Very tasty cuisine. The place is small at all. The owner is Georgian, he sometimes serves himself, along with one waiter. We took classic khinkali, Georgian salad with nuts, kharcho and wine. My husband was delighted with the soup. I have a comment on khinkali: less salt, less cilantro (it interrupts the taste of meat), more aromatic spices (not spicy, spicy), more broth inside. The size surprised me - these are the largest khinkali that I have seen in Minsk, there are a lot of fillings. The salad portion is also large, and lots of cilantro. In general, we will definitely try the rest of the dishes. Completing the review) They were there again. And everything is fine again) it seems to me that my review on khinkali has been taken into account - there is definitely less salt. This time we took khachapuri - delight in size) chkmeruli is a good sauce, either without flour or with a minimum amount, but I would like less garlic. There is a lot of chicken, it is not fried, which, in my opinion, is even better. No matter what, we are always glad to be there, thanks for the taste of Georgia.

The number of positive reviews is amazing, people did not eat high-quality Georgian food at all. The minced meat in khinkali is almost entirely pork, maybe beef is added, but its amount is negligible. Mutton khinkali is a horror, the meat stinks, the lymph nodes were clearly not cut out and the meat was twisted, either by the cafe itself or from whom they buy minced meat. There are too many greens, it overpowers the taste of meat....although the taste of such meat is better to kill. Khachapuri and khinkali cheese is, what is it all about, horror, it's not Imeretian cheese, suluguni or mozzarella. There is no slightly salty taste in cheese. Tomato sauce has a sour taste, which means that the tomatoes from which it is prepared have already survived. Usually, broken tomatoes still have this taste, as a result of oxidation due to contact with oxygen and water. The sauce is white, it's just the cheapest mayonnaise, maybe with sour cream, just a bite of vinegar. The staff is cool and welcoming, but that's not enough if you're feeding people.

It's just not a delicious meal. Khachapuri is a large sandwich with cheap cheese and cottage cheese (!!!!). In theory, there should have been suluguni and Imereti cheese. Lobio is the smallest bean from a jar, diluted with water and a little cilantro. Khinkali with mutton - each khinkali has 3-5 pieces of veins, a thick tail. Not seriously, please correct yourself, it's very far from a place that's about real Georgian food :(

"Delicious as in Georgia" is unfortunately a thing of the past. When the restaurant opened, there were the most delicious khachapuri, soups, khinkali… Having recently visited Khinkali Ko, we were unpleasantly surprised: khachapuri with a minimum amount of cheese, eggplant rolls (which are very tasty) were made in a hurry, bitter, kebab (if you can call it that) looks more like the remains of minced meat from khinkali and tastes more like table schnitzel. I don't know what the owner of the establishment is focusing on, but definitely not on the quality and traditional Georgian cuisine.

In Khachapuri with potatoes and bacon, they found the filling in only one place (as if a spoonful of potatoes had been plopped down and rolled up). There is no cheese from the word at all. Khinkali is a large size. There is a lot of filling in both types. In those with meat, there is enough broth inside. The minced meat is good. It's delicious, but the dough would be thinner. Inside the khinkali with cheese and in khachapuri, cheese is like cottage cheese, there is a lot of filling. It seemed to me quite good, but the family is not very fond of suluguni. Baklava is medium, with a hint of some kind of spice. Tea is normal. In general, it feels like you are in an inexpensive cafe in Georgia. Only here the situation is already tired, the room is quite cool, the restroom is unpleasant: a dirty toilet, the sink does not drain water well. You can get a discount with a food hunter card, but you are asked to pay either in cash or by transfer to a card. According to the totality of all factors, the assessment is average. We came here specifically because of the good reviews and PR bloggers. The second time, and for those who are just going to come specifically for the first time, I do not recommend it. If only passing by. The total discount receipt turned out to be 76 BYN.

The dish is fantastic, Georgian with a bit of the best dishes served in cafes and restaurants of French Provence and Italian Piedmont and Liguria!
