As soon as there were problems crediting funds through their application, problems arose and the money did not arrive. I arrived at the office. The woman said that she was not involved at all and only accepted cash payments. He says to call tech support. The tech support was rude on the phone and didn't help in any way. After 2 days, the money arrived and the issue was resolved. The next month, everything is exactly the same, only the money didn't arrive even after a week. Circles of hell on a new one. The office told me to call tech support. At first they hung up, then they picked up the phone and told me to call back later, then rudeness, indifference and misunderstanding.
I can't say anything about the quality of the Internet (I'm not using it).
I assume that the positive reviews do not reflect the real picture. I highly do not recommend this provider.

I came to the office, asked at which terminal and how to top up. They answered: "We don't know, terminals are not our job and we have no idea what is where." So I had to go to the office once every 2 months. Until the tariff suddenly increased, it was unscheduled to go to the office, because there was no Internet, and technical support did not respond. And lo and behold, the office is closed in honor of the holiday. I asked again in the terminal and was able to pay, only...the Internet did not appear, and the site said that I did not replenish it (goodbye to my 2k). But I learned how to replenish it on the site. But as soon as it's 19 o'clock or the weekend, the Internet will definitely start to turn off so that you don't call the office or tech support. In 2 years, the price has already been increased 3 times, but for some reason other providers do not have it, and the quality has not changed there, but mine has changed. It also happens that the Internet is gone for a long time during the day, I call, they say "we don't know what the problems are, they write everything is fine, you have problems there somewhere," and after 2 minutes they turn on, that is, if I hadn't been sick, would I have sat without the Internet further? Sunday morning, there is no Internet since Saturday evening, Monday's Eden to call and worry. At least on the website they wrote about the reasons for the absence. And I'm not talking about the fact that you spend half a month on the Internet, which even one site loads for 4 minutes

Today, they miraculously got through to them, to which we were answered: "Before you call us, restart the router" (for a minute, we've been rebooting it since 6 a.m.), maybe they'll stop hiring just anyone. It is immediately clear that people have settled down to work there without any education, they simply do not know how to communicate with a client.
I don't want to say anything bad about the management, but you can't even conduct an elementary interview to understand who you're hiring. How can one treat the population so kindly.....
