Good day everyone!
Sunny Thailand is our favorite vacation destination. But , once in a while we had a rest only at popular resorts . The existence of a city like Hua Hin was not even suspected. One day, I subscribed to Anastasia's blog, where I learned about a new resort for us, followed the blogger's page and news for a long time. I watched it for a while, until one day I decided I should try to fly there too.... Check-in on August 25, 2024
I write down everything at once , which I mark , because then, over time , small but very important nuances treacherously fly out of my head .
So , the beginning .
We were met by a sign with our last name , and a nice girl escorted us to the transfer . A mini bass, not just some modest sedan)) very comfortable. Inside, the seats are unfolded (you can fully clean them), the air conditioner is adjustable or turned off by yourself, which is also very convenient for me. Frozen , turned off , fried , turned on , and you don 't bother anyone . Two bottles of water , napkins are also inside . The driver is pleasant, polite, and has a wonderful taste in music. Three and a half hours flew by, just unnoticed.
Check-in in five minutes and here you are in the room.
The furnishings correspond to the photo and description from the office . the site. Everything is clean , beautiful , not dirty , pleasant smell , without the admixture of sewage, musty , everything necessary for cooking and living on vacation is available . As a welcome gift - a delicious watermelon in an interesting presentation. The bonus is a bag of dishwashing detergent, two pieces of soap, a sponge and a nice cloth for the table, salt, some coffee and sugar. For kids, in general, everything is even better, a brush, paste, shower gel , shampoo, a toy, in my opinion, an inflatable ball or something like that. A gift certificate for one free 1-hour foot massage! Very much so! Discount card to the water park and more! The room has an air conditioner in each bedroom with a remote control, additionally, ceiling and floor fans. There is a lot of space , lots of drawers , hangers for clothes and for storing things . There is a washing machine, a ironing board, a hairdryer, 4 large towels ( as in the hotel , white, large , high-quality) and two for the feet. Lots of outlets. Large bathroom, comfortable, clean . Bed linen is a special favorite, pillows are comfortable. The bed is huge. There are two TV sets , but there are no Russian channels . Well, okay, we're not going to watch TV on vacation)) Refrigerator with freezer, full-fledged, not small. A microwave oven is also available. There is a balcony with a clothes dryer and views of the bay and the pool. There is also a table and two chairs for breakfast and coffee. What is very important, very decent sound insulation. If you close the door to the room or to the toilet, you won't get to the person in the back room, sometimes)) This is actually a rarity in hotels and a luxury, I think. Because the walls of toilet paper and the eerie audibility of everything around can pretty much ruin the rest . ( 6th floor, room 135) . There is a dumpster on the floor in a separate storage room (clean, odorless) . The condo has a small fitness room. The keys and remote control from the car are given by the day clerk and you are recorded in a notebook . The room is equipped with the necessary set of dumbbells and there are several exercise machines (a pair of cardio and one for everything in the world) (there are no mats, I bought it for 192 baht in the village market) The air conditioner cools the room well , there are napkins , wiping a drop of sweat from your forehead is generally quite comfortable , especially if you are alone there. The pool is large, though not deep, but the length is good, you can swim. There is a toilet and a shower in the pool area. The pool, located closer to the first building, was under renovation . So, you walk past the pools and straight to the sea. There are sun beds on the lawn. Sun beds without mattresses (I saw the bedding in the sports store on the 3rd floor in blue Porte , the price is 650 baht) . You can hide from the sun under palm trees. Water in the bay -
hot milk, the entrance is gentle, I confirm, it's the best for kids, but for those who like to swim, it's a disaster. Maybe it 's the season, maybe it 's not the season , the current, Mercury is in the wrong phase, and I don 't know what else , but the sea is teeming with jellyfish. It 's like some kind of jelly . There are biting plankton . In general, you could only admire the sailor and inhale his scent.
I make adjustments after departure and clarify that King Neptune took pity on us and organized a clean, beautiful sea in the last three days, without any biting and slippery ones. There are no sun beds anywhere on the sandy strip itself, that is, directly on the beach. The beach strip itself is very wide and long (from the mountain with the Buddha to the Hilton hotel, 6 km), runners have a place to turn around and walk in the morning or in the evening, it's a pleasure to wet their feet in warm water. Places to chill are only on the lawns near hotels and condos. Subsequently, the sun beds on the beach itself were seen only in the Hilton hotel area, most likely belonging to it. There are no tents with food, fruits, pancakes and corn)), it's better, less dirt, noise, extra pounds.
And in principle, it felt like there was no one else here except the two of us) very few people, very unusual. Compared to the bustling resorts in Thailand, where we've been, it's just heaven and earth, like some other planet, a completely unfamiliar, new feeling. In terms of tourists , it means . Massage therapists are bored , two people go to the shopping center . As it is , everything else is very similar when compared . Fruits, food, night and day markets, massage parlors, prices (for everything almost the same as many years ago) , water in the Gulf of Thailand - boiling water. On the second day of arrival, the wind from the bay blew up some kind of fragrance, but the sweet smells of flowers and, sometimes, something else tasteless are quite normal for Thailand. From water entertainment - a couple of scooters and one tablet, and even those are idle. There are horses, surfboards. I remind you , there are no people yet .
A five-minute walk to the 7-11 store to the right of the hotel , a little further away is the large blue port shopping center, and a little further is another shopping center ( this is where we've reached so far ) . In the shopping center, you can wander through all sorts of clothes, and, in general, there are a lot of interesting things in stores. I want to try everything, get drunk, drink all kinds of smoothies, Thai tea with outlandish fillings and interesting fillers, fresh coconuts (we love them), Thai wine (we love shiraz, but damn, we stopped drinking), desserts, green tea ice cream. There are many restaurants , in some they roast everything , in others they cook everything , there is even a vending tray with Russian products, and in general, there are no problems to cook borscht or drink kvass ( cafe well done opposite the condo and cafe Eureka walk a little to the left . Both are delicious ! There are also large grocery stores in both shopping centers, and of course, 7-11 nearby, to quickly grab something (soap, water, etc.)
The shopping center has massage parlors, hairdressers, nail service, and a hardware store. goods ( only in the market village )
Massage 250 baht (foot massage) and up to 1500-2000, depending on the chosen care program or type of massage. Personally, I'm a fan of foot massage and rarely choose anything else. The massage parlor where I had it done superbly is located immediately after the Blue port shopping center. Moreover , it is always the same girl whom I once , on my first visit , gave a small tip as a sign of gratitude . She waited for me every day and greeted and saw me off like a family . The chairs in the cabin are comfortable, soft, and fold out into cots. You are carefully covered with a towel , a pillow is placed and a lullaby is played . And no matter how hard I tried to stay awake every time in order to feel and enjoy all this action better, I couldn't do anything. 250 baht and no insomnia . And what was crucial for me was the lack of air conditioning!!! Sitting with an icicle on your nose there is no chance to have fun)))
The cost of renting a bike is 250 rubles per day . It is filled with 95 gasoline. Hard hats, too. It is very convenient to get to all the necessary locations and there are no parking problems. There are underground parking lots in the shopping center. The rain won 't get wet and no one will spy on anything . There are cameras everywhere . The helmets were left directly on the bike.
The Marrakech condo also has an underground parking, and we have often admired and rejoiced at this circumstance. Well , how comfortable it is , I took the elevator down , sat down and drove ! The bike is under guard and video surveillance by maintenance personnel all this time.
As it turned out, in 2023, in order to attract tourists who had thinned out after the pandemic, the sale of marijuana was legalized in Thailand. Thus, signs with a clear profile and the corresponding name Canabis flash here and there. However, smoking of these products is prohibited in public places, and if your neighbor on the balcony sniffs out something wrong and thereby gets mentally injured from the disturbance and complains where he should - a fine of 25,000 or arrest for up to 2 months. What exactly the concept of anxiety includes is determined by the police officer , by eye and at his discretion . I don't know how reliable this information is, but I have come across more than one article with the same content on the Internet.
I would especially like to note how attentive the representatives of mmgroup were to each request of the guest, always responded to requests, answered a hundred thousand questions. And on her husband's birthday, she was pleasantly surprised by presenting a gorgeous fruit cake as a greeting! On the day of the farewell (check-out), there were also gifts!
A little tar in a barrel of honey)) from personal observation . There are a couple more shallow pools on the way to the main pool. I still don 't understand if they are intended for bathing or just for beauty? But I 've never seen kids swimming there . The point is that the staff cleaning the paths near these very pools mops the soapy water into the same place.... Either you shouldn 't swim there after all , or you should pay attention to the condo management . Most likely, such bathing may not be safe for a baby.
In conclusion, I will say that we had a wonderful rest, no complaints ! The weather is great, the soul is joyful! Oh, I didn't write about Yakov, but I should have, first of all. After all, it was he who met and saw off, gave gifts and congratulated, helped, answered, was attentive and polite , and bright, etc. And to see Anastasia already, right in person, is like seeing a star that you follow on the Internet, and then you look, she... the real one.... with a yoga mat)))

We had a vacation in Hua Hin twice, both times in Marrakech. With MM Group, the rest becomes comfortable. They are very friendly and helpful guys, they respond to any requests, which is very important when traveling on your own without a tour operator. Upon arrival at the room, we were greeted with fruits and sweets. They give you a discount card for massages and excursions. They organize transfers to the fruit market and various excursions themselves, and have their own library. The microwave broke down during the stay, and it was replaced with a brand new one within 2 days. In general, we will definitely come back, the kids are high, the first line, shops are within walking distance. At the departure, the MM Group also brought presents, which is very pleasant

We spent a wonderful 2 weeks in a Marrakech condo!
We were satisfied with everything, starting from the welcome and pleasant surprises from MM Group, and ending with the completion of the rest with the same pleasant surprises) the apartments were comfortable, clean - they fully corresponded to the description, all questions were solved promptly, for which special thanks to manager Yakov!

Good day to everyone. I would like to leave a review about the wonderful Hua Hin MM Group company, thanks to which our vacation was perfect. Starting with the transfer, which was waiting for us at the airport for a long time while we were changing money, we bought a SIM card. Then a quick check-in to a beautiful apartment in a Marrakech condo. Upon check-in, we were greeted with a delicious compliment and a whole package of all sorts of useful things in everyday life. The apartment looked exactly the same as in the photo. It is fully equipped with appliances and utensils. The ironing board and iron, dryer, washing machine made our vacation completely easier. Our wonderful manager Yakov was always in touch and never refused to solve all our questions. Yes, the condo itself is certainly not new, but the first line is something! Lawn with sun beds, 24/7 security. In general, the rest was a success. Now I will recommend a vacation in Hua Hin to all my friends only with this company. I almost forgot about the free hour-long foot massage as a compliment, and delicious tea with various amenities at check-out. I've read a lot of negative reviews myself, and I was very worried, but personally we have nothing to complain about. The deposit was returned immediately upon eviction in one piece. I would like to wish the company only prosperity and good luck in its activities.

I applied for services on the recommendation of friends. I really liked everything!!!
I lived in two cool Condos in Hua Hin - Dusit D2 and La Habana.
The first one is modern, and the second one was even a little more cozy in the room, more comfortable.
I enjoyed the sunsets and the beautiful view.
The windows faced the railway (in Dusit), but then there was even something romantic and familiar about it, that is, the trains did not interfere.
And La Habana had a cooler gym and a very beautiful territory.
The Internet was great and I worked without interruption for all 2 months.

This was our second trip with MMGROUP, the second time we stayed in Marrakech.
I liked everything.
The employees/owners of MM treat their business with a soul.
A long flight with a child, after which I wanted to anchor myself faster, and not look for a currency exchange at the airport, so I ordered a transfer via MM. It's great that you can pay for the transfer after the fact, and not rush in search of local currency. Arriving very late, when the exchangers were already closed, a welcome package was sooo useful to us — as a mini-snack from the road.
They always responded to requests, the client chat is a special storehouse of useful information, an organized trip to the fruit market is a great initiative.
It's a thrill when your expectations of a vacation are met 100%.

As a former bank employee, I am obsessed with customer orientation. I notice service and loyalty to the customer everywhere, and their absence throws me off balance.
I chose MM GROUP to book apartments in Hua Hin, as I have been following the company's activities for a long time.
Russian Russian GROUP is something more than just an agency, it's like one big supportive community of Russian people (although probably not only Russians are among their clients), consisting of Anastasia and Sergey, their team and their guests.
All household issues are closed, there is a general client chat where you can find out everything from where to buy mangoes to difficult insurance cases.
There is a loyalty system with discounts for MM GROUP guests in restaurants, zoos, water parks, massage parlors, etc.

The apartments met expectations, there were nuances, but the team closed them for me. I really liked that we were left with a fruit plate and a bag with small change, which is so necessary immediately upon check-in (salt, oil, dishwashing and washing products, tea/coffee).
We lived in the Dusitd2 condo - quiet, clean (clean all day), good internet in the lobby, conservative, working environment, just what I needed.

Since 2016, we have been going on vacation only to Hua Hin. It has become a favorite vacation spot for our family. We would like to thank the MM-group team for their professionalism! As always, a meeting with a welcome gift and service on household issues. I am pleased with how the client chat and the bonus card from MM groups are organized. Manager Alexey was constantly in touch 24/7. The golden triangle area is very convenient, everything is within walking distance. Previously, they stayed in the rural areas of Hua Hin, in different condos. This time we chose The Royal Prinsess on the first coastline. A wonderful spacious apartment with 3 bedrooms overlooking three sides. In the morning, we drank coffee on the loggia admiring the sunrise, and in the evening we admired the sunset. A 50-meter rooftop pool and a fitness room were only at our disposal. And the views!!! I won't write about the beach, I need to be there. Those who are going to Hua Hin, I recommend using the services of MM groups, it has been checked repeatedly. The vacation passed so quickly that I didn't want to leave. We're not saying goodbye, we'll be back!

It is difficult to overestimate each of your services, especially for tourists visiting Hua Hin for the first time.
There is a small wish regarding the condition of the apartment. Hand on heart, they are tired, probably this is not your area of responsibility, but you could do some work with the owners about this, in my opinion. I want to share my experience of buying foreign real estate. We chose between the UAE and Thailand, thanks to MM, the choice fell on Thai. Consultation and recommendations of the company manager - without further ado, to the point and honestly. Without intrusive promises, which is usually repulsive. The most interesting thing is the purchase process, which is becoming more complicated every day in the current conditions, and we became one of the first buyers who faced a new requirement from the bank - to specify the correspondent bank (the UAE real estate agency, by the way, could not provide such information, but MM -figured out the beauties!). I would like to leave a huge thank you to Nastya and her team (mm group) for organizing a vacation in Marrakech.
I was alone with three children for 5 weeks. I was very worried that it would be hard to cope with everything alone.
But no. Everything went great.
Nastya helped with some difficulties, suggested where / what / how. She even placed some orders for lazade for me initially, and then taught me how to use it myself.
Marrakech seemed to me an ideal option for a holiday with children.
At first, I was hesitant, I thought to find cheaper, other condos.
But as a result, I realized that if I find a cheaper condo, then I will spend more on a taxi. Apart from the fact that it is convenient to have your own territory with close access to the sea, and a swimming pool right by the sea.
Someone devalues the presence of a lawn, but I really liked it: the children played on the grass, on the sand, swam in the sea and in the pool, who had to roll cars on a hard floor, there was also a lot of space for this and all this without moving and 2-3 minutes from the apartment. There is always order on the lawn. There are no outsiders.
Even the little ones are not afraid to leave sleeping on a soft "bag" chair under the shade of palm trees and trees, and go swimming themselves.
Sometimes they left all their things (so as not to carry them back and forth), went for 30-60 minutes to have lunch and again to the beach - as in a private villa or in a hotel. No one touched anything, the guards are great, they constantly keep an eye on everything that happens.
The territory is cleaned, plants are cared for, and order is maintained. There is always a working device with water in the underground parking of the condo (as I understand it in other condos there are difficulties with this).
Within walking distance there is a daily morning mini market with vegetables and fruits, grocery stores (all necessary at a distance of 5 to 15 minutes on foot). Cafes for every taste and pocket both on the beach and on the side of the road ... many have discounts from mm group.
Activities for children, also within walking distance (there is a music school (Thai), a children's club (Russian) with gymnastics, ballet, kindergarten, short-stay groups ...) various activities such as watching cartoons for children for free with supervision (when mom can go on business) or Nastya's children are going to go they took us to the rope park and took us with them ... a trifle, but it's nice: we didn't have to pay for a taxi, a cheerful company, pleasant discounts on tickets from mm group.
Nastya helped find Russian teachers who came home and studied according to the school curriculum with her son (while he was skipping school).
To anyone who thinks and doubts, I recommend mm group and undoubtedly Marrakech. Because if it seems that somewhere is cheaper, then in fact it may turn out to be more expensive.
By the way, this is not the first time in the twentieth century that I compare it with living in a May resort. Marrakech is definitely better. There won't even be any doubts next time.
Even the Intercontinental is inferior to Marrakech in my opinion, because it's fun for children in Marrakech, there are a lot of guys who live in Marrakech permanently or for a long time.
Although the Intercontinental is of course very beautiful in person, I took a walk once, looked at it and of course there is nothing to compare it with)) - cool expensive condo and its location is great.

Our family is grateful to all the employees of MM groups for the fact that our vacation in Hua Hin for all two months was as comfortable as possible and devoid of any household issues. We have been to Hua Hin twice and rented accommodation through MM Groups.
On our first visit, we rented an apartment through MM for half of the period, and for the second half we decided to rent directly from the owner. We did not win in terms of price, but we lost a lot in terms of service. Without MM, all household issues (leaking condiments, etc.) were solved very slowly. Plus, the quality and content of the apartments provided by MM is noticeably better.
Therefore, when we decided to go to Hua Hin for the second time, we immediately turned to MM.
We were offered several housing options for our budget, we chose and booked the ones we liked.
We arrived, settled in - everything is as in the picture👍
We came with small children, and what is especially accepted is that you can rent everything you need for children from MM: a cot, a high chair, a bath, etc.
Plus, MM, it's not only housing, but also a cool community: client chat, barbecue parties, responsive managers who are always ready to help
Thanks to MM, in six months Hua Hin has become our full-fledged second home.

We have used the services of this company for the 2nd time. Moreover, the 1st time was a pandemic. Thanks to the excellent work of the guys from MM, we stayed in Thailand for a few months and wanted to come back again. This year, we had to postpone the arrival date twice, as the whole family fell ill with coronavirus right before departure. They went to meet us, rescheduled the dates not only in Hua Hin, but also at the intercontinental hotel in Phuket (which we booked through MM with a big discount and which also moved the dates without additional payment).
Upon check-in, they hand over a welcome package with various utilities, explain the rules and add it to the client chat, which is very useful) Customers also have discounts at various Hua Hin cafes and even at a hotel in Dolphin Bay. The discounts are tangible, about 20-25%.
If you have any questions or technical difficulties, you can simply write to the manager and your questions will be resolved.
This year we arrived with a 4-month-old baby and the question of where to go for the winter was not at all. We like Hua Hin, we really like the way MM Group works. There is support, we knew that you can always turn to the guys for help if necessary.
To sum up: I hope this is not our last wintering in the XX century. And, of course, we plan to go only through MM groups)

I will definitely explain the reason for the assessment. We ordered a transfer through this company, the sha+ hotel, tests on arrival, everything turned out to be about 25-27 thousand baht (I don't remember exactly).
We were leaving Georgia and we needed to send things, and then fly, I asked Natalia's manager for help, namely to give the address to which we would send the parcel, and then it was picked up, of course we were ready to pay for the service, but she said that since we did not choose a condo after the hotel, they can't give you an address and they don't provide such services. Well, OK, I went to the general chat, which is owned by this company (there are no chat rules, so I do not understand what can not be written there), I wrote as is that we need to send things to Yu, the manager MM refused to help, can someone help. I was deleted from the chat, and the messages were cleaned up (I already saw this from my other account, which was also deleted, apparently they realized that it was me too). Well, let's say. Although it is more logical to write rules like "don't even dare to mention something bad about us," judging by the chat history, not only me was kicked out of there for unknown reasons.
But we will return to the essence of the services provided. I was given the number of the person in charge of the transfer, to whom I informed the arrival time. As a result, we were not met, we searched for 20 minutes for the person ourselves, and after 15 we waited for the one who organized it to find him. I wouldn't be so upset if we didn't have a 6-month-old baby with us after a 13-hour flight. Well, let's say.
We were brought to the hotel. There was a compliment in the room in the form of water and fruit. Thank you so much, it's really nice ☺️
We went to watch with the manager Natalia the condo that was picked up for us. It turned out to be good and at a market price. However, the screenings looked something like this: they opened an apartment for us and that's it. Let's be honest, realtors usually tell you about housing, territories, well, as if they are selling something. We looked at the territory as best we could, because she left. As a result, we rented other apartments in the same condo, it turned out there was even a garden with vegetables, but Natalia did not show it. Well, all right.
After the eviction, we were billed for electricity for 5 thousand baht in 3.5 days. We were shocked because we didn't even use air conditioners because there was no heat. We asked to see the previous bills in order to verify the figures. It turned out to be a small mistake and we owe about 700 baht for electricity 😄

In general, I do not know which company it is because I interacted with certain employees. It's just that my experience was bad and to some extent humanly insulting.
