A great place with Georgian cuisine. We also wanted to have a children's menu and comfortable high chairs. Friendly staff, delicious cuisine (by the way, they have an open kitchen and you can watch how the kitchen works) and affordable prices. We will be happy to visit this institution more often.
Very tasty! The service is excellent!
You enter the restaurant and the receptionist greets you, leads you to a table, and serves you a menu. Waiter - comes up very quickly, recommends dishes and asks if you are allergic to any products (this is a +).
The order arrived very quickly, everything is delicious. Thank you for being here! Uritsky doesn't taste as good as yours.
Delicious food, polite welcome, I serve very quickly, the staff knows the menu, it's very important, khachapuri is my favorite, I recommend this place to visit, you will be satisfied and very full
The longest possible wait. We went in for a quick snack, ordered Adjarian khachapuri and 5 khinkalek. Khachapuri was brought quickly, khinkali was waited for 40 minutes, at the stated 20. When they approached the waiter with a reminder, they said that the khinkali had just been thrown in, literally 5 minutes and everything would be ready. As you can see, it didn't take 5 minutes. I can understand everything, but I don't understand the fact that it takes almost an hour to cook 5 unfortunate hinkalekas. I won't come here anymore, and I don't recommend it to others.
It's a great place. The service is top-notch, everything is fast and high-quality, I was extremely satisfied. The dishes are prepared quickly and taste 10 out of 10. Let's come again!
Terrible service. No one met them at the entrance, after boarding they waited for another 20 minutes for the waiter, who was called to ask for the menu, then they waited for about an hour, despite the fact that it was a weekday and there were few visitors.
Khinkali was served without sour cream, it had to wait another 15 minutes after repeated request. We also asked for khachapuri in the order, which the waiter did not write down and the dish was not served to us. The food is delicious, but you clearly need to do something about the staff!
The usual khinkalnaya located near the ice rink. And it's cool to sit on the rink side. The order was not long in coming. The salad has a small portion, but everything is delicious.
Disgusting. There is no service, the receptionist is not there, she goes and collects the plates, there is no reaction to the fact that a queue of people has gathered. The child rolls around on the floor, waiting to ask if there are any seats, but everyone pretends there aren't any. There is no such disgusting service in any Khinkalna in Minsk. The tables are littered with a mountain of dirty dishes.
Mom really wanted to have dinner with her family at the Georgian cuisine restaurant. I arrived specially the day before and made an order. I asked for snacks and salads to be on the table at 18.00, since the guests will be hungry after work. The rest of the dishes were also agreed upon in advance. All the guests gathered at exactly 18.00-empty plates on the table and nothing else. They waited for 15 minutes, the waiter was constantly absent, they brought all the dishes as they wanted, despite the arrangements in advance. Well, the cherry on the cake - when the plate with hot was brought, apparently a very professional waitress girl held a large plate with one hand, and all the juice and fat of this dish just flowed onto the birthday girl's shoulder, outrageously the wrong word!!!!
In general, the evening was completely ruined. The service is at zero! What is the point of doing a preliminary shakaz if the rich is not respected?
It is a pity for the owner of this institution - because his employees absolutely do not care about the guests and the reputation of the institution.
I don't recommend it. The service is a nightmare. It was just the two of us. We ordered kharcho and khinkali, since we were told to wait 15-20 minutes, we ordered cappuccino and dessert. We didn't get a cappuccino even after 15 minutes, because the coffee machine broke down. But that's not the most interesting thing. We were served grub in 20 minutes and two desserts. That is, my companion received his order, but I did not. Just dessert, no cappuccino. The coffee machine was finally fixed and, voila, my khinkali was brought to me...and cappuccino! I had a choice between eating khinkali or drinking cappuccino. If cappuccino, then khinkali will cool down, and vice versa. By the way, by the time my order was brought to me, my companion had already eaten his portion of soup. I've been waiting for 35 Khinkali! minutes. Khinkali is delicious, cappuccino is rubbish.
I understand the students, I understand the efforts and fatigue, but guys, Khinkali in the Khinkal Room wait 35 minutes with a hall load of 25-30%!!!!! How long should they wait for a full landing of the hall??? It's a truism that the order should be given together so that people work together, not one at a time. To summarize,
I don't recommend anyone else to come here. Period!
Unfortunately, my experience in khinkalna turned out to be extremely disappointing. The guy came with good expectations, but unfortunately everything went wrong. We ordered khinkali , but the wait dragged on for half an hour. Orders were brought to everyone at the next table, although we arrived earlier. We were already losing patience, and when we decided to ask the waiter how long we had to wait, we received a completely inappropriate answer: "What did you order?" It's just a shock! How can you not remember what was ordered? This attitude towards clients indicates a complete lack of professionalism and respect. The service is at zero. It is a pity that such an institution spoils the impression of Georgian cuisine.
There are no questions about the food. The service leaves much to be desired, we had to look for a waiter, although there was no large influx of visitors. The waiting time for the order was 50 minutes instead of the promised 20 minutes.
The wait for 12 hinkals was about an hour. When asked about the readiness of the dishes, the waiter mumbled something indistinctly about the heavy workload. And what if you would like to celebrate a full-fledged holiday? If you want to try Georgian cuisine, you should go to a real Khinkalnya on Uritsky, and not this pathetic replica. There are never any problems with this, even at the peak of the workload at the gastrofest.
The dishes are delicious to my taste, But the service is terrible! The child was thirsty, they made an order and had to wait 15 minutes to drink. It's very unpleasant, and I understand that we won't be coming here anymore.
I took khinkali with pork, soup, ice cream and salad. The service is excellent, the food was served very quickly, everything is very tasty and relatively inexpensive. It's a great place
I've always considered Georgian cuisine a win-win option, but not in this place. The eggplant rolls turned out to have walnut shells, well, the teeth were intact. It was so tasteless for the first time (I do not recommend visiting
The morse is delicious, the advantages are over.
We went to feed the children, ordered 2 items from the children's menu and drinks. The first one was brought within 10 minutes, the second was waited for half an hour. Half an hour, Carl! Despite the fact that it is a weekday, the landing is less than 50 percent. It took the chefs 33 minutes to cook 3 khinkali with chicken ... and the dough is half - cooked , as if they started cooking only after my reminder . In general, if you are not in a hurry and are ready to remind yourself , then come
We had dinner with our girlfriends - well, just wow, everything is so delicious, it turned out we ordered a lot and couldn't handle it in the end, they even put it with us, very cool
I was pleased with the waiter , very polite , advised a lot and talked so great about the dishes , my mouth was watering !
Thank you so much, more guests for you!
The service is simply disgusting, the dishes were dirty until we asked them to clean them ourselves, the waiter did not even bother to ask how the dishes were served, and the dishes were made terrible. The chicken is very fatty, everything inside is covered in some kind of slime, with everything, our waitress stood next to us and chatted with colleagues. It's a disgusting place
delicious food, courteous staff, on weekends you have to wait about 30 minutes for an order, it's a long time. but on weekdays, everything is pretty fast. I recommend
I was not impressed . Not only do the waiters work sick , they also sneeze and do not cover their mouths 🤬🤢They answer rudely , the menu is thrown almost in the face 😏The food was also not impressed , we ordered a barbecue with my husband (the meat turned out to be hard and layered👎)and Khinkali of different tastes (some turned out to be over-salted)
I Do Not Recommend It!👎👎
08.08.2024 at 11.45 I made an order, at 12.00 they brought a portion of khinkali with a live cockroach crawling on a plate, pointing this out to the waiter, he refused the entire order, paying only for the part that was partially consumed.
If you previously visited this institution, then after that you did not kick.
P.S. The administration and the waiters did not express a shadow of doubt that the incident was unacceptable, not to mention apologies....
Draw your own conclusions
Good afternoon. We had lunch with a colleague today. Khinkali with cheese, they ate tastier in the same place, and khachapurya in Adjarian was delicious. I decided that the children should take with them for the evening. I am very sorry that I did not take a picture, because the appearance was very different from the usual one (in the same place). The child is 8 years old, said that he would not eat anymore and that they had wasted their money. I'll tell you what my husband and I have finished. But, this is not what I usually buy. The dough is tight and there is a lot of it, the cheese is baked to a crust, the cottage cheese and cheese are laid out in layers. In short, it's nonsense if you were well fed during the day, disappointed in the evening. Watch the shift.
The service is normal, we were met at the entrance, greeted, everyone was polite and fast.
Everything is delicious at the level, the dishes are served quickly, the waiters work harmoniously. We ordered a salad with beef a little bland, there is no bright taste, khachapuri in Adjarian is excellent, khinkali is not 28 folds definitely delicious, set lula kebab is delicious, slightly over-dried, not critical. There was a remark on the plate with pickles, the cabbage did not have time to marinate, it was bland, they made a replacement without question. I definitely recommend the place.
We came with a girl to this institution, ordered khinkali, waited 40 minutes, after a long wait, decided to take the initiative and ask the waiter how long the order would be prepared. The waiter replied with a question -"Did you order something?"After this answer, the desire to try something in this institution disappeared.
They degrade by leaps and bounds. No taste, no scales, horns and hooves will soon be put in khinkali. At the same time, they do not forget to regularly raise the price tag. I used to rate it at a tight 5, now it's a confident stake.
We sat in a big company. All the dishes were cooked very quickly. Very tasty khinkali/khachipuri/kebab/baby soup. It was a pity there was no kvass.
We are very satisfied
There are no questions about the food, khinkali and khachapuri in Adjarian were delicious.
But! The service is just tin, we waited a very long time for the waiter, although the boarding was minimal.
In short, it won't work to go in for a quick meal
The place is wonderful, the food is very tasty. Friendly staff : the waiters quickly cope with their work, the manager is a very nice and friendly girl will help in solving any issue
We served for 15 minutes, the khinkali is delicious, like in Georgia, I liked the Georgian wine, it was the first time, and now I know for sure that it will not be the last.
We ordered a Georgian feast set for takeaway. They packed perfectly, beautifully, everything, as they say, with fervor from the heat! The food is very tasty! The prices are also pleasing. The guests were pleased. However, there was an unpleasant moment that the administrator incorrectly recorded the time of the order, we arrived, but nothing was ready! And we have an event on time. Another administrator quickly corrected the situation and after 20 minutes everything was ready. She apologized, and they also put a piece of cake as a sign of apology. Thank you!) I recommend it!

When visiting the restaurant for the first time, I immediately got such an impression. We ordered soup, khinkali and pie. The kharcho was very thin, cold, huge pieces of onion were floating and there was a strange taste. Khinkali with meat was obviously not cooked to the end, the stuffing was all pink inside. The staff was not very friendly. For the second time, we decided to quickly look in 40 minutes before the restaurant closes for a couple of khinkali, but at the reception we were immediately turned around with the words the kitchen is already closed and we will not cook anything for you, after which the entire staff continued their communication at the counter. Disgusting service, choose a restaurant on Sovetskaya street
It's a great place. It's not the first time I've been here. Always excellent service)) The waiters are very polite. The dishes are very tasty
The last time I took a kubdari with chicken and kharcho, I was very pleased)))
We were on March 8th. Super!!! Everything is insanely delicious!true, they expected more from the kebab, but nothing))) grilled vegetables are gorgeous! I liked everything very much
Delicious food, fast service, pleasant atmosphere. A good place to spend time with your family. Khinkali and khachapuri are deliciously cooked. I really liked the taiga drink.
I have never visited this institution, constantly only negative emotions after visiting this institution
The waiter comes up for a very long time , does not know etiquette when working with visitors , they communicate as they did from the street, not correctly , not everything is over , but most of them .Food is prepared from one hour , when they say half an hour of waiting , they sat for an hour and a half twice and only reminding 3-4 times they start to move .
A great place to have a snack. Polite and fast enough service. Business lunches with a menu for every day. An electronic waiter may come to apologize for the joints.
The food is delicious, the staff is friendly. Very tasty khachapuri, beer set was ordered, everything is very tasty. They ate one, brought another. A nice birthday bonus!!! We will come again)))

This is the best place in the city in my opinion. Delicious food, pleasant staff, high-quality service. I visit this place very often and everything is always at the highest level.
We were passing through Trinity shopping Center from Brest, we decided to have lunch in Khinkalna, since this is our favorite place, we never pass by in Brest and Minsk on Prytytsky. And then we were disappointed, no one paid attention to us at the entrance, if they hadn't asked, they probably wouldn't have noticed that they had + 1 client. The menu selection is smaller and slightly more expensive. Of the ordered 8 khinkali, 7 were brought, one was shot down on departure from the steamer and she died, they promised to bring it, but not fate. But they indicated in the invoice, as requested - 8 pcs. Khachapuri in Adjarian, it's better not to order at all, disgusting raw dough, but it never looks like what we eat in the Khinkalni of Brest and Minsk. If I ate this for the first time, then khachapuri would be in the last place in my choice for all eternity, well, you can't ruin a dish like that, or people will eat any out of ignorance of the originality of taste. The staff is like kids in a sandbox, there is a fuss, but it does not leave a pleasant impression, the client is not welcome here. We always leave tips, but here I wanted to ask for compensation for the spoiled impression. I liked the interior, a beautiful place, only Anya Semyonovich is missing on the ice rink, and you could sit and eat khinkali all day, so they surprisingly turned out to be on top, I really liked them. It's a pity that I didn't wait for one, I didn't finish it, maybe that's why I stayed angry.
A great place, I especially like to visit at lunchtime on the lunch menu.
The prices are loyal, the service is fast, the dishes are delicious, which is what you need at lunchtime.
The staff is polite.
I recommend it!
They sat at a dirty table, brought soup in a dirty plate outside, the empty plate was not taken away for 10 minutes, the waiter just passed by, khinkalni as always top
