For us, this temple is remembered not as the Meiji Temple, but as a huge park complex of cicadas. When you enter it, you stop hearing the city, you even stop hearing yourself in places, the deafening roar of cicadas is heard from all sides. They seem to be sitting on you, and in droves. A wonderful park with a temple. It is convenient to get to the metro station, then 5-7 minutes on foot. A large area with century-old trees, like in a forest with convenient paths, there are toilets, cafes, souvenirs, the temple complex itself is not large, you can lay 1.5-2 hours for a quiet inspection of everything.
