I've been to this place more than 5 times
1. Cozy atmosphere
2. The location is convenient
3. Delicious and relatively inexpensive food
There were times when the waiter service was very low
But I came in today on 02/10/2025 and was pleasantly surprised.
The level of service has increased
I ordered lapis lazuli khachapuri and had to wait 25 minutes, but this is normal since these are hot dishes. Ruslan, the waiter, warned us that we would have to wait. There is a lunch menu on weekdays.
The tables are clean, as in principle, everything is clean.
There was a moment when there was no charger for the phone at the moment, the situation has not changed unfortunately (-1 star just for the fact that there are no chargers) unfortunately, nowadays it is necessary to have it in the institution

We recently visited Khinkalnya and were absolutely delighted. The staff works great – the waiters are polite, attentive and always ready to help with the choice.
Everything is fresh, with the right spices and authentic taste. The portions are decent, the serving is beautiful.Prices are average in the city, but fully justified by the quality of service and food. I definitely recommend this place to anyone who wants to try Georgian cuisine in a pleasant atmosphere. We will definitely come back!

If you place an order, order everything as ordered-because you will order more-the waiter may forget about you, and yes, if one waiter took the order, he will bring another and move the dishes around the table, the atmosphere seems to match the flavor, but they saved on the partitions between the seats. And you can feel all the body movements of your neighbor behind you, and if it's a child, then it's not pleasant to eat at all when someone really knocks on your back.

I recently visited a wonderful Georgian cuisine restaurant, and I want to share my impressions! The atmosphere there is cozy and warm, as if you were visiting an old friend. The interior is decorated with love — wooden elements, national patterns and paintings create the feeling of a real Georgian house.
But the most important thing is the food! All the dishes were incredibly delicious and cooked with soul. The khachapuri was simply incredible — the dough was soft, the cheese stretched, and the filling was so fragrant that it was difficult to resist adding it. Khinkali was also excellent — rich taste, the right proportions of spices and perfectly cooked meat.

He was polite, attentive and knowledgeable. He recommended several dishes that became real discoveries for me, and helped me choose a wine that perfectly complemented the meal. Thanks to his professionalism and kindness, the evening was held at the highest level.

For the first time, my friend and I visited Khinkalnaya and we were enveloped in the atmosphere of Georgian hospitality and cordiality. We got a lot of pleasure from both the variety of minyu and the quality of cooking. On this day, the republican gastrofest "Countries of the World" started and the restaurant very adequately presented Georgian cuisine, which we really tasted and loved while on vacation in Batumi. A set of appetizers, plates of three types of hot kebabs, baked khinkali, hot khachapuri and a glass of red wine plunged us into the wonderful atmosphere of the sunny Caucasus. Thanks to the team. Overall a good place. We've been in it several times. It was completely cooked in khinkali, as in the Khinkali of Minsk, they are much tastier and there are more fillings. Salad, with eggplant and chicken, each time a different weight of the dish and the preparation of eggplant, then with or without skin. The barbecue menu is delicious, but in my opinion, you can't give a barbecue island to a child like that. But khachapuri is love, even our smallest appreciated it.
The last time was on 08/24 at 20:00, there was a table nearby that was not cleaned and while we were there, which is about 2 hours, it was never cleaned, as for me it is a minus in service. The place is good, but I won't visit it again.

Salad with pomegranate seeds - without pomegranate, we found out already when the salad was brought. The waiter informed them that they had not had a pomegranate for 2 months, but it was on the menu.

Not the lowest price tag in Gomel, above average, but! It's worth it. Yes, the portions are not huge, but it is incredibly delicious. The barbecue is the best in the city, I think. Khachapuri is beautiful. Khinkali is not ideal, but it is very tasty. Alcohol is so-so, and the price tag, and the choice, but it's still worth going here for Georgian cuisine. There are few people in the morning on weekdays, quiet, calm, unobtrusive Georgian music, nothing superfluous in the interior, minimalism. In general, the cuisine is one of the best in Gomel. I really liked it.

Unfortunately, there are no such enthusiastic emotions in the rest of the kitchen - is it normal to chop sausage cheese from pyaterochka into a cheese plate (just like that)?? The baby pasta turned out to be just a lump of macaroni and cheese. The waiter should thank us for reminding her to include drinks in the bill (my spouse is conscious).

I've been here several times before tonight. There were no complaints. However, today there was something with something. I came with two friends, ordered khinkali, snacks, wine, desserts and tea. We were immediately warned about the time of 20-30 minutes, we did not mind. The wine was carried for 10 minutes. After that, they brought one snack about 40 minutes later. The Khinkali reached us only after an hour and then only after contacting the administrator. For comparison, two more tables sat down with us at the same time - eight people at one, six at the second. By the time we started eating, they already had a full table and the dishes had been changed twice. One of the sauces was brought the wrong one. It's good that at least the desserts were served at one time, and not one at a time.
