In general, the center is good. There are a lot of things. But it so happens that there is no one at the reception right away, you are standing waiting, and it is somewhat uncomfortable.
Further on the staff. I had no complaints about anyone. I've been walking since about June last year. But the new receptionist, a long-haired brunette, gives the impression of being indifferent, unsmiling, and unwilling to resolve issues with her. She looks down on me, answers questions with "fuck off," and she proved to me how the center worked when she wasn't there, but I was as a client, and there were some discrepancies with reality in her info.
The past administrators are ok, everyone was nice.
We arrived at the game room at 12:45. There's no one at the reception. We go into the hall - the cleaner is washing the floor, there is a strong smell of bleach. I ask, is the room not working? She answers why, everything is working, ask there (shows at the reception). I say, there's no one there. She says, oh, well, she's downstairs, she'll be right there. We didn't wait for anyone (although there are also questions here), because breathing chlorine is a huge harm to health, especially for children. Chlorine is a toxic gas that affects the central nervous system. Why the management and staff choose to do wet cleaning with this dangerous element in the midst of the work of the children's center is a big question, to put it mildly. The Center requires verification by the relevant authorities.
Today we celebrated our son's birthday, we really liked everything. The service is top notch, all the food is very tasty and fresh. Thank you for such a great place!
