We were with the family from 04.08 to 08/17/2023, everything is fine, all the amenities are new, air conditioning, towels, even toothbrushes. Nearby there are shops with everything you need in 5 minutes. On the territory there is a separate kitchen, a chill area. The owners are very good people, many guests have been coming for years. The sea is 10 minutes away at a leisurely pace, the beach is free. In 2024 we will come for 3 weeks, we really liked it!

We had a rest in June 2023. I liked everything very much! We were in hotels in Gagra, Adler, but toothbrushes with toothpaste were given only here! The owners are very good-natured people, they do not climb, but if you ask they will always help. There is a shared kitchen where you can cook your own meals, a gazebo for morning/evening tea. There is also a barbecue. Private bathroom (soap, shampoo, brushes) individual entrance. Everything is very clean everywhere! Towels and linen are fresh, spotless, not washed. You can wash your clothes. The sea is 10-15 minutes away at a leisurely pace. The beach, as well as pebbles everywhere. From here, go out to a more deserted beach. There is a cafe there, but there are few people, for those who like to retire for peace and quiet. You can walk a little way, there is already a well-equipped beach, many hotels on the shore, but there are also a lot of people. The town itself is quiet and peaceful. It is more for a relaxing holiday. I recommend the hotel! We chose this option - inexpensive, clean and tidy. We spent the whole day on the beach, on excursions, came only to spend the night.
