We visited this place in the Skala shopping center and were surprised on the negative side. The preparation of khachapuri in Adjarian was surprisingly very bad (for the first time I saw this). Apart from the small amount of filling (cheese), the dough was completely raw. In addition, the staff of this institution seemed absolutely unfriendly. The interest in high-quality customer service is similar to a factory canteen. Collectively, the work of the kitchen and staff, in my case, reflects the poor organization of work in the whole institution. The staff was leaving the room that day. It was the first half of the day, 4-5 tables were occupied. It can hardly be said that they are interested in developing the institution and attracting customers.
Most of all, I liked the work of the kitchen and the staff who are interested in having a good time for their customers at the GreenCity shopping center.

I recently visited the Khinkalnya restaurant, and it was a real trip to Georgia.
The cuisine here is simply wonderful!
I would like to mention the work of the waiters separately. They were not only friendly, but also very knowledgeable: they could always help with the choice of dishes and tell interesting details about each of them. I felt at home — everything was done quickly and with soul.
The atmosphere is simply indescribable! The cozy interior, filled with Georgian flavor, makes you want to come back here again and again. The music playing smoothly against the background complements the experience and creates an incredibly warm atmosphere.
I definitely recommend this place to anyone who wants to enjoy authentic Georgian cuisine and an atmosphere of friendship and comfort! Don't miss the chance to visit Khinkalnya!

Of the advantages, I would like to mention the small number of people in this institution. The waiter turned out to be unsmiling and not particularly interested in our order. Strangely, she didn't even offer us drinks, because we could have forgotten about them. There's only one name for it, a stale and tasteless bun. The grape leaves in the dolma were hard and burnt, and the filling itself tasteless. The kharcho is not bad, the chashushuli is quite edible. But it doesn't compare to the original made in Tbilisi. This place is a disgrace to the delicious Georgian cuisine. Unfortunately, we won't be coming here anymore.

We visited this institution for the first time. As it turned out, the last one. We booked a table, it was said in advance that we would be with the children. And what would be our surprise that our table is right at the entrance to the street. And considering that it was December, it was very cold when the doors opened. Next, I was annoyed by the disgusting behavior of the waitress, who, after noting that she had been told in advance about the arrival time and that half an hour had passed and there was not a single hot dish on the table, began to be rude. The cooking was mediocre, some were delicious, some were so-so. Never set foot in this institution again!

Khinkalnya is a pain attraction. I ordered khinkali with beef, and they brought me something with unknown minced meat. Kharcho is an icy slush. The waiter is rude, as if I owe him. I've been waiting for the order forever. Instead of an apology, it's a Cerberus–like look. I paid for not eating, and I left hungry and angry. Khinkalnya is the worst experience of my life. I don't recommend it even to the enemy. The service is at the bottom, the food is disgusting, the atmosphere is depressing. It's better to have a snack at a stall on the street, have more fun and save your nerves. This place is just a disgrace to Georgian cuisine. If you want to spoil your mood and waste your money, go here. Otherwise, run!

It was our first time in this restaurant, although we were familiar with Georgian cuisine earlier. The food is very tasty, the portions are decent. We tried assorted khinkali, very juicy, especially liked it with lamb. The food is thick, rich, as it should be!!! Pork kebab is actually a fairy tale! I would like to highlight the polite and knowledgeable waiters, they will prompt and orient you on the menu. I recommend you to visit 100%.

If I hadn't asked for the menu myself, we probably would have sat there for a very long time. With the hall practically empty, waiters passed us back and forth several times and no one offered a menu. Okay, we're not proud people, and we could have gone over and taken them at the reception desk ourselves. That's the first thing I didn't like. The second is dirty dishes. Actually, out of the three plates that were brought to us, all three were poorly washed, and one even had leftovers from previous visitors). As it was, the food was delicious, and the order arrived as promised in 20-25 minutes. So, wash the dishes better and don't ignore your guests.

I visited this disgusting place on 10.12. At first, I waited for the waiter to come to me for more than five minutes, in the process I walked around the hall looking for at least one employee, but it was unsuccessful.
Fortunately, there was a more persistent man who found the waiter. The girl noticed me and brought the menu a minute later. Thanks a lot for that. I asked her not to leave, because I'm already ready to place an order. To which the waitress turned around and sped off into the sunset. Unfortunately or fortunately, this was my last straw and I left this institution.

Today 05/31.25 22:09 we visited this establishment in order to order a takeaway. A waiter met us and the order was accepted and paid for. After about 20 minutes, we came to pick up our order, but the receptionist informed us that "the whole kitchen had gone home." The money was returned, but the institution will not be able to compensate for the waiting time in any way. Please pay attention to this situation.

The food is delicious and hearty, the portions are good.

Not a place, but a wild horror)
It was the first time I came to this place and I won't come back. There were two waiters for the whole point, for some reason one of them was without a uniform and a badge.
I ordered a chicken kebab, which was carried for a long time, although only a couple of tables were occupied. Maybe you could forget about the waiting time if the barbecue wasn't BURNT. The chicken is white meat, and they brought me pieces of some kind of coal, to which the waiter with a dissatisfied face said, "well, this is a barbecue," as if I did not know what a barbecue that is cooked on the grill looks like. By the way, after this barbecue, the whole place smelled burnt for a long time.
Mojito. I do not know if the mojito recipe is different in Georgian cuisine, but then it should be explained in the menu. This is a regular lemon "drink" that is served in the school cafeteria.
The eggplant rolls were rubber and very cold, how can you spoil such a simple dish, I don't even know.
When we asked for the bill, the waiter with a very unhappy face calculated us without even giving us the receipt from the terminal. It doesn't matter to me, however, when making transactions with funds, you are obliged to give the check, or at least ask if I need it)
In general, I will not come here anymore)

I read a lot of good reviews and decided to go.
The kitchen is losing out to restaurants near Chelyuskintsev Park and Nemiga. The rest were not. 6.5/10
The waitresses were also not tactful, I ran after them to supplement the orders or clarify the time, ask for the bill. And in the beginning, they even mixed up the order, forgot about dessert.
I waited for the order for more than 30 minutes, instead of the stated 20. Although there were not many people. It's a pity, I love this network.
