This was my first time trying Georgian food. I had heard good things about it and it did not disappoint. There was a nice atmosphere and the food was great. I tried the chasushuli, chkmeruli, adjarian, and khinkali.
We went here 3 times. I would definitely recommend it.
Stupid waiter very angry. We ask to share a table and after 10 minutes she changed her mind, she came very angry and asked us to change the table without waiting. They are not smart really. Different speech between admistrator and waiter.
I came for a couple of days, I was in other national restaurants, but I also wanted to visit Georgian in Belarus, there were a lot of people, but they found a place for us, very pleasant staff, ordered khinkali, my son wanted it, they mostly had spicy ones, I didn't take much, but you know, the child ate such a nice spice, rolls from eggplant, delicious, shish kebab and grilled potatoes, everything was delicious, the shish kebab was juicy, I really liked it, khachapuri in Megrelian, it was a little dry and very thin, a glass of red, and a bottle of tarragon, it turned out very inexpensive, I think 3100 rubles.
It's not a bad place. My wife's birthday was celebrated by my family. Overall, I liked everything. The food is delicious. We took the set "Taste Georgia" on Cream. Sazaphulo salad, assorted phali, eggplant rolls, Ajarian khachapuri, assorted khinkali, champignons in ketsi, ajapsandali, shoti. There was a bit of a mess with the tables, but it was still Friday afternoon, so it was excusable.
The family came to dinner twice. A large room, a table both on the street and on two floors. The interior has a slight bias towards Georgia. The music is national, but unobtrusive. We tried many dishes, from khachapuri in Adjarian to dolma, khachapuri in Adjarian and Imeretian were fresh and quite tasty, chashushuli and ojakhuri were cooked well, but somehow "without a soul", there was a feeling that the dish was simply "assembled" from cooked ingredients and warmed up, in a word, there is something to strive for. We didn't get a set of hinkals due to the lack of lamb, but all the other hinkal options were cooked just fine. Dolma is the size of a small cabbage roll, 3 pieces per serving, keep in mind when ordering, one dolma will not get enough😬Maybe it is the name of the institution that still speaks about its specialization in dishes. But in favor of the institution, everything should be said about portion sizes and affordable prices. Come to the "Khinkalnya" you will not regret and taste the national Georgian dishes.
A great place to eat delicious food and chat with friends! Polite staff. It is advisable to book a place in advance on Friday and Saturday evenings.
Thank you for your hospitality.
Delicious, cozy and convenient location.
We definitely checked out this place! Very tasty, friendly staff, interesting sets, allowing you to get acquainted with the variety
Georgian cuisine, homemade wine. Thanks! We will definitely come back!
PS returned, as promised, for a friend's birthday. Thank you so much for a delicious dinner and a great mood! You are super!!!! I sincerely recommend it
There are midges flying in the hall. There is no smell of Georgian cuisine here. We ordered khinkali with mutton, dolma, khachapuri in Adjarian style, eggplant rolls, chashushuli, homemade wine and Georgian beer. Khinkali was served barely warm, the amount of pepper in them was such that the taste of meat was not felt at all. There was almost no broth. The cheese is tasteless in rolls, as in khachapuri. In dolma, the meat is covered with pepper and spices to the point of ugliness, there is no taste of meat. The grape leaves are old and tough. Chashushuli is disgusting, the meat is not in piles, but torn together with vegetables is stewed to a homogeneous mass. Homemade wine is not wine, it's gibberish diluted with alcohol or vodka. The smell of alcohol interrupts everything. Lida beer was poured instead of Georgian beer. Well, later on, there were more khinkali in the receipt than they brought in the order. I highly do not recommend this place. Address: Komsomolskaya 5
I was in Khinkalna on 03.11.24 in the afternoon.I ordered 6 classic khinkali, and a chicken kebab..I am very familiar with Georgian cuisine and very often I eat khinkali lula..both in your city and in Georgia itself..What I ate in this place is disgusting, what I ate all the time..In addition, khinkali was so peppery and spicy, I barely ate them, even coughing from pepper, but I was hungry and I needed a snack on the road..I mastered 3 khinkali only..I thought Lula would at least eat ..but this is generally something with something, the minced meat is not fresh and it has been powdered in every possible way.. that the meat itself was sweet, watery , onion chunks inside and raw in the finished dish ..Meat has been resuscitated, something that no longer comes into use, it is simply brought to life by all sorts of methods..in general, I took it all in a hurry and wanted to eat because I had to leave..in the minibus, I felt and realized what it was..I can't tell you how my stomach turned out..As a result, from this visit, I have an exacerbation of my stomach to such an extent that I have been taking diet medications for almost a month..and a visit to the clinic..How can you cook this and bring it to order????..The city center!the restaurant is also called..Shame!!!!
Apparently an independent check is needed..and call the hotline.
Delicious, inexpensive, unusual cheese khinkali, pleasant service. In general, I advise you if you want to have a quick, comfortable and inexpensive snack. Yes, keep in mind that they bring free bread.
A tourist's view.
So the pros: Delicious tea, cozy interior, friendly staff, warmth.
Cons: There is nothing to do with Georgian here🫣🫣🫣Khinkali, definitely not Khinkali! At least there is no meat in the minced meat, from the word absolutely, There are no herbs or spices in the dishes (I ask the management to come and try for themselves what you feed your guests! Enjoy your meal!
It's not the first time I've been to this place, it's always delicious and beautiful, but the last trip left a storm of emotions.
I celebrated my birthday there on September 8, and the whole company was delighted.
Very fast serving of dishes, we did not expect such a speed :) .
The kitchen is on top, everything is fresh and delicious.
Special thanks to the waitress Maria, a very pleasant and sweet girl, constantly came up, picked up the dishes and napkins on time 🌟
And a mini khachapuri as a birthday present has also become a nice pleasant bonus.
In general, I definitely recommend and advise you to visit! Once again, I was convinced that the restaurant on Komsomolskaya Street is the best of the entire Hinkalen chain.
Delicious and inexpensive. You need to reserve in advance on weekends, there are a lot of people. A restaurant with classic Georgian cuisine and an advisory atmosphere.
In general, it is a very cozy place, colorful interior.
The staff is friendly, attentive beyond praise!
But the cuisine is average, khinkali did not like at all, the taste of meat is not clear, mutton is not felt at all and it does not look clear what kind of minced meat it is, they fall apart before they have time to bite to drink juice, khachapuri in Adjarian is not bad but not wow…
This Khinkalnya was one of our favorites, we often celebrated family celebrations there and just went to eat, but this is probably until today.
My grandmother had a birthday today, a large pre-order was made in advance, it was agreed that they would be put in the ceremonial hall on the second floor.Yes, we were sitting there and there were no questions about the food, everything is delicious, as always. Now about the circumstances in which we found ourselves:the receptionist who called back on the day of the event to clarify the pre-order did not bother to say that there would also be another banquet with us in the tiny banquet hall (otherwise, I would have asked to set the table in the next room, where there was no one, 14.00)
The guests at the next table immediately demanded to turn off the air conditioner, since They were cold, we were hot, okay, they opened the windows. But the climax to everything was that I asked to take out a gift dessert with a candle to my grandmother at 16.00.He was taken out at 4:05 p.m., the whole family started singing "happy Birthday" loudly, finished to the end, and the waitress at that moment said "This is not for you" and took the dessert to the next table!!!
to another birthday girl!!!With the words "Well, if necessary, we'll bring it to you right now too"
Disgusting, the mood was spoiled.Grandma is upset.
I urge the administration to explain the ugly situation that has arisen.
The city of Dobrodechno is not far from Minsk. Right from the railway station, on the pedestrian street, there is a khinkalnaya. I was late for the train to Minsk, everyone quickly organized an IPO for the upper class! The place is clean and spacious. The visitor's toilet is the best I've seen, better and cleaner than in the theater, I'd say! I want to say separately about bread, come in, try it, I recommend it! I visited with my son
I've always liked Khinkalnya. I was in many regional centers, it even seemed like the menu was different. Everything is delicious, the choice is large. The cost of meals, of course, has increased since the opening, but, in fact, it is logical relative to other establishments. There are often a lot of people on Komsomolskaya Street, it is better to book in advance. Among my favorite dishes and drinks: hibizgina (it seems that it is not on the menu now), khinkali with cheese, khachapuri in Megrelian, in summer - delicious cold brew, sea buckthorn tea, feijoa and dogwood compote.
While hanging out in Minsk, I came across a Khinkalnya. I ate well. It's really delicious.
A small minus: I waited 2 minutes for the administrator, she was driving on the second floor) Yes, there are 2 floors! The price tag is adequate. Having lunch with your family is a good choice)
I've always really liked this place, but the last trip was very frustrating. It's not the first time I've ordered a bowl of Chashuli, I'm used to having a plate of beef and vegetables brought. This time they brought a thin vegetable soup with one slice of meat. I'm not exaggerating) There was only one piece of meat. That is, one piece of meat and a liquid vegetable soup – 28 rubles. I asked the waitress to replace me, she still weakly resisted, saying, well, here's the meat))) Pointing to this one unfortunate piece. As a result, it was replaced, but the replaced dish was, to put it mildly, not with meat. The same vegetable soup, just a couple of beef fibers added. I didn't swear anymore, but I felt deceived, to put it mildly, especially when a completely different dish was brought earlier, where there really was a portion of meat that really cost 28 rubles. In general, I used to be a favorite place, now I'm unlikely to return, to pay 28 rubles for one piece of meat with vegetable soup... Well, such a thing, to put it mildly.
Wonderful service, hot divine food, pleasant, not loud music, reasonable prices. I had lunch in silence.
Thanks to the waitress Anna, for the warm welcome!
It is located on a busy pedestrian street, it is very atmospheric in the evening, be sure to visit this area in the evening.
The cafe has fast service, traditional Georgian menu, friendly staff.
We went to another institution of the same chain for a business lunch, we also really liked it. I recommend it!
Very convenient location of the Khinkalni, we booked a table in advance. The interior was pleasant, there were many visitors. I liked the Adjarian boat, there was little meat in the khinkali and it was a little cold, the dolma is very salty, sulugini is not bad, ajapsandal is very spicy and salty, I really liked the pork kebab. Homemade white wine is light, red is more tart, the morse could have a richer taste. We took desserts: Napoleon and strudel. Not a masterpiece (Cappuccino is cold, but it's more of a machine problem. There is a comment on the service to the waitress, who could not advise the wine, I wanted them to give some advice on the menu. The prices are reasonable. But overall, the impression is not bad, I think we will come again.
It seems to be one of the chain establishments, but the Khinkalnya is different. Everything is on top in this one. And now I even have my favorite khinkali with lamb and coriander. Well, the prices for the center of Minsk are straight budget.
It's a strange feeling - like the interior is good, the waiters are friendly, the food is served quickly. But the kitchen is very strange. The most important scourge of all dishes is pepper. Red hot pepper is EVERYWHERE. Even in eggplant rolls. Even in dolma. Guys, this is wrong, this is not Georgia, go to Tbilisi on the weekend and try local dishes, they are not like that. It is especially insulting for dolma, because the grape leaves are very good, similar to those that are just used in Georgia - elastic and sour, fragrant, and not cotton wool, as in most places. It would be a great dish if it weren't for the pepper. Khinkali is good. Pepper is quite a topic there, but again, a little too much with the amount. I would have given it 4 stars, but khachapuri finished it off in an Adjarian way. You just don't know how to cook it, the main problem is the cheese, it doesn't stretch at all and doesn't stick to the bun. The main purpose of Adjarian khachapuri is to tear off the crust and dip it in the center. Your cheese just lies in dry lumps and does not stick anywhere.
Alas. For the establishment and the staff 5, for the dishes - 2, the average 3.
Delicious food, fast and courteous staff. I got into action 2 at the price of 1 from hinkali. I will especially highlight khinkali with mushrooms and salad, which is shown in the photo.
Khinkali is not bad, but nothing more. The cheese salad is tasteless. The interior is pleasant, the waiters are polite. But the main problem is ventilation. After leaving, all the clothes are then in the scents of the table. It's very unexpected for the city center. I definitely don't want to go a second time.
A great place, the taste of the dishes is amazing, the responsive and smiling staff, the concept of the restaurant is perfectly observed. I especially want to recommend the dessert alubali with cherries.
I ordered eggplant rolls and baked champignons at this place. Everything is quite edible, add salt, and generally wonderful. Uzbekbar (dried fruit compote) is very tasty.
It's a great place. The prices are adequate. The staff is pleasant. Thank you. I really liked it. We ordered it in advance...the seats are all occupied))
Gorgeous khinkali, Adjarian khachapuri and kharcho!
We really wanted to try the cheese soup with khinkali, but unfortunately it was not there.
The place is pleasant, the service is decent!
Friendly staff who can hear. What the client wants. Homemade wine is delicious and easy to drink. Great prices. But there is a small terrace and in the summer it is very difficult to sit on the terrace in the evening. The food is delicious.
I visited this restaurant in April. It is satisfying and delicious, the restaurant is designed for Georgia very well. Polite staff. The dishes were served within 20 minutes. I chose this restaurant as one of the nearest, average-priced places for me with a good rating. I recommend you to visit
+ Good service, there is Wi-Fi, it's nice that the food arrived earlier than originally said.
- The most "ordinary" establishment, with food for 3 out of 5. Suluguni cheese is simply disgusting. For an institution where suluguni is in 70% of the dishes, it is critical. The khinkali was partly overcooked and partly undercooked.
We visited this place several times. It's a very colorful place. I really like the kitchen. We were in Batumi, so the menu is in the assortment and the food is cooked just as delicious. Attentive, polite and humorous waitresses. Pleasant atmosphere, quiet Georgian music. A place where you want to come back again.
I've been here three times) the cuisine, as in all establishments of this chain, is top-notch. The last time, the impression was spoiled by the slow service- the waiter did not come for a long time, did not remove the empty plates on time and just walked past us. I got one star for that.
In short, of all the Khinkali dishes, this place makes them spicy. 2/10 is a great place if you want Georgian cuisine, to be honest, Georgia was worse
update: there is not much meat in the kharcho, it is 5/10 spicy in terms of sharpness
Well, so-so in general, this is the first time so many meat khinkals with pepper are served. That is, if you don't want it sharp, then it's like there's no choice. The service is good, fast, the only question is about the food. But it's budget-friendly relative to many places nearby.
I've been to the Green City shopping center before and was satisfied with the cuisine and service. I visited with my friends by chance on 06/19/24. The dishes were heavily peppered, perhaps not very fresh products... And the service was shocking. A young man accepted the order, and the girl Arina came to calculate, who brought us a general check without even asking how we plan to pay. When we insisted on a separate account, she allowed herself to crumple the check in front of our noses and answered very sharply and defiantly. When we noticed this, no one even thought to apologize. This is very far from a normal service

There are several halls on the first and second floors, and the normal, responsive staff is one of the advantages.
cons: we took chashushuli for 20 + rubles, it represents half a can of ordinary stew, medium quality, fried with vegetables and that's it (go to a Georgian cafe, not even to a restaurant, and see how the chashushuli dish should look, and how delicious it is in a normal place) rating 1-.
the children ate ojakhuri - they didn't like the dish, the usual fried potatoes with meat. So name the dish-potatoes with meat in Belarusian, not Georgian ojakhuri. Khinkali was a bit insular, the children couldn't eat, I like spicy, so 2 + or 3-.
Cranberry juice and sea buckthorn drink-both diluted with about 1/20 water, water with water. I asked to bring bottled water, but these two glasses were added to the bill-for this, another score of 1-.
Advice for those who read reviews and follow them when choosing an institution: Look for another Georgian cafe or restaurant, there are many in Minsk (around 500 m. in a straight line, an establishment with a similar cuisine and name is much better)
Delicious and fast.
Khinkali fire, the dough is perfect, they will give Novikov a head start.
The kharcho is delicious and spicy, but there is a note about it in the menu.
Your meal is beyond praise, it has sunk into my soul from the very first spoonful. Now in all other establishments I compare it with yours (and they lose).
It's a nice place, and you get everything you expect from this franchise. There is enough space. It's not even the minuses that are expected, but just a comment- when there are a lot of people, cooking will have to wait a bit.
The establishment is located in a picturesque location. Without booking a table, the place was easily found in the evening, which pleases. Inside there is a pleasant appearance, two floors. Delicious food that is quickly prepared and brought. The staff is pleasant, although there were questions at some points, but this did not spoil the overall impression. Very tasty white homemade wine, I advise all lovers of 🍷. The place is wonderful, I will be happy to come here again.
