Terrible hostel. It's dirty inside, it's cold, there's no hot water. The toilet is in a disgusting state. The manager was not at the reception. I searched for her all over the hostel, but I didn't find her. Upon arrival, the website indicated that the price per person was 2,000 tenge per bed. It turned out on the spot that 4,000 tenge. We were tired and wet from the rain, we did not argue and settled in for a day. Then we moved to a normal hotel in the same area for lunch. The beds are bunk beds, dirty, the bed was given out all rumpled and crumpled. I highly do not recommend this place.

Добрая русская женщина, в хостеле адекватные правила и цены. Поставили обогрев, потому что окна не пластиковые, а так в целом совсем неплохо, соседи попались адекватные. И самый жирный плюс, это точки для зарядки на каждой кровати, во многих хостелах такого нет
