A great place with Georgian cuisine. We also wanted to have a children's menu and comfortable high chairs. Friendly staff, delicious cuisine (by the way, they have an open kitchen and you can watch how the kitchen works) and affordable prices. We will be happy to visit this institution more often.

You enter the restaurant and the receptionist greets you, leads you to a table, and serves you a menu. Waiter - comes up very quickly, recommends dishes and asks if you are allergic to any products (this is a +).

The longest possible wait. We went in for a quick snack, ordered Adjarian khachapuri and 5 khinkalek. Khachapuri was brought quickly, khinkali was waited for 40 minutes, at the stated 20. When they approached the waiter with a reminder, they said that the khinkali had just been thrown in, literally 5 minutes and everything would be ready. As you can see, it didn't take 5 minutes. I can understand everything, but I don't understand the fact that it takes almost an hour to cook 5 unfortunate hinkalekas. I won't come here anymore, and I don't recommend it to others.

Khinkali was served without sour cream, it had to wait another 15 minutes after repeated request. We also asked for khachapuri in the order, which the waiter did not write down and the dish was not served to us. The food is delicious, but you clearly need to do something about the staff!

Mom really wanted to have dinner with her family at the Georgian cuisine restaurant. I arrived specially the day before and made an order. I asked for snacks and salads to be on the table at 18.00, since the guests will be hungry after work. The rest of the dishes were also agreed upon in advance. All the guests gathered at exactly 18.00-empty plates on the table and nothing else. They waited for 15 minutes, the waiter was constantly absent, they brought all the dishes as they wanted, despite the arrangements in advance. Well, the cherry on the cake - when the plate with hot was brought, apparently a very professional waitress girl held a large plate with one hand, and all the juice and fat of this dish just flowed onto the birthday girl's shoulder, outrageously the wrong word!!!!
In general, the evening was completely ruined. The service is at zero! What is the point of doing a preliminary shakaz if the rich is not respected?
It is a pity for the owner of this institution - because his employees absolutely do not care about the guests and the reputation of the institution.

I don't recommend it. The service is a nightmare. It was just the two of us. We ordered kharcho and khinkali, since we were told to wait 15-20 minutes, we ordered cappuccino and dessert. We didn't get a cappuccino even after 15 minutes, because the coffee machine broke down. But that's not the most interesting thing. We were served grub in 20 minutes and two desserts. That is, my companion received his order, but I did not. Just dessert, no cappuccino. The coffee machine was finally fixed and, voila, my khinkali was brought to me...and cappuccino! I had a choice between eating khinkali or drinking cappuccino. If cappuccino, then khinkali will cool down, and vice versa. By the way, by the time my order was brought to me, my companion had already eaten his portion of soup. I've been waiting for 35 Khinkali! minutes. Khinkali is delicious, cappuccino is rubbish.
I understand the students, I understand the efforts and fatigue, but guys, Khinkali in the Khinkal Room wait 35 minutes with a hall load of 25-30%!!!!! How long should they wait for a full landing of the hall??? It's a truism that the order should be given together so that people work together, not one at a time. To summarize,

We ordered khinkali , but the wait dragged on for half an hour. Orders were brought to everyone at the next table, although we arrived earlier. We were already losing patience, and when we decided to ask the waiter how long we had to wait, we received a completely inappropriate answer: "What did you order?" It's just a shock! How can you not remember what was ordered? This attitude towards clients indicates a complete lack of professionalism and respect. The service is at zero. It is a pity that such an institution spoils the impression of Georgian cuisine.

I decided that the children should take with them for the evening. I am very sorry that I did not take a picture, because the appearance was very different from the usual one (in the same place). We were passing through Trinity shopping Center from Brest, we decided to have lunch in Khinkalna, since this is our favorite place, we never pass by in Brest and Minsk on Prytytsky. And then we were disappointed, no one paid attention to us at the entrance, if they hadn't asked, they probably wouldn't have noticed that they had + 1 client. The menu selection is smaller and slightly more expensive. Of the ordered 8 khinkali, 7 were brought, one was shot down on departure from the steamer and she died, they promised to bring it, but not fate. But they indicated in the invoice, as requested - 8 pcs. Khachapuri in Adjarian, it's better not to order at all, disgusting raw dough, but it never looks like what we eat in the Khinkalni of Brest and Minsk. If I ate this for the first time, then khachapuri would be in the last place in my choice for all eternity, well, you can't ruin a dish like that, or people will eat any out of ignorance of the originality of taste. The staff is like kids in a sandbox, there is a fuss, but it does not leave a pleasant impression, the client is not welcome here. We always leave tips, but here I wanted to ask for compensation for the spoiled impression. I liked the interior, a beautiful place, only Anya Semyonovich is missing on the ice rink, and you could sit and eat khinkali all day, so they surprisingly turned out to be on top, I really liked them. It's a pity that I didn't wait for one, I didn't finish it, maybe that's why I stayed angry.
