I recently visited the Khinkalnya restaurant and was absolutely delighted!
The service is top-notch: the waiters are attentive, friendly and always ready to help with the selection.
Separately, I would like to note the excellent price—quality ratio - for such delicious food and pleasant service, the price is more than adequate.
I recommend Khinkalnya to all lovers of Georgian cuisine and those who want to enjoy real khinkali in a pleasant atmosphere. I will definitely come back here again!

It was February 23rd. The service and maintenance are all on the level. Fast, neat, friendly. There are questions about the kitchen. Homemade wine is not recommended at all. Some kind of semi-sweet essence. Kharcho-everything is fine with spices, the sharpness is present, but the acidity is just off the charts! It feels like the cook took the broth from the pickle or just didn't extinguish the acidity of the tomato paste. In general, these are the basics of cooking. There's no problem with meat at all. I found two small fibers in the plate and that's it. Everything that is written in the menu does not match. Lyulya-it's very weak here. Completely dry and slightly warm. You could only eat with liquid. I still didn't understand what was on the side dish-the potatoes, positioned as baked, left the impression of being cooked and slightly used in the oven. No crust, no crunch. In general, you can still do it once, but you definitely can't do it the second time.

It was in this place that I did not like. Firstly, the waiting time is 30-40 minutes, even salads and snacks. And if you order, it's better to order everything at once, including dessert, so as not to waste time. There are questions about desserts, not everything on the menu is available, a simple Napoleon was waited for half an hour and brought a slightly warmed piece, (they are stored frozen and reheated when ordering) there was ice inside between the layers, not to mention serving, and that's all we waited for half an hour!! Khinkali is kind of weak, there are no questions about salads. In general, there were no positive emotions, unfortunately, only disappointment.

We came to have lunch with my husband at this institution. We ordered Chashushuli and seth khinkali. Chushushuli was brought to my husband lukewarm, the taste has nothing in common, even close to the real Georgian chashushuli (except for the sharpness). We were on Saturday, around 16-17 o'clock. The waiting time for cooking is +/- 45 minutes. We were warned about this in advance.
We waited about 15 minutes for the waiter, but he politely warned us that he would take the order later and during that time we would be able to decide.
The disadvantage is, of course, waiting for this time, since the khinkali was not hot from the heat, but had already cooled down enough, which undoubtedly affects not only the taste, but also their shape. Unfortunately, the spicy ones were not so hot, but with mushrooms they were very tasty. Thank you.

We were in different khinkalni of this network, we liked everything. We came with the guests to the Dana Mall and were shocked. The cook came out of the kitchen with a bandage on her head, her hair dangling, taking her phone with gloves and talking. Music is playing from the kitchen, which drowns out the background music in the hall. Khachapuri was served with an egg baked on the side. The reaction to our remark was this: we bake so that there would be no infection. What is it? This is a chain restaurant and the dishes should be equally prepared. The evening was ruined and it was very uncomfortable in front of their guests, they were invited to a diner!

We had lunch at this place on a day off. The hostess is the most unfriendly girl, stuck on the phone. In case of incomplete boarding, the waiting time is about 45-60 minutes. The dishes are broken and dirty. We ordered okroshka and kharcho soup. The okroshka is not brought to taste, it is bland. The soup, for all its anticipation, is cold. National Georgian cuisine, light Georgian music. Today I tried one of the best khinkali with mushrooms in Minsk.
Good homemade wine, very useful for a weekend lunch.

The place is one of my favorites, I visit them several times a week.
The food is delicious, not fast food in 5-10 minutes. This is encouraging.
Service and customer orientation are about them. When it comes to Georgian cuisine, I would like to immerse myself in a warm atmosphere where people smile, eat food, talk loudly and rejoice. That's how you feel here.
I especially want to mention the work of such a high-level manager as Anatoly.
People are attracted to people, it's important for this place.

We sat down at a table and immediately asked what the waiting time would be. The waitress said about 30-40 minutes. The receptionist came up to us and asked if the menu had been brought to us (we had been sitting for 50-55 minutes). We asked for a refund (And yes, we paid for the order IMMEDIATELY without a tip (perhaps that was the whole catch)).After another 10 minutes, the administrator came again and said that in another 10 minutes they would definitely bring it. By the way, we are not local, we had a minibus ordered, taking into account the current situation, we did not have time (And we still had time to eat everything)! In general, we went to the cashier, returned it (no problem (oh miracle)) our money. The conclusion is that we lost time, looked at how delicious others eat and stayed hungry, we didn't even ask for an apology! I do not recommend this institution in Dana mall in Minsk.

The next day, they dialed, they said it could only be done for takeaway, okay, they asked for the appointed time, they came, they told us that khinkali should wait 5 minutes, and khachapuri was already ready, they asked if it was possible to eat on the spot because the tables were empty, they said no, such rules of the institution, they found out that a 20 discount was provided for self-takeaway%, we decided since we will take such conditions with us, it was not announced on the phone that a discount is valid for self-delivery. Khinkali waited another 10-15 minutes from the appointed time, as if they were being prepared in front of us, they were taken out hot, you just can't pick up a container. But khachapuri lay and cooled down, when asked to warm it, because it had already cooled down, (the cheese does not stretch already, but lies in one layer) it was answered ("with rolling eyes"), well, maybe you shouldn't warm it, it (khachapuri) does not fit into the microwave in the box, we will have to take it on a plate with our hands put it down and warm it, maybe it's not worth it? It was said so, as if while they were warming up with her, they would do something else wrong. Angry and with a cold khachapuri, we left the establishment. I wonder what they do with khachapuri, with their feet?! After all, they make it with these hands, with which they could warm it. In general, the food is delicious, but there is no service, it is precisely because of the lack of normal service that we will not return here anymore.

Very emotional! Khinkali is just a dump of the head, well, very tasty and juicy! Kharcho soup is on top, but for some reason without walnuts, khachapuri is VERY TASTY! But not without a "fly in the ointment", the salads did not go very far, maybe the cook was not in the "spirit". Pomegranate wine, nothing at all! Coffee for three. Just the bottom.. the service sucks👎🏻 we entered on 16.07,20:55 (the establishment is open until 22:00) after a couple of minutes of waiting, the hostess came up to us with a dissatisfied face and said that orders were no longer accepted!!! She did not explain the reason, and we ourselves began to inquire, for what reason, orders are no longer accepted?!?? We were answered - for technical reasons
- which surprised us, since the place is open for another hour!! But the ‘hostess’ informed us with a sarcastic expression and a grin that the kitchen could close at their discretion. Unfortunately, I was unable to try the praised cuisine due to incompetent staff (please take tough measures!!!
