When you drive along the Moscow-Minsk highway, on the territory of Belarus, 545 kilometers away, there is a cozy cafe Khutorok, all the cuisine is homemade, delicious soups, borscht, solyanka, salads: beetroot with mayonnaise, olivier, tomatoes, cucumbers with onions and sour cream; dumplings, and much more. An excellent location on the Moscow-Minsk highway. We stopped there twice - on the way there and back. Of course, the rating on the maps attracted us there. You should not expect an expensive restaurant, a large hall, or polite waiters inside. The format of the establishment is a cafe by the road, where you will be offered delicious folk food with a Belarusian flavor. A place where a kind, joyful host will meet you, greet you, talk for your life, feed you and wish you a good journey. You come out with a full belly and a good mood. I'll definitely come back!
The toilet is nice and clean. It's clean inside. It's fast.

Very tasty, very good. Meat pancakes are probably the best we've ever eaten. Homemade dumplings with thin dough are delicious, rich borscht, meat was not spared and a touching plate from childhood with a hedgehog). Roast pork is not greasy, juicy. The sausages are perfect, there is little salt, only meat. The portions are really huge, and sour cream, one serving is half a huge jar. The owner is sincere!! S P A S And B O Yes, I forgot about the refrigerator, they took a liter with them, the cutlets are beyond praise! and compote!

Remember this place!!! If you drive nearby, this cafe is a must-visit. The reference Belarusian draniki (in fact, sorcerers)! I was there on my way from Russia to Minsk. At first, I was skeptical about the offer to stop by and have lunch at this cafe. A lonely building, an empty playground. How wrong I was! Large portions, lots of meat, wonderful cold borscht. Dear Mom, the taste is indescribable. All the subsequent pancakes that I tried in other establishments in Belarus paled in comparison with these. I recommend it!

The other day we were traveling from Tver to Minsk and stopped at this cafe to have a snack. We were pleasantly surprised!!! Everything is very homely, sincere and friendly host, delicious food, minimum prices. But there is one THING, very large portions))) After stopping for a snack, they ate to the brim, not even finishing a portion of pancakes and salad. From now on, we will only drive to the Farmstead on the M1!!!!

The best place!!! Insanely delicious pancakes! Huge! There is a lot of sour cream! We always stop by on the way to Minsk and on the way back. We also take ourselves and our relatives home with us. And very tasty pancakes with condensed milk! The owner is friendly, the atmosphere is homely.

Yesterday we drove from Khatyn to Moscow. We stopped here to eat with two families. The portions are large. Borscht, draniki and "sorcerers" (draniki with meat) are credits! Campote and olivier, also delicious. All the dishes were prepared on site. The kitchen is homely. There is something to choose from.
