The ice palace is not bad, but the organization of mass skating is disgusting. There are very few shops for changing skates in the lobby. Administrators start checking tickets when it's time to skate on ice. The lights went out during the ride, then blinked for a long time. During this incident, the nurse on duty and the instructor performed their work duties well to avoid possible injuries in the dark. The administrators didn't even go out on the ice and ask if there were any injuries.
Administrators perform their duties carelessly.
In paid rentals, they give out skates that should be thrown in the trash (it's impossible to walk in them, but you can break your legs on such skates).

The locker rooms are terrible, and there aren't enough rubber coverings to skate everywhere. The ice melts in summer and there are puddles near the gates. And it's not enough to have one ice rink in such a big city, the ice is constantly busy. We need to build a second new one
