The administrator of Rizvan is incompetent in her work, rude, irresponsible, unable to resolve current issues, refers to everyone, dismisses responsibility from herself!!! Dinara and Mukagali, the waiter, are not doing their job, they are being ignored... We waited an hour for the order, but we didn't get it... They asked for a complaint book, but they didn't receive it, under various pretexts, they lost it, they didn't find it, or the manager took it away.... Disgusting service, no customer orientation... We will file a complaint with the competent authorities, and we will attach a video... Such people should not work in the service sector if they cannot provide proper work.... After all, people come here to relax, not to get negative emotions....

It's a very boring place. At first I went in, I thought it was closed, it was almost empty, there were only 3-4 tables on the terrace with guests. Perhaps you need to diversify the menu? There is another beer hall nearby, one summer house and a glass room in the same building. The place is quiet from the street, but interesting for connoisseurs. There is Guinness and Estrella, in my opinion, the two best beers. Great burger and fries. It's quiet, calm, it just happens to be a little cold, but tolerable. Why add so many dishes to the menu if you don't have them. In general, we didn't eat what we wanted. Ordered beer set #1. Then they wanted to order from the dishes, but then it wasn't so easy. We would have left, but football has already started and we have no choice but to watch the match. These dishes were not in fact:

2) to order a barbecue, they said that it would be ready in an hour
3) they wanted to smoke a hookah, they said that their coal miner did not come to work that day.
