Very diverse Georgian food for all tastes. Everything is super fresh and well cooked. It is convenient that you can order khinkali individually and try different types. The waiters try their best, they bring everything quickly, but the truth is they can bring dishes in a random sequence. The place is quite popular, so everything can be busy even on Monday evening.

I was very surprised by the service in Khinkalna.The best In Minsk was here, but alas, the service and the preparation of the ordered table were terrible .On February 22, we ordered a birthday table, pre-ordered, and arrived - there was a plate of vegetables on the table (4 sticks of carrots were already dry, parsley and a couple of cucumbers) the pork kebab was over, although when I pre-ordered I asked for meat, but we will pre-order cold snacks and then bring the meat to be hot.I understand everything, everyone was tired, but by the time the reserved table arrived, it was possible to prepare the table beautifully.And at least with fresh vegetables and sliced meat without hair .The mood was soured by the moment .There is no celebration

I've been to this restaurant several times during the day. We decided to have lunch once, but there were no seats. The conclusion is that this institution is in demand among the residents of Loshitsa. The last time we celebrated a friend's birthday. Twelve people were placed at one table. It was convenient, the food was super, very tasty, not greasy, but satisfying. The staff is friendly, courteous, neat and friendly.Families of visitors come, which is very good. Cozy, clean. I made an order through the app with the expectation that it would be ready when I arrived.
As a result, the order had to wait another 20 minutes.. If you consider that the point of pickup orders is to save time and calculate your plans, then this really upset me. The receptionist came up every time and said your order would be ready soon, another 5 minutes..

We've been to this place three times. The first two times everything was wonderful. Delicious food, reasonable prices, pleasant atmosphere.
The last time they served for a long time, the waiters almost did not come up, I had to ask for a menu, ask for an order, and ask for a bill.
And the khachapuri were of a strange size. But this is most likely an exception to the rule, because the place is very cool.

The Khinkali songs won't surprise anyone anymore. I've been to several establishments of this chain (franchise), and I can say with confidence that the khinkali here was downright tasteless, especially with pork. And we didn't like Napoleon either, some kind of porridge with butter.

The set is wonderful, sooo delicious, the service is prompt. The serving is wonderful.

Over the past 9 months, the food has been getting worse and worse, and the last visit, in which they could not cook khachapuri twice in Ajarian, where it is immediately clear that they overexposed the boat killed any desire to visit this place more. I used to be willing to overpay a little, but the food was delicious, now it's not worth it. I thank my wife for holding me back and I did not at least ask for a book of complaints. If a Georgian restaurant cannot serve normal khachapuri and the service goes from good to poor, then it does not cost money, time, or forgiveness. It took a long time to prepare the ordered dishes for three people - they promised a waiting time of up to 40 minutes, but in reality the dish was brought to one person from our small company after 50 minutes. Two other people from our company waited for another 10 minutes and then after clarifying the relationship with the administrator and the rude waitress, who never apologized for the incident. Disgusting service, after which you don't want to go there anymore. The waitress was rude, the food was over-dried, in particular the baked mushrooms with cheese were rubber, the chicken wings were under-salted and also over-dried. There is nothing to choose from the khinkali that are on the menu, since almost all are spicy, judging by the menu. The result of going to this tavern is a spoiled mood. I do not recommend this institution.

We have repeatedly visited this institution, because we ourselves live in Loshitsa. The big problem of this restaurant is the price, it is significantly (20 percent) higher than in other khinkalni. The food is not good, and this is obvious, khachapuri was significantly overcooked last time, the cheese is a little wooden, homemade wine looks like cheap wine from the traffic light, the children bought bottled drinks from Essentuki, they taste like drinks from the Chervensky factory. For several years of work, no one thought to hide the terrible ceiling behind some kind of cladding. The robot waiter, famous throughout the Republic of Belarus, is "on vacation" until April. According to the assortment, there is no my favorite spinach pie and much more in comparison with other khinkalni. It's a complete disappointment, although the staff is at the highest level, everything else is terrible. I recommend visiting all the khinkalni of the city, except this one.) Alas
