I drove the car to this service for complex diagnostics.
By agreement, after the diagnosis, I was supposed to be provided with a protocol, but they did not issue it, but only verbally told about the situation with my car.
The master diagnostician works exactly in the wrong place. Arrogance on the verge of rudeness and incompetence, he does not diagnose cars, but comes up with malfunctions,
at the same time - he constantly boasts that according to him:"I am my own boss -I have a sole proprietor," After communicating with him, an unpleasant aftertaste remained.
I had to defend my interests in the service (the employee, Konstantin, even managed to argue with me and tried to convince me with Honest Eyes that I was not supposed to have a protocol when conducting diagnostics).
I called about the collapse.
The girl replied that the master was alone and could not cope.
I promised to call within three hours!
No call, no recording!
Bad official!
Price tag if there are promotions or discounts, then it is acceptable. Suspension diagnostics are so-so, they are mistaken in determining faulty parts.
