The young man waiter said that it would be better to close the door (the better is unclear), the guests were constantly coming in and out.My husband had to sit in his jacket, as there was a wind blowing from the door. As a result, we ended up on sick leave. I give a C for the attitude towards the client.

We visited this institution a couple of times.
About the pros: the location is super suitable, from the terrace there is a beautiful view of the castle and the lake with fountains, delicious cuisine, awesome desserts (foams with apples are highly recommended to lovers of puff pastry.. melts in your mouth). The prices are quite adequate.
One of the disadvantages is the incomprehensible work of the waiters, one takes orders, brings dishes to the second, and the third is calculated. They ordered coffee and brought it 30 minutes later because, as it turned out, they forgot about it. We got to the Rtveli festival just in time, asked the waiter how to eat mrgvili correctly, to which they replied "I have no idea".
Drinks (uzvar, fruit drinks, compotes) for sweet lovers, personally we had too much sugar.
In general, the establishment is good, we will be happy to come again, but it is necessary to train the staff.

I have never written reviews, but I would like to sincerely thank the kitchen.
Everything is served quickly and very tasty, you have excellent chefs. Unfortunately, not all shifts work on the same level.
Recently, my husband and I replaced other chefs, and we noticed a difference in quality. However, today everything was at the highest level: we ate, the dish was served quickly, and it was very satisfying. There was no such feeling of damp, unfinished.
It's not the first time we've been here, so I know what I'm talking about. I would like to wish the chefs to maintain the same high level as during this shift.
Special thanks to the courteous staff — it's always nice and I want to come back again and again.
It remains to find out from Ksenia exactly when the best chefs work, so that they can come at this time. This refers to the shift schedule) The idea of delivery is just a salvation for me after work!🥰

We ordered Adjarian khachapupi, a kebab plate, and khinkili with various fillings. Generally.... the khachapuri dough is not soaked, the shish kebab is overdried (both chicken and pork lula). Khinkali seems to be great. We won't come a second time. Oh yes, I almost forgot, chacha was great))))))

We were at this place today, to say that we were delighted with everything is an understatement! The staff is friendly, sociable, the girls who served us are incredibly pleasant, they produce everything down to the smallest detail! We went there with a small child! They offered a separate high chair for the child, warm up the juice, coloring and pencils, and a separate menu for the child. They serve everything very quickly, and what really surprised me was the mint toothpicks, I don't know where, but I see this for the first time, I'm thrilled!!!

I've been to establishments of this chain before, in particular 123 Dzerzhinsky Ave., Minsk, it seems like the network is the same and the menu is the same, but there is such a big difference. I ordered a salad, I love it very much, but in Lida they brought a completely cold salad, oak vegetables, and a cooling shish kebab. We ordered Ojahuri with pork, in theory, the dish should be hot, bubbling in the dishes, but after 10 minutes they brought us a completely cold product, the feeling that someone had not eaten it remained, cooled down and brought it to us. Baked cheese without flavor, champignons without spices, khinkali (the simplest dish was served for as long as possible), torn, without broth, khachapuri is also a question. Maybe if there's nothing to compare it with, it'll work, but we won't be coming back.

The juiciest khinkali I've ever eaten in my life! And the unrealistically tender dough is so excellent that now they will have to buy new pants, because they also decided to try this unearthly dish. Khinkali was not ordered, everything else is excellent. A vegetable salad with cheese is an interesting dressing, like pesto with a Georgian accent. The phali is delicious, the cheese pie is simply exhausted by the cheese. They brought everything quickly. There were already a lot of people in the process, but so far there has been no one, such deadlines are generally unclear and there is a complete lack of warnings about this.
They also brought super spicy beef and non-spicy turkey for the child in one plate. And figure out for yourself where what is.
As a result, two unsuccessful attempts to bite.
Pork is also in the same plate with lamb, and I, for example, do not eat pork.
And the cherry on the cake is gaslighting, like what didn't you tell me, what's on different plates for you. It didn't even occur to me that I should warn about this, I've never come across such a guessing game.
When paying, too, there's something wrong with your phone, so it doesn't work. And the role of tolerance on the face. By the way, payments were made normally from the phone everywhere.
But it's not a problem, we paid with a card, we just had to climb, the attitude is just surprising.
Honestly, I can't imagine how people don't even think of trying to make amends after that. As for me, I haven't seen such a disgusting service for many years. If you don't want to spoil your mood, I don't recommend going straight. Oh, and there are no hand wipes in the bathroom. Well, that's a small thing.

The establishment opened recently, so there are no complaints. It is clear that the guys are trying hard. The staff is polite and attentive.
The food is very tasty. I went twice, I liked everything. Khinkali, ajapsandali, chicken in Chmerulsky, khachapuri, all this is insanely delicious.
The average check is 25-27 rubles. Prices are lower than everywhere else in the city. For 150 rubles, our family of 4 people ate their fill. There's no room left for dessert.

The atmosphere itself is very pleasant, I am sure that I will return there more than once. Khachapuri and khinkali were tried from the menu . Everything was brought very quickly, they did not wait long at all, provided that the entire restaurant was filled. It's a good place.The waitresses are smart and the service is excellent.I liked grilled vegetables from the dishes, cheeses with honey are also not bad, meat baked with vegetables is excellent (only a lot of cumin).The salad is terrible (cucumbers with onions and tomatoes are very peppery and not at all tasty)Just ugh..(((Chacha (aged) so-so (overrated)as for me.The wine is not very sweet.Semi-dry is excellent.Dry so-so (for an amateur).Khinkali (about nothing...(There is something to compare it with.) As a connoisseur of cuisine and having visited most of the chain's establishments..This is the worst..I was with a girl on October 15 at about 18.00-19.00 we wanted to celebrate a birthday.. disappointment from the first minutes...we ordered two pink salmon and champignons, after 10-15 minutes of waiting it turned out not to be there..They chose dolma .. after ordering, they came again and said no to her..We took a Katmis salad and a wachburger..the most awkwardly assembled of all my burgers, there is a difficult thick and crooked bun, a cutlet like mashed potatoes, not a burger..the parsley turned out to be unwashed with thick stalks, they replied to my remark, "I'll tell the cook."We didn 't even finish eating , this is the first time I 've met with such a person .I also had to wait 10 minutes for the calculation , the staff could not be reached . If I were the owner of the Khinkalnya franchise, I would break off all relations with this would-be owner. DISGUSTING STAFF! DISGUSTING WAITERS! The first time I was at the opening, I waited 1 hour and 30 minutes for the order to be delivered. The Khinkali was smelly, the waiters were prostrated (it is clear that people are not trained, uninitiative, do not know how to communicate with the client, do not pay attention to the client). The SECOND time I came, the administrator offered to sit down at the table and... that's IT. I sat for 10 minutes, they didn't even deign to bring the menu. Although the table was next to the r keeper, which the waiter repeatedly approached and tried in every possible way not to pay attention to me, AND THIS WHEN the hall was half full. So it really seems that the staff has been trained to do this - not to pay attention to visitors. Therefore, after sitting for 10 minutes, they left. No one even paid attention. The establishment is doomed to a miserable existence since we already have the same sad example in the form of a grill bar. Same owner, same problems. Such small-town hosts simply spoil the impression of tourists about the city of Lida.
