DON'T COME HERE! REVIEWS ARE FAKE!
The reception is rude. They cheat in full, one lady communicates worse than a bazaar grandmother.
We ordered a bathhouse by whatsapp, and no one told us a word about the fact that you can't have your own food, and that you have to pay separately for a broom, bathrobes and even towels!!! The lady at the reception said, "Well, you don't like it, you can leave." We showed her that your website says otherwise, she said she didn't know that she didn't care. We had a pizza with us, she grabbed it with the words "I'll take it, then you'll take it."
We were told that the baths are new, everything is new. In fact, there are tattered sofas, questionable furniture. The bath itself is done incorrectly — the water is boiling, there is no hood, the brooms are barely connected. Horror.
The prices for food are horse-drawn. The service charge is 10% for everything — for the bath itself, and for brooms, etc., keep this in mind.
In the end, this boorish woman went to check after us, returned and tried to write down a sheet on us, which we did not touch. When we left, of course, they didn't even say goodbye to us.
Here is such a "birthday present" for my young man. It's a disgrace.
