I recently visited the Khinkalnya restaurant and I want to share my impressions. The restaurant was pleased with the cozy atmosphere, stylish interior and attentive staff. I would especially like to mention the professionalism of the waiter, who recommended excellent dishes and drinks to us, was attentive and always cleaned the dishes.
One of the most favorite places for fans of Georgian cuisine. We often come here with the whole family, sometimes just to eat, and sometimes on holidays. Everyone is always welcome here and not a single guest is left without attention.
I really like papakha hats, you can try them on endlessly, and they also save you from accidental drafts.
The menu is decent and varied for both beginners and gourmets. Khinkali is always perfect, juicy and the most delicious in the city!
Recently we tried Khvanchkara wine, we were just delighted, we haven't been able to taste good wine for a long time.
From the wishes: I would like to add the volume of the music in the background,
We thank all the creators of this hospitable institution!
The place is pleasant, the staff is friendly, the food is delicious, we ordered two sets of khinkali, we liked everything, very tasty cheese and classic. There are feminine hygiene products in the toilet. Convenient location. On the eve of the new year, theme songs are played. Very cozy
The cuisine is great, the wine (we drank dry red) is also great, the service is excellent - fast and high quality. It would be possible to have a slightly larger hall, since there are quite a lot of people who want to come in the season (we were in early May) and we would like to accommodate everyone, but even in this case, we found a good place in this
Delicious, atmospheric. The dishes are prepared, apparently, according to a single standard - the beloved khachapuri in Adjara is equally delicious in Gomel and Brest. We are pleased to have a children's menu with simple, familiar food for children.
When we visit Brest, we always come here. Super atmosphere. Georgian cuisine, Georgian paintings, Georgian music are all Georgian. Sooo delicious dishes, I can single out some, all delicious. I advise everyone to visit, you won't regret it. There are mountain clothes, I don't know what they are called, you can take pictures in them.
Khinkalnya is a place where you go in for a snack, and you come out with the feeling that a contented little Georgian has settled inside you. 🥟✨
Everything is quick, simple and very tasty: khinkali is such that you want to applaud each portion separately. No pathos, just honest food and happiness on your face. And yes, I warn you: it's difficult to stop at one serving. It's very difficult.
In general, if the soul requires something tasty and satisfying without unnecessary ceremony - you are definitely here. It was checked personally and, apparently, will be rechecked more than once. 😄
A favorite place!
What would you like to note?
1. The atmosphere (like at home)
2. Warm and pleasant hall, aesthetic Georgian flavor design!
3. Lovely and courteous staff!
Everything is very tasty, you will definitely not leave here hungry and dissatisfied! everything is very satisfying and delicious!
The waiting time depends on the order, basically does not make you wait for hours) everything is within the norm)
I've never left reviews, well, it just started to boil over.
On 01/06/2025 , around 8 p.m., we came to your establishment for the first time .
All my friends praised me very much for the delicious cuisine and friendly staff. We decided to try it.
Entered , attention 0
The floor of the hall is on reserve , okay ...
she found either the receptionist or the waiter and asked where she could sit .
They said at the bar.
It wasn't a great place, but there wasn't much choice.
Although other establishments offer reserved tables and warn that guests will arrive in an hour .
If the visitor is given time to eat, you can easily sit down.
The staff at your establishment did not offer this.
And while we were eating (less than an hour)They did not come to the tables of the company .
Okay, that's half the trouble.
Sat down , attention 0
After about 15 minutes , she began to call the waiter herself .
The food didn't take long to prepare.
I didn't like anything to taste
No salad, no hot food, no khinkali.
Everything is very strict, and the taste is bland.
Meat in khinkali..disgusting
The score for two was 130.Without alcohol
For this money, the food is tasteless , and the service is poor .
Thank you, the evening was ruined.
Khinkali is delicious. Be careful, the lamb is spicy. The restaurant itself is interesting, despite the full seating, all the dishes arrive quickly. Thank you, Julia, not always, beautiful and pleasant, most importantly very polite,
Khinkali looks very beautiful, the taste did not cause much delight. The pie (Kubdari) is delicious, but it is pizza in size and filling. It won't be enough for 25p)))
The service is very good, the waiter girls are friendly and ready to help/prompt.
Business lunches are varied every day, with many unusual combinations of ingredients. Beautiful interior, pleasant staff. In general, I really like going there.
A very tasty place of Georgian cuisine, they prepare amazing dishes both on the spot and with them to take away. It is better to book tables in advance because there are always a lot of visitors.
We came to Brest for the weekend (to take a walk), we were hungry, decided to go to the Khinkalny and did not regret it!!! Despite the large number of visitors, the order arrived quickly enough. The staff is friendly and helpful. The food is bubbly)))
Very tasty khinkalki, a big delicious "thank you" to the golden hands of kitchen professionals🩷There is a children's menu. The staff is as friendly, polite, and unobtrusive as possible. They understand it right off the bat. They helped with the choice of a landing place, offered a high chair, and also offered an activity for children. Very cozy atmosphere. Everything was ready within 20 minutes. They were the first to bring it to the children (which is also not a little ☝️ )
Definitely this place will become one of our favorites))
I didn't want to write a negative review because it's one of my favorite places. But today (03.03.2025, time 21:10 approximately) there was a quiet horror.
We sat down at a table directly opposite the kitchen. In an institution with 3-4 tables, we were first served an order for 30 minutes, and then it turned out that there was a problem with the order.
We ordered 16 khinkali, and in the end they brought us 8, and we also had a heated discussion (and we all heard it) that maybe we will refuse. But we really wanted to eat, so we decided to eat at least 8 pieces.
And while the two girls were cooking khinkali for us, they chatted and had fun with loud music that interrupted the music in the hall. Not surprisingly, there were problems with the order.
And it was scary to look at these long-suffering Khinkali. This is the first time they brought it to us. Of the 8 khinkali, 3 were torn. And there are nail prints on all the tails. I am attaching a photo. The evening was ruined.
I've never left any feedback.
I was there a couple of days ago, the atmosphere was terrible, we sat down not far (opposite) from the kitchen. The constant neighing and loud conversations were very annoying, the service was terrible, the dirty plates were on the table until the last, although the waiters and receptionists saw it all (stood nearby). When we had eaten for 10 minutes, we still waited for the waitress to dismiss us (all this time the whole company of waiters stood and laughed) and all this time there were dirty plates all over the table and no one cared).
For food, I ordered khinkali, everything was overcooked, the meat was not tasty, and the juice flowed out on its own. In general, it's terrible, I agree with the previous negative reviews.,
I compared all this using the example of other restaurants of this chain that I visited.
Delicious Georgian cuisine. There are various promotions and discounts for pickup. I make a pickup every year to celebrate my birthday. If you eat inside, it's a little noisy, but that's the trick of the place. It's just a good place.
We were at the time of the gastrofest, very satisfying and delicious. The staff is polite and quick to serve. Dirty plates don't stay on the table for long. I was pleased with the expectation. The set arrived quickly. The room is cozy and atmospheric.
Like it. Delicious, relatively inexpensive.
Khinkali can be ordered individually with different fillings. This is not everywhere.
The meat pie is soulful.
Baked champignons are also quite good.
The beer is smooth. Not good, not bad. Just wash down the main dishes, but not enjoy the taste.
It's a good restaurant, the food is delicious, the khinkali is delicious, the service is at a high level, there are a lot of people, and the alley of forged lanterns is an interesting place.
I really liked it! Good service, pleasant waiters. The cuisine is great, I really liked khinkali and khachapuri in Adjarian style. The atmosphere is pleasant
The difference is a place where you can spend time and have a delicious meal. The price is reasonable, and the setting is cool. The service is excellent!!!
Excellent Georgian cuisine! I did not like the service and the wines offered . We took mukuzani and homemade white. Mutton khinkali is magical . Spicy and fragrant
The restaurant is friendly and welcoming. They cook everything themselves and it turns out quite tasty. The prices are reasonable. They cook quickly.
Nice music. Interesting paintings. A clean bathroom. Beautiful interior decor.
I advise you to come in if you pass by.
Georgian cuisine cafe. A fairly large hall, lots of tables, there is a summer playground. If you're lucky, you can sit on sofas, no, on wooden chairs.
The quality of the food is decent, but, as in all establishments of national cuisine, for an amateur. In other words, the food will not "go in" for everyone. Here you can please yourself to lovers of spicy food and spices.
Prices are far from the cheapest, in some places, in my opinion, they even "bite". A light meal is not even a dinner, but rather a hearty snack will cost about 30 rubles per person.
The quality of service can be extremely different. There were cases when the waiter actually forgot about us, we had to wait a long time for the order, the bill, and even more so the final payment.
The result: an unusual place for Brest with national cuisine that you can visit.
I really like the kitchen. Delicious and inexpensive. But khachapuri cannot be compared with Georgian. If only the waiters were more experienced, then all 6 stars can be set.
A good institution, a colorful
entourage of the hall, high-quality and professional service, a large selection of dishes for every taste and preference! We ordered a cold brew, Ojahuriso with pork and mushrooms, Dolma, pork Kebab on the grill, various drinks - everything was very tasty. Thanks! Keep it up !
It's always crowded, we thought about it at the last moment and booked a table, and we were right. Full house. It was my first time here, but our friends have dinner here a lot, and even they came to the conclusion: `The cook fell in love,` it turned out to be too much salt and pepper. I'm not going to argue, maybe someone likes it, but I didn't get much pleasure. But I liked the wine... One thing was compensated by the other.
The place is pleasant. The polite waiters immediately warned us how long it would take to wait, and that's how it turned out. I liked the khinkali very much, the pomegranate wine too, but the vegetables on the grill are expensive and nothing special. In general, a cozy place where you can have a delicious meal and have a good time with friends or family.
The service is terrible. One waiter led the way to the table, took an order from a completely different dish, brought a third to answer questions from another. We ordered hot food, a meat plate and strong alcohol. The alcohol arrived quickly. After about 15 minutes, they asked where everything else was, and the waitress was surprised to say, "Do you know that cold appetizers take 10 minutes to cook," we explained to her that we were waiting for more than 10 minutes, after a while they brought hot food and only after a while they brought us cold cuts. It's true that they apologized for the delay in the dish. Prices are higher than in similar establishments. We won't go any more!
Good evening. I was at your place on Gogol Street today, I came in the evening, around 18:00, there weren't many people, the girl at the reception asked "are you alone?", I replied that I came first and my company would come soon, there would be 5 people. They gave me a table, sat down at it, gave me five menus, and within an hour and a half while I was alone, I managed to study the menu, wanted to make an order, take a drink and something for a snack (I was after work), and no one came up to me, only when I couldn't stand it and called the waiter himself. they began to serve, answering my question, why did no one come up for so long? They said that I was expecting the others, although I did not say that I would not order anything while waiting for others. I was served, dishes and bread were brought at the expense of the establishment as an apology. Then my colleagues came, we decided that we would order, but no one came to us for half an hour. We were outraged and I turned to the girl waiter, to which I received the answer that I was not serving you, wait for your waiter! After waiting 10 minutes, they didn't come up to us, we turned to the administrator, they ignored us and we decided to leave, fortunately the bill was brought in a minute! Take action, very disappointed with the service and attitude!!!! Since we visited your establishment more than once and everything was on the level. Then we came to Pirosmani near the Belarus cinema, where we were greeted with a smile, immediately seated at a table and served superbly, we left them a big check and a good tip!
We were in Brest, stayed at the Hermitage Hotel. We decided to ask the taxi driver where you can eat delicious food here. He immediately said: "Khinkalnaya, and not far from the hotel." Well, once said, it's done! Let's go there.
The first impression is that the place is packed to capacity. Miraculously, they found a table for me. The poor waiters were running around like crazy, barely keeping up with everyone. It seemed that they rest only in their sleep.
The menu is not huge, but everything you need to get acquainted with the cuisine is there. We ordered a bottle of Pirosmani wine, then another one – well, who will refuse? My companions wanted the first thing – one grub, the other a cooler.
And then the real feast began: khachapuri in Ajarian, khachapuri in Megrelian, dolma, kurdabi with beef, salad with cheese, ojahuri with pork and, of course, khinkali. Bread and compote were not even counted. We finished everything with ice cream.
I asked the waiter, it seems, Vladislav was his name, what else would he advise us at his discretion. He honestly said that we had already ordered a lot to explore the kitchen, but he would do something for us anyway (there was a barbecue).
The only drawback is that they waited a long time for food, but we were immediately warned about it. You can understand, it's not an easy task to serve so many people.
Bottom line: the place is worthwhile, you can go more than once. The food is delicious, moderately spicy, khachapuri with beef is normal, but with lamb I did not understand what it was. But something has to be done about the expectation.
And a little comical: when he tipped the waiter, it seemed that only orders and dirty dishes flashed in his eyes, and not thanks from customers. But despite all this, a solid five is deserved!
Unfortunately, the place is not hospitable. The waiters did not appear in the hall at 50% boarding, so we had to wait. The dish was mixed up, khinkali was basically wanted without greens, unfortunately, there were greens in each ((. I also had to beg for the bill. It was cold in the hall from the open doors. Grilled vegetables feel like they're in butter. Alas. But... Khachapuri in Adjara is just a bomb)) I recommend this dish in this restaurant.
I really liked the kitchen, it was delicious and homely. They took khachapupi and khinkali...Everything is great. The only pickles declared on the menu as homemade are clearly from the store and of low quality ... and the soup is not hot....for this, a fat minus ...
everything was brought quickly, good service..
I want to come to such a restaurant again.
We were recently a company, we liked absolutely everything. We were greeted by pleasant waiters and the cool atmosphere of this place. We were quickly placed at the table and helped with the selection of dishes. The service is on the level, the food is space. Everyone was satisfied, we will definitely come back!
Much to be desired. The portions were small and the prices were high. The dishes were prepared soullessly and looked as if they had been prepared in advance and just warmed up. The service also left much to be desired - the staff was uninteresting and not attentive at that time. I do not recommend this place to those who appreciate high-quality and attentive service."
Great. They cook delicious. The service is excellent. The price was pleasantly surprised. I liked the interior. I am sincerely glad for the brotherly people, well done. Georgian cuisine is even better in Slavic hands.
The food is stable, the staff is friendly (20.01, an employee in a khinkalina growth doll was running around the hall and down the street, dancing, making fun of adults and children), convenient location.
I will describe my impressions about the last visit: we ordered a double Americano, cheese soup with mini-pancakes and a burger for one person, khinkali with different fillings for the second. During the order, they also clarified whether sugar was needed for coffee, to which they received an affirmative answer. As a result, the double Americano was brought in a glass cup, the key was brought in a glass without a handle WTF??, there was no sugar on the saucer, they tried coffee, and it was already there. I understand (sarcasm) the service is all business, but it was still possible to leave the choice of the amount of sugar for coffee to the client. Three ordered dishes were brought at different times without warning, so we ate in turn: first I ate soup, a fellow traveler looked at me, then I watched the fellow traveler eat khinkali, and then the fellow traveler had to wait with me for 15-20 minutes for a burger and watch me eat again. The food was great, that's true, but everything else left not the best impression, for that I take off 2 stars too many questions to the service.
P.S. I understand about authenticity, but to turn on national music with a predominance of stringed instruments so that you don't hear the interlocutor, I think it's not worth it (they asked to turn down the sound, it was turned down, but after about 20 minutes, the sound level returned).
The place is amazing, the restaurant is so cozy, homely, the staff is polite, you rarely find this anywhere
We ordered pork kebab, eggplant rolls, kharcho and khinkali - I was surprised by the amazing taste
I advise everyone to visit and I will visit this place more than once
A great place to relax and have a delicious meal. It is better to book a table in advance, as the hall is always packed to capacity. Khinkali is sooo delicious, kharcho in cold weather is what you need. The service is very fast. Clean, cozy, delicious. Thank you.
It 's a great place. We visited this institution six times , traveling and being in beautiful Brest . Despite the Saturday evening and the full house, the order was completed very quickly and most importantly everything was delicious. We were satisfied , thank you !
A good place, reasonable prices for the season, at least for some items and an adequate portion size. By default, fresh bread is brought to the soup for free. The taste was very pleasing, but the vegetables in the salad looked like they were from the nearest grocery supermarket. During the "rush hours" in the season, there may be a shortage of seats (although there are quite a few in the hall) and an increase in waiting time, we had 40 minutes
One of the only places with Georgian cuisine in Brest. But the service and the waiting time for several hinkals to have a snack are half an hour to wait for the menu, an hour to wait for food. It's not Georgian at all, genatsvale.
The prices are high. But this is a plus or minus taste.
We were a big group at rush hour. The landing was fast enough, I had to wait about 10 minutes. The return of the dishes was also not long in coming. The average check for a family of three was about 1.5-2 thousand Russian rubles. All the dishes are hot, fresh and delicious. The whole company was satisfied. For lunch in the city center, that's it!
We came with our family to this establishment, no one met us, the staff was rude, when asked where to sit, they offered us a seat at the aisle, the table was not cleaned, we decided to move to another table, as soon as we were going to sit down, the waitress runs up and puts a sign of reservation.
Irresponsible employees who do not do their job in a timely manner and spoil the impression of the institution are definitely one star for the spoiled mood and boorish attitude of the staff.
It's very good for Belarusians. But when visiting the establishment, my wife (a native of one of the villages in the Caucasus) did not see the Caucasian cuisine at close range. Instead of kenza, they served parsley. She called the khinkali itself "big dumplings" because of the dryness of the meat. Mutton in real khinkali is juicy and melts in your mouth.
Although it was generally delicious.
Prices are space, taking into account the new course even more so.
The cuisine is mediocre, there can be no question that it is at least some semblance of Georgian cuisine. Khinkali is really just like big dumplings, you don't understand what kind of meat, there is no broth inside at all, and this is the main essence of this dish.
Khachapuri of all kinds
The cost of drinks - lemonades, water, kvass - is inadequate.
Their slogan "we have only guests among our dear ones" is not relevant, to put it mildly.
