hurt every day. And an elderly mother has a whole body...
- a very old pier, the boards creak, they are pressed under her feet. There are sun beds without umbrellas on the pier, and this is in the Turkish climate with the scorching sun. At the same time, as correctly written above in the reviews, it is difficult to take a sunbed on the beach near the main building. I tried to occupy the 1st row for an elderly mother at 6 a.m. everything is already occupied. And by the way, not by Russians, but by Germans.
- the same old wooden deck at the beach bar.
- for some reason, they made a volleyball court in the middle of the beach right next to the bar. And the place where it is convenient to place sun beds was taken and the ball constantly flies to people on tables, knocking down drinks. It's a very strange decision. They usually play volleyball on the sidelines.
- dead sun beds with dirty old mattresses. There are already net beds in all self-respecting hotels.
Dear representatives of the hotel, if you read the reviews, please inform the management what you need.:
- change the mattresses on the beds in the rooms. And in general, it would be good to renovate the rooms.
- make the doors in the shower cabins with waterproofing so that guests do not wash the floors and risk falling on the wet floor.
- repair the covering of the pier and the beach bar.
- put umbrellas on the pier.
- upgrade the sun beds on the beach, put them on the pier.
- move the volleyball court from the central part of the beach.

Great hotel. We had a rest in the middle of May, 2025. The vacation experience is very good. The food is varied, everything is delicious: meat, fish, vegetables, fruits, pastries, a sweet table. No one will stay hungry. Drinks in bars are also suitable for every taste: alcoholic and non-alcoholic cocktails, a variety of strong alcoholic beverages, liqueurs, wine, champagne. Among the advantages: the beautiful hotel itself, friendly staff, clean sea, amazing nature, "you won't stay hungry" food, there are not many people in May, there is always a quiet place to relax, two swimming pools.

We visited the hotel in August 2024. Convenient location in the center of the village of Goynyuk, near pharmacies, markets. Alcoholic beverages are mainly imported (Havana Club rum, Chivas Regal whiskey, Bushmills, Jack Daniels, Jim Beam, Tichers, Olmeca tequila, Malibu liqueurs, Baileys, Balls, etc.). Also, bottled beer of local production (Ephesus, Beaumont, Tuborg, etc.) It is worth noting the work of the waiters of the main restaurant, they work smoothly and quickly, as well as the 24-hour lobby bar and diligent bartenders. The beach is large, the entrance to the sea is quite steep, sand with pebbles. There are enough sun beds. 2 large outdoor pools and several small ones. We had a vacation with my husband from September 22 to October 2, 2024. Pros: A gorgeous, very beautiful area. Beautiful transparent clear sea.There are many beautiful places to take photos. The food is delicious and of course Turkish delicious sweets with Turkish coffee. The staff is all Kind, polite, helpful.Everyone understands and speaks Russian perfectly. Special thanks to the hookah man. The animation is interesting and varied.The disco is normal, you can jump up.
So the cons: I didn't like the small room with a dirty carpet filled with wine. The bed is small with a terribly uncomfortable mattress. My back was falling off, after three nights I got used to it))).There were black worms crawling in the shower, we tried to wash them off from the beginning, then wash ourselves. The main and biggest disadvantage is the lack of sun beds. Because the Russian tourist is used to crawl to the beach at 6 a.m. and take 6 sun beds and then move through the sun behind the shadow. So there are no seats at 8 a.m. We were lying by the pool and closer to 12 o'clock we first moved to the bar and hunted for a sunbed, everything is visible there)) .I flew at the speed of light to the vacated sunbed and waited for my husband when he brought a towel and voila at 13:00 we look at the sea.

In general, the hotel is good, fresh renovation in all lobbies pleases (there are two of them here, because there are two buildings). I liked the variety of restaurants, snack bars, although they were at the end of the season (October 26-November 6), only Ala carte restaurants did not work by appointment and then managed to get into one (fish). The food itself is basically delicious, with a large selection of fresh fruits. Except that only the serving changes from restaurant to restaurant, not the products. Most of the staff speaks Russian. Of the minuses, I want to highlight the complete absence of evening performances in the amphitheater, except for a mini disco, I think this is due to the end of the season, although in previous years we went at the same time, everything worked in other hotels. I was also upset by the plastic dishes on the bars, I haven't seen this anywhere for a long time. The beach was not very clean, there were a lot of cigarette butts lying around and so on. Going into the water and the pier in general was not bad. I also didn't like the tennis court, the worst possible coverage, and also the entrance to it, roughly speaking, from the street (i.e. anyone from the road could get on it). At night (the club was open from 11 to 2), in addition to it there was also a party at the pool bar (until 11:30). I liked the feature of the rooms with a button, pressing which on the door of the room to light up either do not disturb or remove the room (much better than cardboard boxes that need to be hung on the handle). Room cleaning is not bad either. Filling the minibar: local sprite and the same fanta, for some reason pepsi, ephesus beer, mineral water, water. I am glad that the bars had original sodas and even cola in the glass (which really ended later). In conclusion, I want to say that I liked the hotel as a whole, of course, alas, it is not compatible with price / quality, looking back at which hotels could have been visited for such a price tag literally 2-3 years ago. But it's clear that it's not the hotel's fault.

Two weeks of wonderful holidays in September at Kilikya Palace 5*. The territory of the hotel is small, but very well maintained. Many thanks to the gardeners - everything is neatly trimmed and designed. The food in restaurants is beyond praise - it is the merit of chefs - 5+!!! I would especially like to mention the hotel staff: they were perfectly welcomed at the reception, gave a good room, the waiters are very attentive, not intrusive. The room is always clean and smells delicious. Thanks to the hotel security, beach fights... The guys from animation do not let the hotel guests get bored - they are super professionals.!!! It is clear that the management of the hotel is invested in people - keep it up!!! I strongly advise everyone to visit this wonderful hotel. The sea is gorgeous, the only thing missing is sun beds, as not quite conscious guests occupy them, but do not come. But it's not the hotel's fault anymore. I stayed at this hotel in 2024 with friends. The hotel is beautiful, large, clean, and green. There's plenty of food :) Eat - I don't want to! Lots of seafood and fruits! The rooms are good, they were replenished constantly! But, it's a bit boring, although there were animations, discos. All the fun until 23:00. There is a disco in the new building until 2:00 am. The beach is large, access to the sea is good.

A good 5* hotel, within expectations: the sea, a great and large beach, a room (we were given a room with a great view, but there are rooms with a worse view), food (if you choose carefully), a large territory.
You need to understand that every hotel saves on something, they save here too. Not all 5* are the same. There is no crime beyond that, the rest is not spoiled, but there are moments that some of the potential guests may pay attention to. The savings are conscious, you should not expect that these points will be corrected in the future.
– Some of the food is of low quality, the level of canteens, not restaurants. Sometimes you can notice something that was not finished yesterday, in the same or a different form. But if you choose, you can always find something good and safe.
– The child managed to poison himself well with something. He has minus 3 days of rest, and we have minus half a night.
– Most of the sweets are cheap imitations. It looks beautiful, but it's made of something cheap. Far from what you can buy in any good cafe for money.
– Drinks are not of the best quality 1) Coffee (cappuccino) almost everyone does not know how to cook. This is the standard for the tourist areas of Turkey, but in a good 5* hotel you should be able to make coffee. One exception is the bar in the main building and you need to ask to cook with a coffee machine, otherwise they try to cook by pressing a button on a strange vending machine that pours something incomprehensible. 2) Do not call chemistry freshly squeezed orange juice 3) Non–alcoholic mojito is not about anything at all.
- There is animation, you can list for a long time what there is from animation (standard set for 5 *), but there are few evening professional shows. This is when the hotel invites an outside team or an artist and they show an interesting show. 2 times a week, the rest of the days – either nothing (dj and karaoke do not count) or beer entertainment like "the best couple / Mr. Kilikya". It is worth considering that there is nothing to do outside the hotel in the evening – there is one long shopping street, but this is bad shopping – not Kemer, Antalya or Istanbul.
– The air conditioner has been weakened. If you turn it on to the fullest, it will become comfortable only after 20-30 minutes, and cool after a few hours.
– Weak water slides. The highest slide barely rolls, rubs in places, needs to be replaced.
– There are only 2 slot machines in the slot machine room, and the other 4 look like they've been broken for a long time.
– The Internet is limited. This is not a "Free Internet" in any way. It is solved with a SIM card bought on the street at your own expense.

I visited this hotel at the end of April, a week after the winter opening. The territory is very beautiful, well-groomed, lawns, bushes are constantly mowed, flowers were planted. We are currently vacationing at this hotel. There are no questions about the number or territory. Everything is fine. The power supply is normal. But fruits are not washed. We noticed this on the first day, when we took the apples on the welcome table. There were strawberries for dinner tonight. There were two containers with dirty berries and immediately a container with 3 liters of water to wash the berry themselves. I wanted to dig myself and my wife in the surrounding 5 pharmacies, there was no infusion system on sale. I do not recommend this hotel. We fell for the reviews and took a 10-day tour. It is unknown how else it will end.....

Everything is decent. And the food is around the clock! An excellent choice! Quality! Lots of fresh fruits and vegetables! A selection of fish and seafood! The grill area!
The sea is clean and transparent. The territory is well maintained. Very nice warm shower on the beach, toilets, changing cabins. And the bar!
The staff is friendly and helpful. I RECOMMEND IT!

We had a rest in October 2024.The hotel is located in the village of Goynyuk, on the seashore.On the other side of the mountain.The hotel itself is tired (I want a more recent renovation), but basically everything is for 5+, well-groomed territory, food and drinks (alcohol)excellent quality.There are many small shops and pharmacies near the hotel.We would like to return, definitely yes.The hotel is more for family holidays.

Overall, I liked the hotel. There are minor flaws, but they are not significant. The food is good, there is everything: delicious cheeses, sour cream, yoghurts, rolled cream, natural butter. Fish, beef, poultry, vegetables. There is a huge variety of fruits: watermelon, melon, strawberries, peaches, plums, etc. There were milk porridges. Delicious rice. Buckwheat was always on the side dish. There is a hot shower on the beach. We lived in the 1st building, it was noisy above the restaurant, because in the evenings after dinner we organized discos and concerts. The territory of the hotel is not large, very well maintained. Sunbeds on the beach were occupied from early morning. This is a problem in many hotels. There are people who have vacationed here many times. They say it used to be much better, the hotel is tired. We were satisfied with the rest. We're leaving tomorrow. So sorry.

A nice, even lovely hotel. The territory is relatively compact. A lot of greenery, and in general, gardeners can be seen that they take care of the territory very roughly. Very friendly staff at the reception. The common areas are at a very good level. A lovely coffee shop with a terrace in the courtyard. Everything in the rooms is standard, no frills. Perhaps a small repair is already required somewhere.
The food is also at the proper level, but some of the services were already unavailable (the end of the season, in my opinion, is not diverse enough).
When I was evicted from the hotel, there were some nuances with the staff (either the floor manager, or some kind of caretaker, he eventually left, and I could not confirm his position).In general, there was a small conflict situation, from scratch. This friend allowed himself a raised tone in conversation with me (I think this behavior is categorically unacceptable for a decent hotel).
But, I repeat, in general, a very positive impression of the holiday, a good place for a relaxing family vacation.

The food is great, there are many places where you can eat different things, at any time. Good quality alcohol. The animation is good, not super active, but there was everything from a foam party to a trampoline town for children. There is a quiet building and a loud one. In the quiet only the area in the far corner with windows overlooking the pool is really quiet. (even the diskach is not particularly audible). Initially, we were settled opposite (with windows on the city territory and a football field). Until one o'clock in the morning, the disco from the neighboring hotel is very loud, until three in the morning they played football with shouts, at seven in the morning they take out garbage there. The room is of terrible quality. The next day they made a scandal at the reception and we were moved to a quieter room, but until one o'clock in the morning (by law) you can make noise, so you can hear it, but my daughter (4 years old) passed out normally. The family room we were moved to was of normal quality. The beach is nice. Near the market. There is a beautiful canyon nearby.

It feels ambivalent. I kind of like it, but I kind of don't. On the second day, we learned that the Internet is not unlimited. 5GB per person, and pay extra🙈. The suitcases were brought in for 3 hours. As a result, they brought it themselves. I liked the territory of the hotel. It's a good mini club, with lots of entertainment for children.
Alcohol seems to be fine, but there are no fruit wines. And yes, they even ask for money for something. A cocktail list will also work, but sometimes after one or even two.
